Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) utilization, learning creativity, and self-efficacy on students' learning innovation. A quantitative approach with a causal associative research design was employed. Data were collected through a survey involving 157 university students selected using purposive random sampling. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that AI utilization, learning creativity, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on students' learning innovation, both partially and simultaneously. Among the three independent variables, self-efficacy demonstrates the most dominant influence on learning innovation. These findings suggest that learning innovation is not only driven by technological advancement but also strongly influenced by students' psychological readiness and creative capacity. This study contributes to the integration of technological, psychological, and pedagogical perspectives in understanding learning innovation in higher education within the context of digital transformation.

Abstract

The learning of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning) serves as the core of salafiyah pesantren education, functioning to develop students’ linguistic competence, religious understanding, and character formation. This study aims to describe the management of kitab kuning learning at the Wustho level in Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Iqro Palangka Raya, which represents an important transitional stage between basic learning and more advanced textual comprehension. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that learning management is carried out through internal deliberation and benchmarking activities, involving the selection of materials, scheduling, and mapping students’ abilities. The learning process is conducted systematically every day using traditional pesantren methods applied consistently. Evaluation is conducted through semester examinations and report cards, which function as feedback for improving subsequent learning. These findings highlight that the learning management at the Wustho level has been implemented systematically, although further strengthening is needed in planning and pedagogical innovation to make it more adaptive to students’ needs and the development of contemporary Islamic education.

Abstract

Objektif: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi guru dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah dasar inklusif. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA 2020. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan melalui basis data Scopus dengan rentang publikasi 2017–2025. Sebanyak 12 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil: Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus didukung melalui pembelajaran aktif dan terstruktur, penyesuaian tugas, scaffolding, dukungan teman sebaya, serta pemanfaatan teknologi bantu. Penerapan prinsip Universal Design for Learning (UDL) dan penataan lingkungan belajar yang aksesibel turut memperkuat kemampuan siswa untuk belajar secara lebih mandiri. Kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan tenaga pendukung juga berperan penting. Kebaruan: Studi ini menyajikan sintesis ringkas dan terintegrasi mengenai strategi guru dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah dasar inklusif. Abstract

This research examines how education-cost policies shape access and participation in a community-based Islamic primary school, focusing on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Sidokerto, Plupuh, Sragen, which serves 352 students with 20 teachers. The research aims to explain why “school costs” remain a meaningful determinant even when the government expands operational support and establishes education financing standards. A descriptive case-study design is employed by combining policy review and school-level financing mapping to identify cost components borne by schools and households. The findings highlight three patterns. Operational support reduces barriers related to routine school fees, yet indirect costs—such as uniforms, transportation, learning materials, and informal contributions—remain decisive for families. Participation is more than enrolment: continuity of attendance, learning engagement, and involvement in extracurricular activities are sensitive to household cash flow and the timing of support received. School governance also plays a decisive role in translating policy into real relief through transparent budgeting, fair targeting of subsidies, and flexible payment arrangements.

Abstract

The SAD (Sad) has a unique social structure that differs from that of most rural communities. They form small groups led by a traditional leader or informal leader, usually called Tumenggung. The purpose of this study was to determine the traditional leadership structure, the specific criteria for selecting a leader, and the customary process or mechanism for selecting a leader in the Anak Dalam tribe. This research was conducted over a period of approximately two months. The Tumenggung is not simply the head of the group, but also holds customary, legal, social, and cultural authority, recognized collectively by all members of the tribal group. This research method is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were primary data, including field research, an ethnographic approach through participant observation, and in-depth interviews with various sources considered key informants, including both the community and the government as agents of development and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the social structure or strata of the SAD community in Pelempang village is based on a power system, in addition to a system of trust in leaders, in this case the highest leader they call Tumenggung.

Abstract

Improving quality in Islamic primary schools requires a headmaster who can strategically interpret internal and external conditions. This paper aims to map strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in educational quality management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sidokerto Plupuh Sragen and to formulate feasible quality-improvement strategies centered on headmaster leadership. The method is a literature study using content analysis of recent scholarly works and relevant documents, synthesized through the SWOT framework and the TOWS matrix. The main findings indicate that internal strengths are generally driven by religious culture, organizational networks, and leadership potential to cultivate a quality culture, while weaknesses often relate to inconsistent internal quality assurance practices, uneven teacher competence development, and limited resources to sustain innovation. External opportunities include strengthening parent–community partnerships, expanding digital learning literacy, and improving program planning based on quality indicators; key threats stem from competition among similar institutions, rising service expectations, and the risk of innovation stagnation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure management in achieving educational facilities and infrastructure standards at Kanjeng Sepuh Senior High School, Sedayu Gresik. A qualitative case study approach was employed. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving school leadership, facilities and infrastructure managers, and teachers. Qualitative data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing with triangulation to ensure trustworthiness. The results show that management functions covering planning, procurement, maintenance, and evaluation have been implemented systematically and participatively. The achievement of educational facilities and infrastructure standards is classified as good in terms of the availability of core learning facilities, maintenance of the learning environment, and classroom capacity ratios, but remains suboptimal in the provision of inclusive facilities and the development of digital learning infrastructure. Supporting factors include strong managerial leadership, internal and external collaboration, and the utilization of endowment-based funding as an alternative financial source, while limited budgets remain the primary constraint.

Abstract

Employee well-being in industrial areas is often neglected amidst tight production targets, leading to work stress and high turnover rates. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous influence of organizational culture dimensions on holistic employee well-being. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis on 99 respondents in the industrial areas of Purwakarta, Subang, and Karawang. The results show that organizational behavior has the strongest significant positive influence on psychological well-being (p=0.001). In addition, organizational norms significantly affect social and economic well-being (p=0.019), while psychological well-being is the main determinant of social-economic well-being. This model shows a very strong predictive power with an R² value > 0.87. In conclusion, strengthening organizational culture through positive behavior and fair norms is crucial to improve employee well-being sustainably

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of Islamic values-based work-life balance in supporting the quality of managerial decision-making by madrasah principals and improving the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between Islamic work-life balance and the quality of managerial decisions of madrasah principals and its implications for the quality of madrasah management. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type conducted at MTs Al-Amiriyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. The research data sources consist of primary data obtained from the madrasah principal, vice-principals, and teachers, as well as secondary data in the form of institutional documents, madrasah policies, and supporting archives. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and thematic conclusion drawing, while data validity was checked using source and technique triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate a positive correlation between Islamic work-life balance and the quality of managerial decisions of madrasah principals. Islamic work-life balance contributes to the emotional stability and clarity of thought of madrasah principals in making strategic decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the instructional planning design, implementation models, and assessment of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at PAS Baitul Qur’an Inclusive Kindergarten in Ponorogo. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving the principal, PAI teachers, and inclusion facilitators as research participants. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that PAI instructional planning is developed adaptively by considering the individual needs of children with special needs and principles of early childhood development. Learning implementation is carried out through four main models: individual, transition, group, and center-based learning, which facilitate gradual, flexible, and inclusive learning experiences. Assessment is conducted authentically and continuously using observation, performance, and portfolio techniques, serving as a tool for monitoring children’s religious and social development rather than merely evaluating learning outcomes. This study concludes that PAI learning at PAS Baitul Qur’an Inclusive Kindergarten reflects inclusive and humanistic educational principles in its planning, implementation, and evaluation. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of adaptive and meaningful Islamic education practices in inclusive early childhood education institutions.
