Abstract

Adau Kapuas is a company operating in the transportation services sector. In processing income and costs, Adau Kapuas Limited liability companies still use bookkeeping as a data collection medium, such as recording payment and expenses, which are processed starting from recording ticket sales and goods delivery transactions, which process passenger data and goods delivery data. The income obtained from tickets and delivery of goods and the total costs are then entered back into the computer. This proves the difficulty faced by Adau Kapuas, namely having to do work twice daily. This research discusses the application of income and cost processing at Adau Kapuas Pontianak. This application was designed using Netbeans IDE 8.2. It can process admin data, types of goods, types of income, costs, bus classes, destinations, ticket sales transactions, delivery of goods, income transactions, and cost transactions. The reports produced by this application include ticket sales reports, goods delivery reports, income reports, and cost reports. With the income and expense processing application, it is hoped that it can support the performance of Adau Kapuas Pontianak in processing income and expense transactions and presenting reports more easily, quickly, and accurately.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have driven the need for fast, accurate, and targeted management of SAR information. In the information production process, prioritization is crucial so that urgent information with widespread impact can be produced first. This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of the Decision Tree, Random Forest, and XGBoost algorithms in classifying the priority of SAR information production. The data used consists of 500 synthetic data points organized based on SAR information production scenarios with three priority classes: low, medium, and high. The attributes used include information type, content type, publication platform, source material, operational status, contextual location, urgency level, public impact, deadline, completeness of material, production complexity, need for revision, estimated production duration, and number of available personnel. The research stages included collecting synthetic data, preprocessing the data, splitting the data at an 80:20 ratio, training the model, and evaluating the model. Evaluation was conducted using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and a confusion matrix. The results showed that Random Forest achieved the best performance with an accuracy of 98.00%, precision of 98.03%, recall of 98.00%, and an F1-score of 98.00%. XGBoost achieved an accuracy of 97.00%, while Decision Tree achieved an accuracy of 93.00%. These results indicate that Random Forest is more effective at classifying SAR information production priorities using the synthetic data provided. The findings of this study can serve as a preliminary framework for utilizing machine learning to support a more objective classification of SAR information production priorities.

Abstract

The development of information technology increases the need for fast, clear, and structured management of SAR information communication. Responses to SAR information may include appreciation, requests for information, and criticism; therefore, a text-based approach is needed to classify these responses more systematically. This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest algorithms in classifying SAR information communication responses. The dataset used in this study consists of 500 synthetic records created based on SAR information communication response scenarios and does not represent actual public responses. The classification labels consist of three classes: appreciation, information request, and criticism. The research stages include synthetic data creation, text preprocessing, TF-IDF weighting, data splitting with an 80:20 ratio, model training, and model evaluation. The evaluation uses accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix. The results show that SVM and Random Forest achieve the highest accuracy of 95.00%, while Naive Bayes achieves 89.00%. Based on precision and F1-score, SVM provides the best performance with 95.66% precision and 95.04% F1-score. These findings indicate that machine learning algorithms can be used as an initial approach for classifying SAR information communication responses using synthetic data.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of Security and Information Quality on Hotel Booking Intention through Trust among Agoda users. Drawing on the Stimulus–Organism–Response framework, Security and Information Quality are positioned as stimuli, Trust as the organism, and Booking Intention as the response. Data were collected from 102 Agoda users residing in Denpasar who had booked a hotel through the platform within the previous 24 months. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that Security positively affects both Booking Intention and Trust, while Information Quality significantly affects Trust but has no direct effect on Booking Intention. Trust has a positive effect on Booking Intention and significantly mediates the effects of both Security and Information Quality. Specifically, Trust provides complementary mediation for the relationship between Security and Booking Intention and indirect-only mediation for Information Quality. These findings reinforce the importance of trust formation in online hotel booking and suggest that Agoda should strengthen transaction security while providing accurate, complete, relevant, and up-to-date hotel information.

Abstract

Food security is a critical global and national issue, including in Indonesia. In the digital and post-truth era, late adolescents as digital natives and members of the pre-marriage age group require adequate information literacy to support food security. This study analyses the construction of food security meaning in relation to the information literacy of late adolescents in Lampung. Drawing on social constructivism, information literacy models, agenda-setting theory, and information processing theory, the study employed a mixed-method approach, primarily using quantitative analysis supplemented by observations and interviews. Data were collected from 100 adolescents aged 18–24 years across 11 regencies in Lampung Province. The results show that food security (mean = 2.9867) and information literacy (mean = 2.6557) were both in the moderate category. Adolescents were relatively capable of accessing and understanding food-related information but remained less critical in evaluating its accuracy. Their understanding of food security was also influenced more by parents and peers than by critical literacy. Information literacy significantly affected food security, although its contribution was small (r² = 0.0743), with a weak positive correlation (r = 0.2873). These findings emphasize the need for contextual information literacy education and youth-oriented digital food communication strategies.

Abstract

Sanggau District, home to the Entikong border crossing, scored 63.63 (grade B) in the 2025 performance accountability evaluation, and its only border performance indicator carries no value. This study examines whether management accounting information (cost, budget, performance, and decision support) and digitalization support monitoring of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 16, 9, and 17 across the district's planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and evaluation chain. A descriptive qualitative single-case design analyzed the 2025–2029 medium-term development plan, a regional unit strategic plan regulation, two national evaluation letters, and audit opinion data. The analysis coded 91 segments and tested table consistency. Performance and budget information carry a formal link, but cost information is absent. The border appears in the narrative, while its program budget falls 94.1% in 2026. Digitalization supports governance and internal performance monitoring, and the monitoring application appears not to carry budget realization. Consistency tests and external evaluators point to limited reliability. District documents cannot support SDG monitoring for Entikong. The study contributes an information-chain framework and five steps within district authority. They cover outcome indicators for the border program, budget realization beside performance in the monitoring application, defined indicators, aligned figures across tables, and unit costs for priority services.

Abstract

Administrative services in Epil Barat Village are still carried out conventionally, requiring residents to visit the village office directly to submit administrative letters, obtain public information, and file complaints. This condition results in longer processing times, limited accessibility, difficulty in monitoring administrative processes, and inefficient data management. This study aims to develop a web-based Village Administrative Service Information System that integrates letter services, population data management, information dissemination, and public complaint handling to improve the quality of public service in Epil Barat Village. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, comprising Requirements Planning, Design Workshop, and Implementation phases. System modeling employed Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case, Activity, and Class Diagrams. The system supports six user roles: residents, operators, the Welfare Section Head, the Head of General Affairs, the Village Secretary, and the Village Head. Key features include user registration, online letter submission, multi-level verification, village announcements, and public complaint management. Functionality was evaluated using Black Box Testing with the Equivalence Partitioning technique. Results show that the developed system successfully integrates village administrative services into a single platform, accelerates letter submission and verification, improves data management, and enables residents to access services without limitations of distance and time.
