Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become crucial in digital marketing strategies in the rapidly advancing digital era. Developed and developing countries exhibit significant differences in adopting and implementing this technology, influenced by infrastructure readiness, human resources, and policy support. This study aims to compare the use of AI in digital marketing strategies between developed and developing countries to understand each group's challenges and opportunities. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by analyzing 50 articles from leading databases such as Scopus, Springer, and IEEE Xplore. The analyzed articles were selected based on inclusion criteria, including relevance to the topic, publication year (2018-2024), and full accessibility. Data were analyzed through thematic synthesis to identify patterns, trends, and gaps in AI adoption between the two groups of countries. NVivo and VOSviewer are used as analytical tools to facilitate data analysis. The findings reveal that developed countries leverage AI for content personalization, predictive analytics, and marketing automation, supported by advanced digital infrastructure. Meanwhile, developing countries still face various obstacles, such as limited infrastructure and digital literacy. The implications of this study highlight the need for more significant investment in technological infrastructure in developing countries and the importance of global collaboration to accelerate equitable AI adoption. This research also provides recommendations for policymakers and business practitioners to optimize AI utilization in digital marketing strategies across different contexts.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of business competence and access to capital on student business performance, with marketing strategy creativity serving as a mediating variable within the Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW). Using a quantitative associative approach, data were collected from 120 students representing 57 universities across Indonesia at the 14th KMI Expo, and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WARP PLS 07. The findings reveal that business competence and access to capital significantly influence both marketing strategy creativity and business performance. Furthermore, marketing strategy creativity plays a crucial mediating role, amplifying the effects of both independent variables, with business competence showing the strongest influence. These results underscore the importance of integrating entrepreneurial skills and financial access with innovative marketing strategies to enhance the performance of student-led ventures. The study’s cross-sectional design and lack of demographic analysis pose limitations. Future research should employ longitudinal methods and explore demographic variations to deepen understanding and guide policy for more effective entrepreneurship education.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of financial fraud in the Digital Era requires more advanced and adaptive detection methods. This study examines the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in fraud detection and prevention through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), addressing a critical issue in financial technology that remains highly relevant to both academic and professional communities. Although AI-based fraud detection has been widely studied, this research provides a distinct contribution by integrating technical effectiveness with regulatory alignment. The SLR systematically analyzes studies from major academic databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar to identify key trends, challenges, and implications for the financial sector. The PRISMA framework is used to screen and evaluate relevant literature, ensuring a comprehensive and structured analysis. VOSviewer is applied to visualize key research trends and topic relationships in AI-based fraud detection. The findings indicate that machine learning and deep learning techniques significantly enhance fraud detection accuracy, surpassing traditional rule-based approaches. Natural Language Processing (NLP) has shown effectiveness in analyzing fraud-related documents, while big data analytics facilitates real-time fraud monitoring. However, challenges persist, including data imbalance, regulatory compliance, and data privacy concerns, which must be addressed for successful AI implementation. This study concludes that an integrated AI framework that combines technological advancements with strong regulatory alignment is crucial for effective fraud detection. Future research should explore empirical case studies and real-world applications to validate these theoretical findings.
