Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas iklan dalammemediasi daya tarik iklan dan kredibilitas celebrity endorser terhadap keputusanpembelian sepeda motor Honda. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 100 respondendiambil dari komunitas sepeda motor sport Honda di Semarang. Teknik samplingdalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakanregresi linier berganda dengan variabel intervening menggunakan program SEMAMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan memberikan hasil bahwa daya tarikiklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secaralangsung. Tetapi daya tarik iklan dan kredibilitas endorser tidak berpengaruhterhadap keputusan pembelian melalui efektifitas iklan. Sehingga efektifitas iklantidak dapat memediasi daya tarik iklan dan kredibilitas endorser terhadapkeputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and test the influence of social media Instagram and product quality on the sales of goods.This type of research is quantitatively with a survey approach.Sampling using non-probability sampling techniques.The research data was obtained by dividing 100 questionnaires to the respondents.Research results show that social media Instagram and product quality have a positive and significant influence on the sales of goods. Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh media sosial Instagram dan kualitas produk terhadap omzet penjualan barang. Jenis penelitian ini secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan membagikan 100 kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial Instagram dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap omzet penjualan barang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the influence partially and jointly of the Training (X1), Motivation (X2) and Work Environment (X3) variables on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The population in this study was 125 employees of the Planet Ban Shop, Semarang City, taking a sample of 95 people determined using the Slovin formula with a significance of 5%. This type of research is a type of quantitative approach carried out using a questionnaire method. The sampling technique in this research is cluster random sampling. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, F-test, coefficient of determination and t-test. Based on the research results, it shows that training and the work environment partially have a positive effect on employee performance, while motivation has a negative effect on employee performance. Together all the independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh secara parsial dan bersama-sama antara variabel Pelatihan (X1), Motivasi (X2) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Toko Planet Ban di Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 125 orang dengan mengambil sampel sebesar 95 orang yang ditetapkan dengan rumus slovin dalam signifikansi 5%. Jenis Penelitian ini yaitu jenis pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji, regresi linear berganda, uji F, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan dan variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel motivasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara bersama-sama semua variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and explain the influence of Product Completeness and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction. The form of this research is quantitative research with a survey approach. This research data was obtained by distributing 100 questionnaires to respondents, regarding the Influence of Product Completeness and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction using a quantitative method with a sampling technique using incidental sampling. The results of this research show that (1) Product Completeness has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction; (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction; (3) Product Completeness and Service Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Kelengkapan Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan membagikan 100 kuesioner kepada responden, tentang Pengaruh Kelengkapan Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel memakai sampling incidental. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Kelengkapan Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen; (2) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen; (3) Kelengkapan Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine the effect of production costs on sales turnover, 2). To determine the effect of selling prices on sales turnover, 3). To determine the simultaneous effect of production costs and selling prices on sales turnover. This study was conducted by sampling, with purposive sampling technique, with saturated sampling. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, descriptive statistical methods, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Production costs have a significant effect on sales turnover, 2). Selling prices have a significant effect on sales turnover, 3). Production costs and selling prices have a simultaneous effect on sales turnover.

Abstract

the purpose of this research to determine and analyze the influence of Store Atmosphere (X1), product variety (X2), service quality (X3) on consumer buying interest (Y). The population in this study were all potential SVS Karangjati consumers, totaling 100 respondents. The type of research used is Non Probability sampling because the population is not yet known. Researchers then used purposive sampling focusing on consumers who bought at SVS Karangjati, with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the Likert scale method. The research results can be concluded that : 1). Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, 2). Product variety has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, 3). Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Based on the results of this research, it would be better for the owner of SVS Karangjati to continue to maintain and improve his business, especially the store atmosphere, product variety and service quality so as to increase interest in buying among more potential consumers.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kaliwungu District often face financial management challenges, including limited knowledge in basic bookkeeping and financial statement preparation. This study aims to enhance the financial literacy and management skills of MSME actors in Kaliwungu District through comprehensive training. The method involved three stages: preparation (licensing, media, and material preparation), implementation (lectures, tutorials, and discussions), and evaluation. The training, held on May 15, 2024, was attended by 43 MSME participants from Forkom UMKM Kaliwungu. The results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and understanding of financial statements, evidenced by active participation in discussions and practical exercises. Post-training evaluation indicated that 53% of participants understood the material well, and 33% understood it very well. The training methods were also positively received (45% strongly agreed, 40% agreed). This program successfully empowered MSME actors to prepare financial reports, contributing to better financial management and supporting the sustainable economic development of MSMEs in Kaliwungu.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is knowing and explaining the influence of product quality, service quality, café atmosphere on customer satisfaction at the Arus Balik Coffee and Space in Semarang City. The population in this research is the general public, both those living in Semarang City and outside Semarang City who make purchases at the Arus Balik Coffee and Space cafe. The research was carried out by sampling using a purposive sampling technique and the number was determined using the Lemeshow formula because the target population was too large and the numbers changed. A sample of 96 respondents was obtained. Research data was obtained through questionnaires given to respondents. Next, testing was carried out on the data including instrument testing using validity tests and reliability tests. Then analyzed using multiple linear regression, F test, and individual test (t test) with SPSS 25. The research results can be concluded that: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and 3) Cafe atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of Islamic branding, product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah products in Semarang. This study is a type of quantitative research. The determination of the number of samples in this study was calculated using the Lameshow formula. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling determination of 97 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: Islamic branding and price have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah products in Semarang. Product quality has no influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah products in Semarang.
