Abstract

Job satisfaction is an individual's emotional attitude in the form of feelings of pleasure, satisfaction with a job related to the work situation. Job satisfaction is shown in carrying out tasks that are not in accordance with the responsibilities based on job satisfaction standards in communicating between teachers and teachers, being indifferent to each other, and there are teachers who do not understand each other and only care about themselves without seeing the activities carried out by other teachers and so on in terms of completing tasks done alone without considering assistance from other teachers in the work environment and the lack of emotional intelligence of teachers in terms of self-control when given new tasks and enthusiasm in carrying out their duties so that job satisfaction is not optimal in working. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out using the population of educators (teachers) of SMP Negeri 1 Pajo NTB. as many as 27 educators (teachers), the data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression coefficient.

Abstract

Foreign exchange trading (forex) is one of the investment instruments that has a high profit potential, but is also accompanied by great risks due to market fluctuations that are difficult to predict. In this context, the implementation of risk management is the main factor that determines business sustainability and protection of customer capital. PT Agrodana Futures as one of the futures brokerage companies in Indonesia has played an active role in the development of a safe and transparent online trading system for investors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of risk management strategies in forex trading activities carried out by PT Agrodana Futures, starting from the aspects of risk identification, mitigation, customer education, and the role of technology in supporting the effectiveness of the surveillance system. The research results show that PT Agrodana Futures has implemented a comprehensive risk management system through the integration of technology features such as stop loss, automatic margin call, real-time monitoring, and continuous customer education. These findings show that good risk management not only involves technology control, but also human factors and consistent education to maintain the sustainability of a healthy and responsible trading system. It is hoped that this research can provide a comprehensive picture of the best practices in risk management in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of teacher-provided motivation on the Qur’an memorization learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at Muhammadiyah Integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMP IT) in Sragen. The background of the study is the crucial role of teachers in fostering students’ learning motivation, particularly in a Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) program where some students have not met the memorization targets set by the school. Previous research shows that students’ learning motivation is positively correlated with academic achievement. However, few have specifically investigated the role of teachers’ external motivation on Qur’anic memorization achievement. This correlational quantitative research involved 30 seventh-grade students as the sample. Data on teacher motivation were collected through questionnaires, while memorization outcomes were obtained from tahfidz exam scores. The results indicate that teachers’ motivational efforts in class are in the good to very good category, and students’ Qur’an memorization outcomes are generally good (the majority of students achieved the fluency and accuracy targets). Nevertheless, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis showed no significant influence of teacher motivation on memorization outcomes (r = 0.101; p > 0.05), with an extremely weak relationship. This finding suggests that teacher-provided motivation alone is not sufficient to significantly improve memorization results.

Abstract

Objective: This study discusses the leadership values ​​embodied in Javanese traditional weddings in Karang Gading Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with triangulation. Based on the results of interviews with local traditional leaders, it was found that the procession and symbols in Javanese traditional weddings not only have religious and social meanings, but also represent the values ​​of public, organizational, and operational leadership. In the context of public leadership, this tradition teaches moral responsibility, justice, and compassion as the basis for social harmony. Organizational leadership values ​​are reflected through symbols such as the twin mayang, umbrella, and keris which depict cooperation, protection, and decisiveness in decision-making. Meanwhile, operational leadership values ​​are evident in the procession stages such as siraman, midodareni, and sungkeman which contain messages about discipline, respect, and ethical actions. Thus, Javanese traditional weddings in Karang Gading Village not only function as a cultural heritage, but also as a source of leadership learning relevant to modern social life.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and formulate the direction of development of the Arabic language education curriculum using the CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product) approach. This research uses a literature study method by systematically examining various scientific literature, the results of previous research, and policy documents related to the Arabic curriculum and learning. The results of the study show that in the context dimension, the Arabic curriculum still tends to be oriented towards a grammatical approach and is not fully responsive to the needs of students and contemporary educational dynamics. From the input aspect, the implementation of the curriculum is greatly influenced by the readiness of human resources, especially the pedagogical competence of teachers, the availability of contextual teaching materials, and the support of institutional facilities and policies. The process evaluation revealed that Arabic learning practices are still dominated by teacher-centered methods with the use of communicative approaches and limited learning technology. Meanwhile, in the product dimension, it was found that there was a gap between the curriculum objectives and the achievement of students' competencies, especially in applicable language skills. This study emphasizes that the development of the Arabic language education curriculum needs to be carried out comprehensively and sustainably by making CIPP evaluation as the basis for curriculum improvement, learning, and assessment systems.

Abstract

The futures trading industry in Indonesia faces challenges related to public trust due to high investment risks and illegal brokerage practices. This condition encourages futures brokerage companies to build a credible and trustworthy image, one of which is through a digital branding strategy. This study aims to analyze how PT Agrodana Futures constructs digital branding as a trusted futures trading service provider through social media content. This study uses a qualitative approach with active participation observation, where the researcher is directly involved in the company's digital marketing activities during a certain period. The analysis focuses on the messages, communication style, brand identity consistency, and trust narratives built in the company’s digital content. The results show that PT Agrodana Futures builds its digital branding through the presentation of educational content, data-based market analysis, affirmation of the company's legality, consistency in visual identity and communication across various digital platforms. The narrative of trust is not created through exaggerated promotional claims, but rather through information transparency, the presence of professional analysts, and the highlighting of the company's achievements and awards. The digital branding implemented functions not only as a marketing strategy but also as a means of building public trust in the futures trading industry.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of an innovative Nahwu learning model—the integrated I‘rāb-Qirā’ah model—developed during the Field Experience Practice (PPL) activity. The specific objective is to address the significant gap between theoretical mastery of Nahwu rules and their practical application in reading authentic Arabic texts at MTs Al-Khoir Islamic School Bin Baz 5. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, utilizing a comparative analysis of Lesson Plans (RPP 1-8) and reflective reports. Data diagnosis focused on three dominant error patterns identified during the evaluation of RPP 4 and RPP 5, followed by an analysis of the procedural impact of the intervention (RPP 7-8). The implementation of the integrated model, which uses Qirā’ah texts (such as Ad-Dars ar-Rābi‘) as the primary analytical tool, significantly reduced applicative errors. This reduction was evident in the accuracy of determining the correct marfū‘/manṣūb and i‘rāb mudĸāf ilaih in contextual sentences. This innovation demonstrates a highly responsive educational management strategy, utilizing PPL activities to quickly adapt instructional methods, which has implications for improving student learning outcomes and fostering a more collaborative and responsible classroom atmosphere.

Abstract

Futures trading is a financial instrument that offers high profit potential but also carries significant risks, such as price fluctuations, leverage, and market volatility. This study aims to analyze how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and risk management are applied in futures marketing activities. The focus of the research is on the role of an Account Executive in building relationships with clients and guiding them to understand trading risks. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with Account Executives at PT Agrodana Futures as the research subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and literature review as supporting data. The findings indicate that Account Executives play an active role in delivering market information, assisting clients in using stop loss features as a risk management tool, and ensuring that clients understand transaction risks. The impact of the study shows that the integration of CRM and risk management enhances client satisfaction and loyalty. The innovation of this research lies in providing a comprehensive understanding of how Account Executives simultaneously implement client relationship strategies and risk management practices, enabling more responsible futures trading.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the epistemology of Islamic education knowledge at Bahrul Ulum Salafiyah Pesantren (Simo, Boyolali), focusing on how sources of knowledge (revelation, reason, textual tradition, and pedagogical experience) are positioned, integrated, and validated in learning practices. A qualitative case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and source triangulation involving two teachers (Muhammad Ali Rohmatullah and Muhammad Umar Al-Faruq) and one alumnus (Muhammad Usman Al-Ghoni), followed by thematic analysis. The findings indicate that revelation functions as the axiological horizon and educational purpose, the mu‘tabar textual tradition (classical Islamic texts) serves as the primary reference, reason operates as an instrumental faculty within the boundaries of tradition, and pedagogical experience becomes an internalization mechanism through bandongan, sorogan, and repetition (takrīr). Knowledge validation is established through a layered chain of legitimacy: textual accuracy, teacher verification (tashih), and reinforcement through authoritative scholarly references. These patterns align with al-Ghazali’s ethical-spiritual orientation of knowledge, al-Attas’s concept of ta’dib as the core of education, and Ibn Khaldun’s principles of gradualism and repetition (tadrīj–takrīr) in forming stable competencies (malakah). The study implies that pesantren learning design should strengthen authoritative references and adab while directing reason constructively to sustain a coherent and productive integration of knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the integration of educational supervision principles with Islamic values derived from the Qur’an and Hadith. Educational supervision plays a strategic role in improving learning quality, teacher performance, and professional development. However, in practice, supervision is often reduced to administrative and technical activities, thereby neglecting its moral and spiritual dimensions. From an Islamic perspective, supervision is understood as a continuous developmental process grounded in the values of amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, shūrā (consultation), muraqabah (self-awareness before God), amanah (responsibility), and iḥsān (continuous improvement). This research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, examining primary sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, and classical as well as contemporary tafsir, along with secondary sources including relevant books and scholarly articles. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method to explore the relationship between modern educational supervision concepts and Islamic values. The findings indicate a strong alignment between supervision principles such as guidance, participation, objectivity, and sustainability and Islamic values of justice, honesty, responsibility, and continuous improvement. This integration results in an Islamic educational supervision model that positions supervisors as both professional and spiritual mentors in fostering an educational work culture grounded in faith, knowledge, and ethical practice.
