Abstract

Moral development is the most important thing in education, including in pesantren-based educational institutions. Moral development will be carried out properly if it is carried out in a planned and programmed manner. Moral Development Management for Students Through Extracurricular Activities in Islamic Boarding Schools is one of the best solutions in realizing commendable student morals. This research was conducted to see the extent to which moral development was carried out at Al-Amin Middle School and Al-Ittihad Middle School Cianjur. The theory that forms the basis of the research is the management theory of POAC, TQM, and Six Life Value Systems. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research findings show that: (1) The management of the moral development program through extracurricular activities is based on the commitment of teachers, parents, and program implementation. (2) The implementation of the moral development program is the most basic principle and serves as a differentiator for the progress and decline of the quality of SMP. This conformity shows that in practice the moral development program through extracurricular activities has not been carried out according to process standards. (3) Evaluation of activities and problems encountered through monitoring and evaluation of the process and achievement of SMP institution development goals. (4) In general, the inhibiting factors in program development, such as curriculum, budget allocation, facilities, and infrastructure. (5) Improvement Efforts, solving problems in quality improvement, one of which is by holding FGD (Focus Group Discussion), workshops, and others.

Abstract

Characters that must be strived to be born and carried out consistently by students are religious characters and love to read. The facts show that not all students are religious in character and like to read. Lack of manners, manners, mutual respect for each other and sincerity in carrying out prayers, lack of enthusiasm for reading the Qur'an, reading book literacy and digital literacy. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview and analysis of the management of the implementation of the habituation of recitation of the Qur'an in fostering the religious character and reading pleasure of students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques, through interviews, observations and documentation. The conclusion is that the management of the implementation of the habituation of recitation of the Qur'an can foster students with religious character and love to read. This can be proven by the behavior of students in the school environment and outside the school environment showing consistency in reciting the Qur'an, behaving politely, including greetings, performing Duha prayers, mutual respect among friends, respect for teachers and various achievements that have been achieved. in the field of religious extracurricular in PENTAS PAI competitions at the cluster level, sub-district and district level. The results of this study are recommended to be used as comparative study material for researchers personally, as well as for PAI teacher institutions and students

Abstract

The development of learning models is an unsolved problem in line with the complexity of environmental changes, both in terms of planning, implementation and assessment. Various learning models continue to be carried out but have not provided an optimal impact on improving the quality of PAI learning both in terms of process and results. The method used in this research is qualitative research, qualitative data analysis/processing techniques include three stages, namely: (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; and (3) data verification. This study aims to obtain an overview of the Implementation of the Portfolio Learning Model. This study uses a qualitative naturalistic approach, the method uses a case study method with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation studies and observations. The results show that the use of the portfolio learning model can encourage the growth of students' enjoyment of the lesson, grow and increase motivation to do assignments, make it easier for students to understand lessons so that all components related to education must be optimized, one of which is the competence of teachers who are able to utilize various sources. in the presentation of the teaching and learning process. The learning process will be fun because students accept and give according to their abilities. The atmosphere of teaching and learning is fun, stimulating students to learn actively, creatively and effectively so that learning objectives are achieved optimally.

Abstract

Layanan rumah belajar merupakan forum diskusi yang didirikan oleh sebuah komunitas yang di kenal dengan MAPUSTA (Masyarakat Perpustakaan) untuk membatu memberikan kebutuhan informasi bagi masyarakat. Program layanan rumah belajar menjadi salah satu media dalam pembinaan kreativitas membaca bagi peserta didik yang ikut bergabung dalam program tersebut di DISPUSIPDA. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui layanan pada program rumah belajar sebagai media dalam pembinaan kreatifitas membaca. metode penelitian : kualitatif deskriptif dan studi kasus. Informan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 3 katogori yitu, 1. Peserta didik, 2. Fasilitator, dan 3. Komunitas Masyarakat Perpustakaan (MAPUSTA). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip (DISPUSIPDA) Jawa Barat. Dengan indikator yang terdapat pada penelitian ini seperti fungsi dan peranan program rumah belajar, faktor pendukung pada program rumah belajar, serta prantara sumber belajar yang terdapat pada program layanan rumah belajar. Dari hasil penelitian maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa layanan pada program rumah belajar merupakan salah satu media dalam pembinaan kreatifitas membaca bagi peserta didik ABSTRACTHome learning services are a discussion forum founded by a community known as MAPUSTA (Library Society) to help provide information needs for the community. The home learning service program is one of the media in developing reading creativity for students who join the program at DISPUSIPDA. The purpose of the study was to find out the services in the learning home program as a medium in developing reading creativity. Research methods: descriptive qualitative and case studies. The informants in this study divided into three categories, 1. Students, 2. Facilitators, and 3. Community Library Community (MAPUSTA). This research was carried out at the West Java Library and Archives (DISPUSIPDA) Office. With the indicators contained in this study such as the function and role of home learning programs, supporting factors in the learning home program, and learning resources among the learning home service programs. From the results of the study, the researcher can conclude that services in the home learning program are one of the media in the development of reading creativity for students

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hambatan, dan solusi menghadapi hambatan implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) untuk meningkatkan disiplin peserta didik dalam masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, peyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) diawali dengan pembentukan tim penanggung jawab yang dibentuk dibawah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden No 87 Tahun 2017 tentang Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter terbagi menjadi beberapa kegiatan yaitu: kegiatan pembiasaan, kegiatan pembelajaran, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Evaluasi implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) dilakukan oleh guru yang diberikan tanggung jawab terhadap peserta didik sedangkan Kepala Sekolah sebagai pimpinan Sekolah mempunyai kewajiban wewenang dan bertanggung jawab dalam mengawasi kegiatan penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK). Hambatan yang terjadi merupakan dampak pandemi covid 19 sehingga Sekolah harus menyesuaikan dengan kondisi pembelajaran daring, sehingga dibutuhkan berbagai alternatif dalam menyesuaikan kondisi yang saat ini terjadi. Serta untuk mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang muncul yaitu pembenahan berbagai program yang tidak efisien, menguatkan berbagai program PPK yang memang sudah dilaksanakan sejak dulu (kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pembiasaan-pembiasaan), memperbanyak sosialisasi atau arahan kepada seluruh warga sekolah akan pentingnya pendidikan karakter, meningkatkan kualitas guru (diklat), bekerja sama dengan pihak luar (koramil, polsek), membangun komitmen ke semua warga sekolah, dan menjalin komunikasi yang baik ke setiap warga sekolah.

Abstract

Manajemen berbasis sekolah merupakan salah satu model manajemen yang memberikan kewenangan yang luas kepada sekolah untuk pengelolaan sekolah sesuai dengan potensi, tuntutan, dan kebutuhan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Karawang Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala, guru, dan komite sekolah. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui 3 alur kegiatan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifi kasi data. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa implementasi mananajemen berbasis sekolah oleh kepala sekolah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Karawang telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebijakan, perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan. disamping itu kepala sekolah selalu mencari solusi dalam tiap permasalahan dalam menjalankan Manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran dan analisis tentang manajemen penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus berdasar aspek-aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, hambatan, dan solusi. Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan kegiatan pendidikan inklusi yang dituangkan dalam RPP umum yang kemudian dimodifikasi/disesuaikan dengan kemampuan masing-masing ABK, 2) dalam penentuan struktur organisasi di Sekolah ini dibuat sesuai aturan yang ditetapkan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi, 3) pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi diimplementasikan dalam RPP dengan melihat dari peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus dalam bentuk penyesuaian dalam capaian pembelajaran, 4) pengawasan penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi secara umum dilakukan pada proses, dan program yang dilakukan setahun dua kali oleh kepala madrasah dan pengawas madrasah, 5) hambatan yang dihadapi yakni belum ada Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK), dan 6) solusi penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi yang dilakukan yakni secara khusus dengan mendatangkan tim ahli untuk memberikan masukan kepada guru-guru, bisa dalam bentuk seminar, pelatihan, workshop dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The lack of optimal quality of education in madrasahs causes the public image of madrasas to remain poor. The public view of Madrasahs is associated with second-choice educational institutions, not developed, slums, and other negative images about madrasas, therefore, the desire of the community (parents) to continue their children's studies in madrasahs is very lacking. For the quality of learning in madrasah to increase, the head of the madrasah must always improve the effectiveness of the implementation of academic supervision, improve good school culture, and prepare educational facilities. The results of the pre-survey on the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah in South Lampung District, the initial data obtained on the quality of the learning process are as follows: (1) there are still many teachers using less varied learning methods; (2) teachers rarely make use of and use instructional media; (3) learning activities do not activate students, where teachers are more active in learning; (4) the evaluation activities carried out by the teacher were more on the cognitive aspects; (5) learning activities carried out by the teacher do not optimize the development of all potential students; and (6) student learning outcomes are rarely followed up, the information is merely to find out the extent of the learning outcomes of students (students).

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is the most basic level educational institution which is a continuation of the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) or Kindergarten (TK) level in formal education in Indonesia, which is managed by the Ministry of Religion. The problem is whether partially and simultaneously Motivation, Work Ethic and Work Discipline on Teacher Work Productivity. The technique in the research was carried out by means of a questionnaire by distributing a list of questions to respondents as many as 40 teachers. The research shows that the Fcount value is 544.007 with a significant level of 0.00. Because Fcount 544.007> Ftable 2.87 and the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, namely 0.00 t table 1.688 with a significant 0.046 < 0.05, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant effect of Work Motivation on Work Productivity. The results of the work ethic variable test, the value of tcount -3.848 < t table 1.688 with a significant 0.000> 0.05, meaning that it is partially influential but not significant on work ethics on work productivity. The result of the work discipline variable test, tcount 4,912 > t table 1,688 with a significant 0,000 > 0.05, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Work Productivity. While the adjusted R square is 0.977, this means that 97.8% of the variation in Work Productivity can be explained by the independent variable Work Motivation, Work Ethic, Work Discipline, while the rest (100% - 97.7% = 2.3%) can be explained by other independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used quantitative models, using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data distributed to 50 employees at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used is a quantitative method through an associative approach. Research location of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The sample selection method in this research is saturated sample (census). The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate: 1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence employee performance. 2) Partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that observers of cleanliness and observers of work space so that the tasks given by employees are done well and it is hoped that with work motivation
