Abstract

The purchasing decision process is a consumer decision in prioritizing products that are in various sets of choices. This research uses a case study at Kiaracondong Traditional Market and Griya Kiaracondong. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of consumers of broiler chicken, the decision process of broiler meat and the relationship between the characteristics of consumers of broiler chicken and the process of purchasing broiler chicken meat by using descriptive analysis method and Chi-Square analysis. Based on the characteristics of consumers purchasing chicken meat, there are differences in the distribution of age, marital status and number of family members, where respondents to traditional kiaracondong markets tend to be older and more are married. Meanwhile, based on the purchasing decision process, the difference lies in information search, evaluation of alternatives and post-purchase. On the relationship between consumer characteristics and the buying decision process, age groups and activities where the Pearson chi-square value is smaller than alpha.

Abstract

West Lampung Regency is one of the coffee-producing centers in Lampung Province. This research was conducted in three sub-districts located in West Lampung Regency, namely Sumber Jaya District, Way Tenong District, and Air Hitam District. This research was conducted in three farmer groups that have cultivated organic robusta coffee, namely the Ampera farmer group, the Langgeng Mulyo farmer group, and the BUMP Gapoktan Lampung Robusta farmer group. The purpose of this study was to examine farmers' perceptions of organic robusta coffee cultivation innovations in West Lampung Regency. The research method was carried out using primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively with the help of tabulation analysis tools. Study results showed that farmers' perceptions of organic robusta coffee cultivation innovations as seen from five characteristic aspects were classified as high or good with a yield value of 76 percent. Keywords: perception, innovation, organic coffee.

Abstract

EasyBath is an innovative product that serves as a solution for environmentally friendly soap. In developing its product, EasyBath needs a business strategy to increase awareness and target market segments. The purpose of this research is to describe the business performance and present the business model of the EasyBath product. This research employs a case study research method on the EasyBath product business. The data analysis used is the Business Model Canvas of the EasyBath product business. The results show that EasyBath products have 7 advantages, including 3in1 functionality, natural ingredients, eco-friendly, cultural value, travel-friendly, skin moisturization, and long-lasting fragrance up to 4 hours. With raw materials from UMKM in Jatinangor, EasyBath production involves drying, maceration, distillation, soap making, mixing, quality control, and packaging. The selling price is based on the cost of production with marketing techniques, such as discounts, social media promotion, giveaways, direct selling, and campaigns. Furthermore, EasyBath products target various consumer segments, especially tourists, travelers, nature lovers, environmentalists, disaster volunteers, and field workers. EasyBath optimizes offline and online distribution channels, implements various marketing strategies, builds customer relationships with responsive service, and generates income from direct sales, distributors, and cooperation with stores. Thus, when considering total production costs including materials, rent, transportation, and others, it amounts to Rp11,019,758.00. Through effective marketing targeting, EasyBath has the potential to become a popular choice for the public.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology that is increasingly accessible is one of the strategies for entrepreneurs to market their products. YourGood business is one of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by presenting smoothies yogurt products and using social media as a marketing medium, one of which is content marketing through Instagram social media as a marketing strategy, content marketing is one of the most important marketing strategies currently being used by YourGood business. The purpose of this study is to test as an illustration how the role or influence of the contribution of content marketing through Instagram social media run by YourGood business on consumer buying interest, this research is included in the type of explanatory research method with a quantitative approach and using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents using a linear time function to determine the number of samples. Researchers used normality test analysis, t test, F test and multiple linear regression using Microsoft Excel 2019 software. The results stated that there was a correlation between marketing Instagram social media content and the buying interest of YourGood business consumers by 62.6%. Then the variable that has the greatest value is the persuasion variable of 47%. So that the content marketing strategy that can be carried out by YourGood business is to present content with product quality information and build trust in consumers and be carried out consistently and attractively so that the content marketing strategy will be able to increase consumer buying interest.Keywords: Content Marketing, Purchase Intention, Digital Marketing, Instagram.

Abstract

Subsidized fertilizer is a government assistance program aimed at helping farmers reduce the costs associated with purchasing fertilizer. However, implementation issues have arisen, as experienced in Tinggar Village, Kadugede District, Kuningan Regency, West Java. Farmers have complained about delays in fertilizer delivery and insufficient quantities. Therefore, this study was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the subsidized fertilizer program in Tinggar Village. The effectiveness can be measured using the 6T criteria: the right type, the right amount, the right price, the right place, the right time, and the right quality. This research uses a quantitative method, was using interviews and questionnaires distributed to 63 rice farmers receiving subsidized fertilizer. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and processed using an effectiveness measurement formula in percentage form. The results were then classified according to the effectiveness indicator categories. The study's findings that the effectiveness of the subsidized fertilizer program in Tinggar Village is categorized as quite effective.

Abstract

Coffee is one of Indonesia's leading commodities. Indonesia is the fourth largest coffee producing and exporting country in Indonesia. The high amount of coffee production and exports in Indonesia should have a positive impact, such as increasing the income of coffee farmers from coffee farming as well as household income of coffee farmers. In fact, the income contribution of coffee farmers from coffee farming tends to be low compared to income from other commodity farming as well as outside the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of coffee farmer household income in Margamulya Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency. The method used in this research is survey. Respondents were taken using simple random sampling technique, totaling 38 farmers. The sample population in this study was calculated using the Slovin formula and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The conclusion in this study shows that the income contribution of coffee farmers from coffee farming (45.00%) is moderate because it is more than equal to than 35% and less than equal to 70% of the total income contribution. The income of coffee farmers from coffee farming is higher when compared to the contribution of farmers' income from non-coffee farming (19.35%) and non-agricultural income (35.65%). Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the reaction of the stock market of palm oil companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to the announcement of a ban on the export of CPO and its derivatives regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2022 regarding Temporary Prohibition on the Export of Crude Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached And Deodorized Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached And Deodorized Palm Olein, and Used Cooking Oil, which were announced on the 27th of April 2022. This study examined 17 shares of palm oil companies using the event study research method with indicators of abnormal return. In this study, the used estimation period is 30 days and the event window is 11 days. Two data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The test results showed that there were differences in average abnormal return before and after the announcement of the CPO and its derivatives export ban policy.

Abstract

The potential of Islamic boarding schools as one of the Islamic economic centers in Indonesia is important to continue to be empowered and developed, one of which is in the development of the agribusiness sector. Efforts to develop Islamic boarding schools have occurred sporadically in Indonesia, both independently and collaboratively. Agribusiness development is an approach to agricultural development that does not only cover agribusiness; but also includes production, distribution and marketing. The aims of this study were: (1) To find out the development of agribusiness in Islamic boarding schools (2) To know the patterns of horticultural agribusiness development in Islamic boarding schools (3) To know the collaboration or partnership of Islamic boarding schools (4) To analyze the determinants of Islamic boarding school agribusiness development. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with case study techniques. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with two key informants and six supporting informants. The collected data were analyzed by ethical, emic and dialectical. The research was conducted for three months from October 2022 to January 2023. The results showed that agribusiness development at Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School was carried out by forming business units and forming agribusiness development organizations. The pesantren agribusiness development pattern was formed by involving stakeholders including the pentahelix concept, namely academics, business, society, government and media. Partnerships are carried out with several traditional markets, modern markets and restaurants. In addition, partnerships are also carried out with financing institutions and research institutions. The determining factors include the role of the leader (Kiyai) and also the role of the santri.

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing:“How the influence of digital literacy on the tendency of entrepreneurs to secure limboto in adopting digital marketing”. The research was carried out for four months from the start of preparation to the preparation. The type of research used is the type of explanatory with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done using a questionnaire (angket). Research instrument testing using instrument testing, and classical assumption testing. The data analysis technique used is a double linear regression analysis analyzed using spss 21. The results of this survey showed below: Technological readiness variables have a significant influence on entrepreneurs' tendencies to adopt digital marketing and digital literacy variables negatively affect entrepreneur's tendencies in dealing with digital marketing.

Abstract

Fish is a source of animal protein that is needed by humans, has a high protein content compared to other animal protein sources, but has the disadvantage of quickly decomposing. Seeing these conditions, it is necessary to handle and process fishery products, so as to increase the durability and diversify fish processing products. The handling and processing methods applied include the method of making fish crackers. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the marine fish cracker business in Jatisari Village, Lamongan District, Lamongan Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The annual income is IDR 57,600,000, the profit per year is IDR 21,155,000, then the R/C Ratio is 1.58, and the sales BEP is IDR 2,388,038, and the BEP unit is 398
