Abstract

Transportation services become one of the most needed facilities by many people. in every business activity, satisfaction becomes one of the factors to develop business in the transportation services industry. The decrease of passenger quantity and passenger satisfaction level at public transport service in Ciamis regency become some business problems. The purpose of this research to find out the level of passenger satisfaction and any factors that can affect passenger satisfaction in the district ciamis This research using survey methods. Survey in this research is to describe the phenomenon-related passenger satisfaction level and factors that affect passenger satisfaction in Ciamis.  The study findings that there are three variable which affect passenger satisfaction such as service quality, price fairness and innovation also the level of passenger satisfaction was bad. Required participation from both business owner, driver and government to improve public transportation service system like improving service quality skills for driver, make a price fairness for whole passenger, and make some business innovation both method and business practice.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the still not optimal quality control in the production of Nata De Coco which can be seen from the decrease in customer satisfaction, namely the reduced demand for products from consumers, this is thought to be caused by the not optimal implementation of quality control carried out by the company. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. Based on the results of the study that: 1) The implementation of quality control at the Nata De Coco Factory Bojongmengger Ciamis has been carried out quite well in accordance with the indicators that have been set in this study, namely performance, features, reliability, conformance, durability, service ability, aesthetics and quality which shows that it is quite good; 2) The production process at the Nata De Coco Factory Bojongmengger Ciamis is generally good because it is in accordance with the indicators that have been set in this study, which include the production schedule, production sequence and production time which show that it is good; 3) The implementation of quality control plays a role in improving the production process at the Nata De Coco Factory Bojongmengger Ciamis. It can be seen that with the implementation of quality control which is already quite good, it has an impact on increasing the production process at the Nata De Coco Factory in Bojongmengger Ciamis. Thus, if the implementation of quality control is good, the company's production process will increase.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi dan meningkatnya persaingan, kebutuhan akan sebuah produk yang mampu mendukung mobilitas kerja begitu diminati oleh pasar salah satunya adalah alat komunikasi dengan jenis smartphone. Mengingat semakin banyaknya merek smartphone yang ditawarkan dipasaran, hal ini akan membingungkan konsumen untuk memilih merek mana yang sesuai. Salah satu variabel penting yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan konsumen dalam memilih smartphone adalah Perceived Ease Of Use dan Perceived Usefulness. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap keputusan pembelian pada smartphone vivo di albani cellular. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan sumber data primer. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh digunakan Analisis Koefisien Korelasi Sederhana, Analisis Koefisien Korelasi Berganda, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan Uji Signifikansi (Uji t dan Uji F). Terdapat pengaruh antara perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap keputusan pembelian pada smartphone vivo di albani cellular, perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness membantu konsumen dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian dan mampu meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada smartphone vivo. Penerapan perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap keputusan pembelian pada smartphone vivo di albani cellular dapat dikatakan sudah baik, namun alangkah baiknya pihak smartphone vivo lebih memperhatikan aspek kemudahan dan manfaat produk yaitu dengan cara mengeluarkan inovasi baru terhadap produknya, misalnya membuat fitur yang tidak berbelit-belit. hal tersebut bertujuan agar smartphone vivo lebih mudah digunakan dan memberikan manfaat sehingga dapat memberikan persepsi konsumen yang baik dan positif.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah tingkat kredit macet Non Performing Loan yang tergolong tinggi pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah pada tahun 2019 yatu sebesar 12,175%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja keuangan Bank Pembangunan Daerah BPD di Indonesia menggunakan Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return On Asset dan Loan To Deposit Ratio. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode dekskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Pembangunan Daerah di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 memiliki rata-rata Capital Adequacy Ratio sebesar 21,7% jauh diatas Capital Adequacy Ratio minimal yang ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia sebesar 8%, serta memiliki rata-rata Return On Asset sebesar 2,16% yang juga lebih besar dari minimal Return On Asset sebesar 1,5%, selanjutnya untuk rata-rata  Loan To Deposit Ratio Bank Pembangunan Daerah sebesar 80,43% yang berada pada range standard LDR, sehingga dapat dikatakan Bank Pembangunan Daerah di Indonesia termasuk dalam ketrgori likuid. Maka berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Bank Pembangunan Daerah di Indonesia selama periode Januari 2019 sampai dengan Desember 2019 adalah baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam membeli produk laptop/notebook. Permasalahan pada penlitian ini adalah mengkaji faktor manakah yang sangat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam membeli produk laptop. Faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor individu, faktor psikologi dan faktor ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor psikologi dan faktor ekonomi yang memiliki pengaruh tinggi terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam membeli produk laptop. Faktor psikologi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,311 sedangkan faktor ekonomi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,323 terhadap perilaku konsumen. Mengingat faktor psikologi dan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh yang baik disarankan bagi perusahaan produsen laptop/notebook untuk memproduksi produk dengan harga yang cukup kompetitif, fitur modern dan desain yang cocok berdasarkan segmentasi pasar.Kata Kunci: Perilaku konsumen, Faktor budaya, Faktor sosial, Faktor individu, Faktor psikologi, Faktor ekonomi

Abstract

The existence of the fourth industrial revolution made the whole way of banking work a little changed. From these events, the government and the central bank took advantage of this opportunity to create a debit card that has the same function as a visa and mastercard but originated from Indonesia. The inefficiency of the velocity of money that must be paid to foreign companies makes them act and take the decision to issue a debit card with a gerbang pembayaran nasional brand. The purpose of this study is to uncover what factors are causing customers to change their cards from visa or mastercard to GPN. The method used in this study is a survey with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 978, while the sample chosen was 211. The data used in this study were primary data obtained from questionnaires. The subjects in this study were customers who had a visa or mastercard debit card which eventually changed to GPN. The research sites were conducted in East Priangan city and regency namely Tasikmalaya City, Tasikmalaya Regency and Ciamis Regency. Data analysis techniques in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM). The results revealed that there were two variables that had an influence on the customer's decision to replace their debit cards namely word of mouth and brand awareness, while the two other variables that had no influence were customer value and price. The strategy undertaken by the government and the central bank is effective enough to stimulate customers in replacing their debit cards into GPN, by making GPN a news that is always being talked about and the intensity of GPN campaigns or promotions that are spread across every bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the size of the contribution of local taxes to the Ciamis Regency local own revenue. In this study, the formula for the ratio of local tax contribution to local own revenue was formulated. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Measurement of contributions of local taxes on local own revenue is drawn from the local own revenue structure which consists of local taxes, regional levies, separated regional wealth results, and other legitimate regional income. The results of the study show that the contribution of local taxes to local own revenue is in the very low and low category, because during the 2013-2015 fiscal year the figure was below 26%, while in the 2016-2017 fiscal year it reached a number of 26% -50%. The low contribution of local taxes to local own revenue is due to restaurant taxes stipulated through regional regulation No. 5 of 2011, namely the imposition of a 10% tax on each transaction with consumers is still a lot of rejection from most restaurant managers, with the reason of fear of a decline in consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of e-commerce adoption on SMEs towards consumer experience in shopping online and its impact on repurchases. This research is a quantitative study with a survey method. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling. The sample size in this study is 205 respondents who have made transactions on the fashion SME e-commerce websites. The results showed that the better the adoption of e-commerce carried out by SMEs fashion, the better it is in providing a good experience for consumers, which ultimately made consumers repurchase on the website. This study provides new measurements of consumer responses in the form of experience after using SME e-commerce websites.

Abstract

Business, technology and transportation systems growth rapidly along with the times. At present, transportation is a means that cannot be separated from the daily activities of human life. There are two types of transportation, namely conventional transportation and online transportation. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out the differences in income earned, maximum income, minimum income and average income obtained by public transport drivers before and after online transportation. This study uses a comparative method to describe before and after revenue of public transportation drivers. The results show that there was a decreasing in the average driver's income of public transport by 60.5%, a decrease in maximum income obtained by public transport drivers by 60% and a decrease in minimum income obtained by public transport drivers by 50%. Decreasing the revenue of drivers of public transport after the emergence of new technology and the operation of online transportation caused a change in the interest of passengers in using public transportation. There are several reasons for the shifting of angkot passengers using online transportation services including travel time, lack of awareness and discipline of public transportation drivers, unscheduled fuel filling, forced transfer of passengers, and public transportation facilities.

Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 opens opportunities as well as challenges for an industry, the opportunity is to develop market share to be broader with the internet while the challenges are conventional methods that need to be changed to become easier because of the needs of consumers to keep up with the times. These changes have an impact on the economic field, especially business. Not only globally, Indonesia also experienced a lifestyle change in consuming products and services that are currently not free from the use of internet platforms. Transportation services are currently one of the industries that are undergoing rapid changes. The reduced interest of passengers using conventional transportation has caused transportation modes to lose the market share that they have had for a long time, which also has an impact on the sales they get. The purpose of this study is to analyze the decision to use public transportation modes by millennial generation passengers. This study used a survey method and case study design with a qualitative approach. The population and sample in this study are consumers using public transport services aged 18-37 years or millennial generations. The results of this study explain that millennial passengers prefer online transportation modes than conventional transportation modes. If conventional transportation wants to remain competitive in this industry, they are likely to need to cooperate with the private sector as well as the government as a regulator by making rival applications as a competitive advantage.
