This study examines what offline landslide early warning education should offer mountain communities in Latimojong, Luwu Regency, Indonesia. We analyzed daily rainfall records from 2008 to 2024, official disaster reports, terrain data, and the suitability of assembly points. Advisory-level rainfall occurred on 7.8% of days, and 93.8% of those days were driven by accumulated rather than single-day rain. Higher alert levels appeared on only five days, all between March and May. Only 3.2% of the district met all assembly-point criteria, and the study recommended 17 sites. The study specifies five offline learning modules and recommends an offline WebGIS.
