Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) experience various kinds of problems. One of the problems faced by UMKM is related to capital and business sustainability due to changing environmental conditions which have an impact on decreasing income levels. This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy on business performance and sustainability of UMKM in Jambi. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach by giving questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling by considering UMKM respondents in Jambi who have been established for more than one year and are still actively running their businesses. The analytical method in this research The sampling technique used was accidental sampling of 55 respondents from food and beverage UMKM owners in Jambi. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the t test (partial), it states that Financial Literacy has an influence on MSME Performance, where the t-count > t-table value, namely 3.307 > 1.674, which means that Financial Literacy has a significant influence on UMKM Performance. Meanwhile, for the test of the Financial Literacy variable on the Sustainability of MSMEs, it also has an influence, where the Financial Literacy variable has a t-count > t-table value, namely 3.906 > 1.674, which means that Financial Literacy has a significant influence on the Sustainability of UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of financial applications and human resource competencies on the quality of financial statements (case study at Jambi University). This sample was taken from 40 respondents at Jambi University. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. In this study the data sources used in data collection include primary data. The research instrument used in this study used a Likert scale. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 26 application regarding the Effect of the Application of Financial Applications and Human Resource Competencies on the Quality of Financial Statements (Case Study at Jambi University), the authors can conclude that the application of financial applications and human resource competencies has a significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements. the better the application of financial applications in making financial reports, the better the quality of the resulting financial reports. and the better the competence of human resources, the better the quality of the resulting financial reports.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Teman Abadi terletak di pinggiran sungai Batanghari tepatnya di RT.09 kelurahanMudung Laut Kecamatan Pelayangan, Kota Jambi. Kelompok Tani ini beranggotakan 45 orangdengan berbagai pekerjaan, mulai dari petani, tukang kayu, dan tukang bangunan. Dari 45 orangtersebut terdapat 21 orang yang bergerak dalam bidang pertanian dan perkebunan mulai darimenanam Padi, Jagung, hingga tanaman herbal berkhasiat obat seperti, Jahe Merah, temu ireng, danpegagan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan yaitu berawal dari tahap persiapan denganmelakukan FGD, kemudian sosialisasi dengan ketua kelompok tani, ketida pelaksanaan programyang dalam hal ini bekerjasama dengan dinas kesehatan kota jambi. terakhir melakukan evaluasidan monitoring pelaksanaan program ini.  Hasil yang telah diperoleh antara lain websitetemanabadifarma.com, peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan setelah mengikuti kegiatan danhasilnya significant antara pre test dan pos test. selain itu juga telah didapatkan hasil berupa videdokumentasi, kesimpulannya Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini telah berhasil menambah danmeningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan peserta akan cara membuat simplisia yang baik danbenar. Kemudian Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dapatbermanfaat untuk pemasaran produk,khusunya dari website yang  telah dibuat dengan baik.Kata Kunci : kelompok tani, herbal, pemasaran, farmasi

Abstract

style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. ANGKASA PURA II JAMBI. The sample in this study are employees at PT. ANGKASA PURA II JAMBI The method used in this research is the quantitative method by performing multiple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 16 for windows.Leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance, partially work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat khususnya Ibu-Ibu di Kota Jambi tentang konsep Financial Literacy dan Financial Behavior. Dimana Kehidupan rumah tangga tidak lepas dari masalah keuangan. Karena itu, mengatur keuangan rumah tangga bukanlah perkara yang mudah. Perlu cara mengatur keuangan rumah tangga yang benar agar seluruh kebutuhan keluarga bisa terpenuhi.. Dengan demikian tentunya penting akan pengetahuan tentang konsep Financial Literacy dan Financial Behavior. Abstract

Pasar Angso Duo merupakan pasar induk yang ada di kota jambi. Dengan luas sekitar 5 Ha, pasar angso duo menjadi pasar terbesar di provinsi jambi dan juga merupakan pusat distribusi sayuran baik dari dalam kota maupun dari luar kota untuk di jual ke pedagang-pedagang kecil lain. Berdasarkan hasil waancara dengan pengurus pasar angso duo, didapatkan informasi bahwa pasar angso duo menghasilkan limbah sayuran sekitar 10 ton/malam nya. Sayangnya , pengelolaan sampah di kota jambi masih belum berjalan dengan baik, belum ada rencana pemanfaatan dari limbah tersebut. Kemudian, program dari pemerintah kota jambi untuk pengolahan limbah organic ini juga masih belum ada. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu mulai dari persiapan, kemudian penyuluhan, praktik langsung dan terakhir pendampingan dengan durasi waktu pelaksanaan selama kurang lebih 5 bulan hingga desember 2023 ini. Hasil yang telah diperoleh antara lain berupa Peningkatan Pengetahuan warga terhadapt prospek sampah organic untuk dijadikan pupuk cair, artikel di media sosial, serta video kegiatan yang di upload di youtube. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini bahwa sampah sayuran di pasar angso duo memiliki prospek nilai ekonomi yang menjanjikan jika dimanfaatkan dengan baik, dan salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan upaya pengabdian masyarakat ini.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the difference before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic on the capital market reaction by using the Restaurant, Hotel, and Tourism subsector samples listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2020 period. The population and sample in this study were the entire population, namely 31 sector companies. restaurant hotel and tourism This research is a quantitative research, the type of data using secondary data The research method that researchers use is summary. The results in this study indicate that the Covid-19 pandemic event had a fairly bad impact on the capital market. Based on the summary test results that have been carried out, it can be concluded that before and during the Covid-19 pandemic the Abnormal Return variable reacted negatively to the capital market reaction, it can be said that there was a difference between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. For the Abnormal Return variable that has a negative reaction to the reaction of the capital market, it can be said that there is a difference between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di bagian Wood Supply Department PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp And Paper Industri (LPPPI). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana, Koefisien Determinasi serta pengujian statistic dengan uji t. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik full sampling, sebanyak 53 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di bagian Wood Supply Department PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp And Paper Industri (LPPPI), ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (3,352 > 2,055) atau sig < α (0,002 < 0,05). Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di bagian Wood Supply Department PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp And Paper Industri (LPPPI) adalah sebesar 18,10% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 82,90% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor penyebab lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Non Fisik dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Lulo Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian kuantitatif. dalam penelitian ini alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier. Kemudian digunakan analisis statistik berupa perhitungan analisis regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi serta melakukan pengujian statistik dengan uji F dan uji t. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja Fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Lulo Kabupaten Kerinci, tetapi variabel Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Lulo Kabupaten Kerinci. Dan secara bersama-sama variabel Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Komitmen Organisasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Lulo Kabupaten Kerinci

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze whether the dividend per share (DPS), net income and earning per share (EPS) affect the stock price on food an beverage industry in stock exchange on periode 2014-2018. This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical test F and test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free. The food and beverage sector is a sector where companies in Indonesia produce value- cadded products. Growth in this sector in Indonesia is supported by basic human needs for food and beverages, large populations, greater income and higher spending on high-rise middle-class food. Based on SPSS calculation results obtained F value count of 13,211 with a sig value of 0.043. This indicates that the value F count is greater than the value of the table F ((13,211 > 4,07) and the value is significantly smaller than the alpha value (0.043 < 0.05). Thus Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It means that DPR, net profit and EPS jointly influence the value of the company in food an beverage industry in stock exchange on periode 2014-2018. As for the advice that the authors can give in this research is as follows for the company should further increase the value of financial ratios that affect the increase in the stock price. For investors, can use the variable DPS, net profit and EPS together to see the feasibility of investing and investors can see from other variables that affect a partial to the stock price. For the development of science, this research can provide additional knowledge as a source of information and as a donation of thought in developing financial management disciplines. For further researchers we recommend using another ratio to calculate their impact on the share price as it can be possible another ratio also affects the increase in the company’s share price.
