This research aims to identify the issues faced by one of the paint distributors in managing their sales information system. The study notes that despite the store's successful sales activities, the utilization of the sales information system remains limited, with the store preferring to manage products without online information handling applications. Based on observations, some weaknesses of the current system include lack of stock data accuracy, hindrances in providing real-time stock information, and limitations in tracking stock changes. The author suggests providing training to users of the web-based sales information system and establishing clear task allocation, as well as system improvements to address existing weaknesses. These suggestions are expected to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales management and meet the needs of both administrators and buyers.

This study aims to analyze cryptocurrency investments and the risks faced by beginner investors who own digital assets such as Bitcoin, Solana, XRP, and other coins that have been increasing in value over the past few years, especially among the general public and retail investors. Not only retail investors, but governments also now hold digital assets, as has already happened. However, the unstable price and lack of global legal oversight make investing in cryptocurrency highly risky, especially for those with less knowledge and experience. The methods used in this study include literature review, descriptive analysis of historical price data for cryptocurrency, case studies, and interviews with several beginner investors. The findings show that cryptocurrency can generate large profits in a short time, but the risk of losing capital is also very high. Therefore, having a good understanding of blockchain technology, risk management, and investment psychology before starting to invest is important. This study is hoped to serve as a reference for beginner investors when considering decisions to invest in cryptocurrency.

PENGARUH KEPUASAAN KERJA DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN KEPEMIMPINAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI PADA STEKOM SEMARANG Hanu, Febryantahanuji

Tujun dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja dan komunikasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi. Jumlah subjek penelitian 148 karyawan STEKOM. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi moderasi adalah aplikasi khusus regresi linier berganda yang mengandung unsur interaksi. Menggunakan teknik analisis indeks untuk menggambarkan persepsi responden terhadap item. Pengujian hipotesis 1 diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung = 2,869 > t tabel = 1,645 dengan angka signifikansi = 0,008 < a = 0,05 (signifikan). Dengan demikian maka hipotesis (H1) bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi terbukti. Pengujian hipotesis 2 diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung = 2,751 > t tabel = 1,645 dengan angka signifikansi = 0,013 < a = 0,05 (signifikan). Dengan demikian hipotesis (H2) bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi terbukti. Pengujian hipotesis 3 diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung 2,691 > t tabel = 1,645 dengan angka signifikansi = 0,016 < a = 0,05 (signifikan). Dengan demikian maka hipotesis (H3) bahwa kepemimpinan memoderasi positif pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi terbukti. Pengujian hipotesis 4 (H4) diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung dari pengaruh variabel moderasi sebesar 2,562 > t tabel = 1,645 dengan angka signifikansi = 0,022 < a = 0,05 (signifikan). Dengan demikian maka hipotesis (H4) bahwa kepemimpinan memoderasi positif pengaruh komunikasi terhadap komitmen organisasi terbukti. Demak regency is one of goverment institute which act to make and accompany all section of agriculture and fishery in Demak and arround. Now, facilities and infrastructures in delivery information of agriculture and fishery's product which available are still simple and konventional. The aim of this research is to give solution which be related to information system and promotion, among others yields information, location of agriculture and fishery centers which can be delivered to investor who want to join investment even purchases agricultural and fishery products with maximum and fast. This research method using model approach Research and Development (R&D) in 6 stages, that are research and information collecting, planning, develop premilinary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, and main field testing. The result of this study show that the using of android based mapping information systems has met the needs of farmers and investors in conveying information. Among others informations of investment even for purchasing agricultural and fishery products easily by smartphone based android in order to information can be delivered to potential buyers / investors.

TOPSIS menggunakan prinsip bahwa alternatif yang terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif untuk menentukan keputusan. Solusi ideal positif didefinisikan sebagai nilai terbaik, sedangkan solusi negatif-ideal adalah nilai terburuk. TOPSIS mempertimbangkan keduanya, jarak terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terhadap solusi ideal negatif. Prinsip yang digunakan adalah penetapan solusi ideal positif sebagai bahan pertimbangan penilaian kriteria. Seiring berjalannya waktu dengan terus berproses untuk lebih baik, maka sekolah ini kemudian mengusung konsep Sekolah Alam. Tepatnya sekitar tahun 2010 – 2011 konsep ini mulai di terapkan di sekolah ini. Dengan jumlah guru dan staff yang semakin bertambah di setiap tahunnya, maka perlu adanya penilaian kinerja guna meningkatkan mutu dalam mengajar bagi setiap pendidiknya.

This research was conducted on a company engaged in food and baverage (ice cream). To meet customers every day the company already has a stockpile warehouse but the documentation that is used today is still simple by recording goods stock by looking directly at the items, and recording in the stock book that has been provided as a report to the leader. In this way there is often a difference between the real stock of goods and the recording of goods per month from the head office. In this company there is also no method to optimize the cost of inventory. This study designs an application that is able to process, document, calculate order transactions and store inventory in warehouses. By applying the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in which the company can find out the amount of good inventory that the company needs as efficiently as possible. It can also be known the inventory of security (safety stock) and the most appropriate time to hold a reorder point (reorder point). With this inventory inventory information system, it is expected that the company can carry out the planning, procurement and monitoring of goods inventory properly, but it can also produce accurate, accurate and effective reports.
