Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and convenience on Shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study are consumers who have shopped and used the Shopee application. The sample respondents were 115 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. Primary data from this study were taken from questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing which consists of t test and coefficient of determination. The results in this study indicate that trust and convenience have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengruh persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap niat beli menggunakan fitur link sticker di Instagram stories. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden yang dianggap mewakili. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap niat beli melalui fitur link sticker dan persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap niat beli melalui fitur link sticker di Instagram storie.

Abstract

Pengguna Shopee banyak namun jika dilihat melalui kepuasannya, e-commerce lain memiliki penilaian yang lebih memuaskan. Pembeli akan merasa puas setelah pembelian tergantung pada kinerja yang ditawarkan sehubungan dengan harapan pembeli. Proses keputusan konsumen untuk membeli dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya adalah kualitas website dan harga. Kualitas website merupakan Kualitas website merupakan tingkat yang diharapkan oleh pengguna website ketika menggunakan sebuah website tersebut. Sebuah website dapat dikatakan berkualitas apabila penggunanya merasakan bahwa kualitas yang didapatkan sesuai ataupun melebihi apa yang diharapkannya. Kriteria sebuah website supaya dapat dikatakan memiliki kualitas yang baik adalah website tersebut harus representative, interaktif, desain yang menarik, ringkas dan sederhana, aman dan terjamin. sedangkan Harga merupakan nilai suatu barang sebagaimana ditentukan oleh penjual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi pengguna terhadap kualitas website yang dimiliki oleh aplikasi mobile Shopee dan pengaruh dari variabel kualitas website dan Harga terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang mengetahui dan pernah atau sedang menggunakan Platform Aplikasi Shopee. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, bertujuan mengeksplorasi pendekatan interaksional dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan resiliensi individu melalui peran dukungan sosial. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan 8 partisipan dari sebuah komunitas keagamaan di kota Palembang. Data diperoleh melalui metode role play, dimana partisipan dihadapkan pada dua skenario lingkungan penugasan berbeda: lingkungan tanpa dukungan sosial (Lingkungan Penugasan-1) dan lingkungan dengan dukungan sosial (Lingkungan Penugasan-2). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa partisipan mengalami kesulitan lebih tinggi dalam penyesuaian diri di lingkungan tanpa dukungan sosial, yang berdampak negatif terhadap resiliensi mereka. Sebaliknya, lingkungan dengan dukungan sosial secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi, optimisme, dan resiliensi partisipan. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa pola interaksi sosial yang suportif sangat penting dalam memfasilitasi identifikasi dan penanganan masalah resiliensi, serta memiliki implikasi praktis dalam pengembangan intervensi berbasis komunitas untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis individu dalam menghadapi situasi sosial baru.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to analyze the effect of Metrosexual Life Style to purchase’s decision of fashion. The population on this research are all of metrosexual man. Sample in this research using purposive sampling method, there are 50 metrosexual man. Data in this research are collected by questioner and analyze with a qualitative and quantitative method. Mean of clothes (3.85) is the highest than belt (3.74) and wallet (3.39). The result of this research shown that Activity (X1), Interest (X2) and Opinion (X3) of metrosexual man, simultantly and partially influence the purchase’s decision of fashion.

Abstract

The current trend of the digital era gives an indication of opportunities for community economic empowerment. Through data on the increase in the percentage of internet and social media users in Indonesia, justification is made for the formation of an interactive-transactional activity system. In this system, individuals are socially bound to share information and knowledge. This is the basis of a community-based economic empowerment approach where the interactive-transactional activity system in the collective formation is “intervened” through various activities of economic value to form the socio-economic capital of the community. This approach was used by the Community Service Team of the Musi Charitas Catholic University in Palembang through the “Training for Making Coffee-Scented Bath Soap” with 50 (fifty) community partners affiliated with a Catholic Church socio-religious organization in Banyu Urip Village, Tanjung Laga District. , Banyu Asin Regency, South Sumatra. The results of the activity are in the form of increasing: (1) Awareness of individual participatory and contributing in organizational membership (social aspect); (2) the capacity of creativity to find new objects of economic value (creative economic aspects), and ; (3) Commitment to share knowledge that is directed to the formation of social capital for creative communities (socio-economic aspects).

Abstract

The coming of the digital era opens up new opportunities for social media as an interactive means ofaccumulating knowledge. Individuals who interact with each other in social media space operate thecapacity of information-seeking and information-sharing. At a certain level, the accumulation ofknowledge formed by the information-seeking and information-sharing activities of social media opensup views for solving practical problems, including one of which is environmental problems. By usingthe global normal argument of green practices and the potential of the millennial generation inIndonesia, the Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) of Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas -Palembang held an activity entitled "Green Communities Development Through 'Green ProductAwareness Program Using Social Media' for Millennials in Lampung". The program employs twostages of green awareness development method, namely: (1) Conceptualization ; and (2) Practicalimplementation. The activity which lasted for two days received a positive response from theparticipants.

Abstract

Digital service products require careful attention to the service delivery process and the establishment of trust value. The Community Service Team of Musi Charitas Catholic University Palembang conducted a workshop titled "Building Trust Value Towards Service Products for Generation Z in Metro - Lampung," involving 50 participants from Generation Z. The outcomes revealed that workshop participants were adept at illustrating trust value through three approaches: understanding the benefits of service products, recognizing the value that attracts purchasing interest, and perceiving the appealing benefits of products. The workshop received positive responses, with participants expressing a high level of understanding of the presented material and motivation to participate. Statistical analysis further confirmed the success of the activity in cultivating trust value perception among the participants.
