Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis proksimat, analisis nilai kalori dan analisis petrografi batubara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui parameter dan korelasi antara beberapa hasil analisis proksimat, analisis nilai kalori dan analisis petrografi batubara pada tingkat kematangan (rank) batubara, mengetahui komposisi maseral dari pada tiap sampel batubara dan penentuan tingkat kematangan (rank) batubara dari hasil analisis reflektansi vitrinit.  Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan analisis dari metode analisis proksimat, nilai kalori dengan standar analisis American Standard For Testing Material (ASTM) dan analisis petrografi batubara sesuai dengan Coal Maceral Analysis, The Standart Association of Australian Standart House, 1986. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah sampling pada 2 seam yang ada pada lokasi penelitian yaitu seam O dan seam P, dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa nilai maksimum reflektansi vitrinit berada antara 0.35 % - 0.55 %, dengan nilai maksimum reflektansi vitrinit tersebut dapat ditentukan bahwa tingkat kematangan (rank) batubara berada pada rank Lignit - Sub-bituminous.

Abstract

Registration of outpatient BPJS at Rumah Sakit IslamJakarta Pondok Kopi in its operational condition is obstacles thatis a long time in the registration process due to the large volumeof patient visit each day. So it takes a cient server basedinformation system that can support so as to produce betterservice. The purpose of this study was to provide an alternativemodel of outpatient administration of BPJS patients. The methodused in this study waterfall with stages analyze the needs ofsoftware, design, code generation, testing and support. Thediscussion by designing the system in the form of usecasediagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and ERD. Abstract

1-(2.5-dihydroxy phenyl)-(3-pyridine-2-il)-propenone compound is a compound synthesized by reacting the pyridine-2-carbaldehyde and 2.5-dihydroxyacetophenone compound without solvent with K2CO3 (Potassium Carbonate) catalyst in the microwave. The 1-(2.5-dihydroxy phenyl)-(3-pyridine-2-il)-propenone compound is a chalcone derivative compound substituted by two hydroxy groups on ring A and has 2-pyridyl groups on ring B. Chalcone is a secondary metabolite compound from the flavonoid group, which has several activities as anti-platelet, anti-bacterial, immunomodulator, anti-hyperglycemic, and anti-inflammatory. This study aims to determine the antibacterial effect of 1-(2.5-dihydroxifenil)-(3-pyridine-2-il)-propenone compound against Enterococcus faecalis and Escherichia coli bacteria. This study used TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography) and Melting Point Test to analyze the purity of 1-(2.5-dihydroxy phenyl)-(3-pyridine-2-il)-propenone compound. Meanwhile, the test for antibacterial activity used a well diffusion method. Concentration variation for 1-(2.5-dihydroxifenyl)-(3-pyridine-2-il)-propenone compound as antibacterial in Escherichia coli were 0.25 mg/100 μl, 0.5 mg/200 μl, and 0.75 mg/300 μl. Meanwhile, the concentration variation for Enterococcus faecalis bacteria was 5%, 2.5%, 1.25% and was replicated three times. The results of the compound purity test using the melting point test and Thin Layer Chromatography (TCL) showed that the 1-(2.5-dihydroxy phenyl)-(3-pyridine-2-il)-propenone compound was pure. The results of the antibacterial activity test for 1-(2.5-dihydroxiphenyl)-(3-pyridine-2-il)-propenone compound showed no zone of inhibition at each test concentration. In conclusion, the 1-(2.5-dihydroxifenyl)-(3-pyridine-2-il)-propenone compound did not have an antibacterial effect on Enterococcus faecalis and Escherichia coli bacteria.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality on perceived value mediated by brand image and brand trust on the participant BPJS KESEHATAN Kesehatan Branch Malang (National Health Insurance Office Malang Branch). This study is using purposive sampling, 170 people who registered as social security administration's health Malang branch were selected as the respondents. All variables are measured by Likert scale. The Data was analyzed using partial least squares. The results are service quality influences significant ability to trust and brand image, and perceived value does not significantly influence trust, but significant influences brand image. Brand image partially mediates the effect of service quality on trust and fully mediates the effect of perceived value on trust. The implication of this research is social security administration health Malang branch must maintain and improve the quality of its services, promote and socialize to improve its brand image and brand trust.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada masa ini hanya terfokus pada masalah kurikulum dan metode pengajaran saja, belum merujuk pada hal yang lebih spesifik lagi yaitu bagaimana aspek lembaga pendidikan tesebut dalam manajemen strategi yang baik dan benar. Untuk itu Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro yaitu menggunakan manajemen strategi menjadi solusi dalam upaya pengembangan pendidikan formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui bagaimana strategi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan pendidikan formal Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro. (2) Mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen strategi Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro. (3) Mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pengembangan pendididkan formal di Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu, wawancara observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Manajemen strategi di Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro dalam pengembangan pendidikan formal dapat mencapai target dengan adanya tahapan diantaranya dengan pembacaan lingkungan, formulasi strategi, pelaksanaan strategi, evaluasi dan monitoring strategi. (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen strategi di Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro sebagai sistem pengimplementasian strategi dalam program-program untuk mencapai sasaran masing-masing dilakukan melalui fungsi manajemen yang mencangkup pengorganisasian, penggerakan, pengawasan, dan penganggaran.

Abstract

Coral transplantation is an alternative way to maintain coral reef ecosystems sustainability. A. hyacinthus is one of the main reef builder and export commodities for decorative aquarium. Determining the initial size of coral fragments may create efficiency and effectiveness of transplantation. This study aims to examine the effects of different initial fragment lengths on growth, growth rate and survival rate of Acropora hyacinthus. Six colonies were fragmented to three initial lengths (30, 50 and 70 mm), where it was measured for 12 weeks. Growth rates were obtained every two weeks while survival rates were calculated amount of living fragments at the end of the observation substracted by the amount of living fragments at the beginning of the observation. The effects of different initial lengths were analysed using Tukey HSD two-way ANOVA and when parametric statistics asumptions did not meet, it was analysed using a non parametric statistic test. Thus the significant results were followed by Tukey HSD. The results showed that different initial fragment lengths had significant effect on the growth of length (p = 0.000), however there was no significant difference in diameter growth (p = 0.662). The lowest length growth rate was found at initial length 30 mm and the highest was at 70 mm long. In contrast, the lowest diameter growth rate was found 70 mm and the highest was at 30 mm long. The survival rates of different initial fragment lengths of fragmented reached 100% at all lengths.

Abstract

Abstrak Ketidakpuasan karyawan dalam bekerja akan berdampak pada rasa tidak aman dalam bekerja atau job insecurity dan job stres atau terlalu besar tekanan. Jika hal ini tidak segera ditangani dengan baik maka akan berdampak pada turnover intention atau karyawan akan keluar dari perusahaan. Berdasar keadaan tersebut maka dapat dirumuskan permasalahan, sebagai berikut : 1) Apakah Job insecurity dan job stress berpengaruh siknifikan secara parsial terhadap job satisfaction pada RSIA Melinda kediri? 2) Apakah Job insecurity dan job stress berpengaruh siknifikan secara parsial terhadap turnover intention pada RSIA Melinda kediri? 3) Apakah Job Satisfaction berpengaruh siknifikan terhadap turnover intention pada RSIA Melinda kediri? 4) Apakah Job satisfaction mampu memediasi job insecurity terhadap turnover intention pada RSIA Melinda kediri? 5) Apakah Job Satisfaction mampu memediasi job stress terhadap turnover intention pada RSIA Melinda kediri? Adapun hasil dari analisis adalah berdasar uji validitas semua variable dikatakan valid. Berdasar uji reliabitas semua variable reliabel dan berdasarkan uji regresi, hipotesis 1 hingga hipotesis 3 memperoleh hasil diterima dengan hasil positif dan siknifikan sedangkan Hipotesis 4 dan hipotesis 5 bahwa variable job satisfaction mampu memediasi job insecurity dan job Stres terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Job insecurity, job stress, job satisfaction dan turnover intention. Abstract Employee dissatisfaction at work will have an impact on insecurity at work or job insecurity and job stress or too much pressure. If this is not handled properly, it will have an impact on turnover intention or employees will leave the company. Based on these conditions, the problem can be formulated as follows: 1) Does job insecurity and job stress have a partially significant effect on job satisfaction at RSIA Melinda Kediri? 2) Does job insecurity and job stress have a partially significant effect on turnover intention at RSIA Melinda Kediri? 3) Does Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention at RSIA Melinda Kediri? 4) Is Job satisfaction able to mediate job insecurity on turnover intention at RSIA Melinda Kediri? 5) Is Job Satisfaction able to mediate job stress on turnover intention at RSIA Melinda Kediri? The results of the analysis are based on the validity test of all variables said to be valid. Based on the reliability test of all reliable variables and based on the regression test, hypotheses 1 to 3 obtain results that are accepted with positive and significant results while Hypothesis 4 and hypothesis 5 that the variable job satisfaction is able to mediate job insecurity and job stress on turnover intention. Abstract

This article explains the role of social assistants in community empowerment. Social assistants are needed as part of the direct and indirect determinants of the success of implementing community empowerment programs. The community becomes empowered by the assistance provided by social assistants so that the community can rise and achieve social welfare. To understand the role of the social assistant, a qualitative approach was used in this study. The study results show that the role of social assistants in community empowerment is good by being a facilitator, broker, mediator, defender, and protector. However, the role of the assistant in the field also plays a role as a liaison, motivator, researcher, mobilizer, advocate, evaluator, and mentor. The role played has not been maximized to empower the community due to social assistants carrying out their role difficulties in monitoring movements by the need for social welfare services, lack of cooperation and a sense of care between community leaders, and comprehensive coverage of work areas.

Abstract

Masa Pandemi COVID-19 masyarakat harus meningkatkan sistem imunitas tubuh yang merupakan kekuatan pertahanan tubuh dalam melindungi dan melawan bakteri, virus dan organisme yang akan menyebabkan kesakitan dimana jalan masuk penularannya dapat melalui setuhan kulit, konsumsi dan terhirup saluran pernapasan dari aktivitas masyarakat setiap harinya. Faktor atau hal yang berkaitan dengan daya tahan atau imunitas tubuh yaitu makanan bergizi, mencuci tangan dengan alir mengalir menggunakan sabun serta rutin untuk berolahraga. Persepsi seseorang yang baik tentang imunitas tubuh dapat mempengaruhi tindakannya untuk melakukan upaya perbaikan kesehatannya. Salah satu kelompok masyarakat yang berisiko terpapar COVID-19 adalah pekerja di UMKM di wilayah Jakarta yang tetap melayani kebutuhan masyarakat di tengah ancaman penularan COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan variabel independent yaitu umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, masa kerja, konsumsi makanan, kebiasaan mencuci tangan, olahraga dengan variabel dependen yaitu persepsi imunitas tubuh pekerja UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu umur, jenis kelamin, Pendidikan, masa kerja, konsumsi makanan, kebiasaan cuci tangan, olahraga, sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus besar sampel dan didapatkan 112 pekerja UMKM yang berdomisili di wilayah Jakarta Timur, cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental dan uji statistik menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan sebagian besar pekerja UMKM berumurnya > 40 tahun sebanyak 50,9%, pekerja UMKM berjenis kelamin laki-laki 62,5%, pekerja UMKM yang berpendidikan rendah sebanyak 67,9%, pekerja yang masa kerjanya < 3 tahun sebanyak 51,8%, pekerja UMKM yang konsumsi makannya kurang baik sebanyak 58,0%, pekerja UMKM yang memiliki kebiasaan mencuci tangannya yang baik 55,4% dan pekerja UMKM yang memiliki kebiasaan olahraganya termasuk yang baik sebanyak 55,4%, variabel yang berhubungan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel umur, pendidikan, konsumsi makanan, kebiasaan mencuci tangan, kebiasaan olahraga sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan adalah variabel jenis kelamin dan masa kerja.
