Abstract

Reconciliation of government financial data is a process of pairing data between work unit data and State General Treasurer data to be able to produce accountable and credible central government financial reports. The current reconciliation process is carried out by uploading data by the work unit to the e-rekon application, which can be replaced by an automatic process when implementing the single SAKTI database. Abstract

Risiko kredit menjadi tantangan dalam industri keuangan, yang dapat berdampak pada stabilitas lembaga keuangan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja model machine learning dalam memprediksi risiko kredit menggunakan dataset dari Kaggle. Empat model yang diuji adalah Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, dan K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), yang masing-masing diuji dalam tiga versi: baseline, preprocessing, dan tuned. Proses preprocessing mencakup penanganan nilai hilang, encoding fitur kategori, dan standarisasi fitur numerik. Model dievaluasi berdasarkan akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Gradient Boosting (Tuned) memberikan performa terbaik dengan akurasi 93.79%, presisi 94.91%, recall 76.05%, dan F1-score 84.44%. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat bagi lembaga keuangan dalam memilih model yang optimal untuk memprediksi risiko kredit dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is an important approach in understanding user opinions about an application. This study aims to analyze user reviews of the CapCut application using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm on the Google Colab platform. The preprocessing stages include data cleaning, word normalization using a dictionary from Kaggle, case folding, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming. Furthermore, the data is converted into a numerical representation using the TF-IDF vectorization method. The labeling process is carried out using a sentiment lexicon obtained from GitHub. After performing data splitting, the SVM model is applied to classify sentiment into three categories: positive, negative, and neutral. The evaluation results show that the SVM model achieves the best accuracy of 90.12%. Based on the classification report, the model has high precision of 0.94 for positive and negative classes and 0.83 for the neutral class. Additionally, the confusion matrix indicates that the model can classify sentiment quite well, although there are still minor errors in predicting neutral sentiment. The findings of this study demonstrate that the SVM method can be effectively used to analyze user sentiment toward the CapCut application, providing valuable insights for improving user experience in the future.

Abstract

A Zoo is a green open space that used to maintain welfare and exhibit animals for the public. Visitors who come to the zoo reach thousands of people a day and some of them are families who want to have recreation. The enthusiasm of visitors can be seen from visitors who want to give food to animals even though it is prohibited because it is dangerous and the animals have a predetermined diet. This study aims to make a vending machine in the form of purchasing tickets for feeding animals at the zoo with the working principle of a vending machine that implements finite state automata. The method used in this study consists of five stages, the first stage is problem identification, the second stage is system design using UML, the third stage is FSA design using state diagrams, the fourth stage is FSA testing using JFLAP, and the last stage is design of vending machine. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the application of the FSA concept to the pet food ticket vending machine can make transactions as many as 6 animal feeding schedules, this can be useful in adding services to the zoo.

Abstract

ganguan tidur sangat mempengaruhi kualitas tidur seseorang yang dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan yang serius, untuk kalangan lansia kualitas tidur yang buruk dapat menyebabkan tingkat harapan hidup menurun drastis. Banyak sekali faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas tidur lansia, yang perlu dilakukan analisis dan prediksi agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan prediksi kualitas tidur lansia dengan mengintegrasikan faktor kesehatan dan lingkungan menggunakan pendekatan machine learning, data set yang digunakan adalah data set baru yang ada di website kaggle.com yaitu data National Poll on Healthy Aging (NPHA) yang berisikan wawasan tentang isu kesehatan, perawatan kesehatan, dan kebijakan kesehatan yang memengaruhi orang Amerika berusia 50 tahun ke atas. Metode maching learning, yaitu deep learning dengan algoritma Random Forest digunakan pada penelitian ini dan menunjukkan hasil yang baik dengan nilai akurasi 94,00% dan 44,44% akurasi yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan data latih.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the mobile gaming industry in Indonesia, particularly Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang, has generated millions of user reviews on the Google Play Store, making manual analysis inefficient and prone to bias. This study compares three algorithms—Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Logistic Regression—for sentiment analysis of 52,651 reviews. Preprocessing includes text cleaning, stopword removal (Indonesian/English), Sastrawi stemming, and TF-IDF representation (min_df=3, max_df=0.9, n-gram 1–2). Binary labeling follows a rating-based approach: 1–2 stars (negative), 4–5 stars (positive), while 3-star reviews are excluded due to ambiguity. Evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, confusion matrix, and Cohen’s Kappa shows SVM and Logistic Regression achieving ≈90–91%, with SVM chosen as the default model for its balanced metrics and margin stability. The model can be deployed as an API service (Flask/FastAPI) for near real-time review monitoring (e.g., lag, AFK, matchmaking), enabling alert thresholds and improvement prioritization. Findings remain limited to Mobile Legends reviews on Google Play, requiring further validation across other applications.

Abstract

- PT. Universal Jaya Perkasa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri kemasanskincare. Perusahaan ini memiliki berbagai jenis kemasan skincare yang ditawarkan. Kendala yang dialamiperusahaan yaitu belum adanya suatu metode dalam menentukan prediksi penjualan pada setiap produk diPT. Universal Jaya Perkasa dan belum adanya akurasi yang tepat dalam melihat penentuan suatu prediksipenjualan produk sehingga terjadi penumpukkan barang yang tidak terjual sesuai target perusahaan. Makadibutuhkan prediksi untuk penjualan produk kemasan skincare yang paling banyak diminati setiap bulannya,yang berguna untuk mempermudah pihak perusahaan dalam perencanaan penyediaan stok produk. Untukmengetahui penjualan produk kemasan skincare yang paling banyak diminati digunakan teknik klasifikasidata mining dan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor menggunakan tools Rapidminer. Hasil perhitungan datamining menggunakan teknik klasifikasi dan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor, terdiri dari atribut KategoriProduk, Kuantitas dan Bulan. Didapatkan hasil prediksi penjualan tertinggi pada produk kemasan skincaredengan 7 kategori produk yaitu Lipgloss Tube pada bulan (Juli & Maret), Cream Bottle (Februari), EssentialOil Bottle (Oktober), Spray Bottle (September), Powder Box (Januari), Pump Bottle (Agustus & Oktober) danTube (Agustus & Desember). Hasil pengujian perhitungan akurasi menggunakan Rapidminer untukmengetahui penjualan beberapa bulan mendatang diperoleh hasil nilai akurasi 80%.

Abstract

The development of the internet has become an important part of modern life and plays a significant role in shaping the current digital world. PT Maxindo Mitra Solusi, as one of the internet service provider companies which of course needs to have a very good infrastructure, monitoring the network conditions requires an application known as the Network Monitoring System (NMS) and a Syslog Server, both of which are essential for monitoring customer network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and servers. The current issue faced by the network administrators is the lack of detailed information, such as CPU load resources and historical logs, on each target device being monitored. This study aims to propose a design of a network monitoring system and Syslog server at PT Maxindo Mitra Solusi. The benefits of this study lie in enhancing the service provided to customer networks by offering regular monitoring and surveillance. LibreNMS is one of the network monitoring system applications based on a Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), which quite a lot provides support features for customer network monitoring. One of these support features is Syslog Server, which provides historical log information for each monitored target device. Based on the results of the conducted research, LibreNMS shows potential in delivering an effective monitoring system and assisting network administrators in early troubleshooting of disruptions that may occur in customer networks.

Abstract

As a hospital that implements the SIMRS system and technology (Hospital Management Information System) that supports hospital management so as to create optimal service. For this reason, all support will certainly require a secure information and communication technology and has become a major requirement, including in terms of processing information and exchanging information. Atma Jaya Hospital already has computer network technology that supports employees' needs for data access through computer networks. However, the computer network technology currently owned cannot be utilized optimally by the hospital, so that the safety of accessing data from outside the hospital is not guaranteed by both doctors and employees. The current condition is that access to data from outside the hospital uses third-party applications, whose history cannot be known and is not deactivated. By maximizing the existing Fortigate in the hospital network infrastructure, we implemented a VPN with the IPSec method to access hospital data for doctors and employees, so that it can be more calm and guaranteed security from both the hospital and doctor or employee sides.
