Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis mengenai jenis-jenis masalah dalam belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Tanjung Tiram di kabupaten Batu Bara. Dikatakan masalah dalam diri seseorang, bukan hanya berdampak kepada sifat negative-nya saja, akan tetapi siswa yang terlalu berambisi dan kepintarannya diatas rata-rata-pun dapat juga menjadi masalah. Masalah bagi siapa? Melalui   penelitian ini, maka akan diketahui nantinya bentuk-bentuk permasalahan yang sering dialami oleh siswa pada umumnya, serta yang akan membawa obat penenang dari masalah tersebut adalah para guru yang berprofesi di Madrasah. Perlu diketahui, yang disebut guru pembimbing dalam penelitian ini adalah guru BK dan guru kelas yang akan menjadi detektif bagi anak didiknya pada masing-masing kelas. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bentuk-bentuk masalah yang terjadi dan dialami oleh siswa/I Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tanjung Tiram berupa, siswa sering; tidak masuk kelas, gemar permisi, tidak melaksanakan tugas, dan kurang lengkapnya sarana prasarana yang ada pada Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tanjung Tiram tesebut, sehingga berakibat sering terjadi kealfaan siswa dalam belajar. Selain itu, adapun pelaksanaan bimbingan dalam menyelesaikan masalah belajar yang diterapkan di MAS Al Washliyah adalah berupa layanan-layanan dalam konseling. Diantaranya; layanan bimbingan konseling kelompok, layanan penempatan dan penyaluran, layananan pembelajaran/penguasaan konten serta layanan informasi dan orientasi. Kata Kunci: Layanan Konseling; Siswa Bermasalah; Pembelajaran                                                                                                                 ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out, analyze about the forms of problems experienced by students in Al Washliyah Private Alyahliyah Madrasah Tanjung Tiram in Batu Bara District, as well as how the concept of tutoring is applied to Tanjung Tiram Aliyah Madrasah, Batu Bara. The problem in this case in the problem of students participating in learning at school. Where there is a problem, then rest assured there is a cure (solution). A problem for who? Through this research, it will be known later the forms of problems that are often experienced by students in general, and who will bring a sedative from the problem are the teachers who work at this Aliyah Madrasah. Please note, what is called the supervising teacher in this study is the class teacher who will be a detective for their students in each class. As for the conclusions of this study, it can be seen the forms of problems that occur and are experienced by students in Tanjung Tiram Private Aliyah Madrasah in the form of students often; do not go to class, like to excuse me, do not carry out the task, and the incompleteness of the existing infrastructure in the Tanjung Tiram Aliyah Private Madrasah so that often results in the absence of students in learning. In addition, as for the concepts applied to the Tanjung Tiram Aliyah Private Islamic School in Batu Bara, namely: understanding the meaning of tutoring, understanding the functions, benefits, and objectives of tutoring, as well as complying with the steps of tutoring. Based on the results of the analysis, the teachers have tried their best to carry out their professional duties, but the students at Tanjung Tiram Private Aliyah Madrasahs still cannot carry out the disciplines that are applied to Tanjung Tiram Private Aliyah Madrasas in Batu Bara Regency properly. Keywords: Counseling Services; Students with Problems, Learning

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang prinsip-prinsip layanan konseling Islami dalam perkawinan untuk mencegah perceraian di desa Paran Tonga, Kecamatan Huristak Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Adapun jenis penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif naturalistic. Peneliti menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan tekhnik analisa data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan yang dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung dan setelah selesai pengumpulan data dalam periode tertentu, berupa seluruh data-data yang tertulis atau lisan dari orang dan perilaku yang diamati. Prinsip-prinsip konseling Islami dalam perkawinan ada tiga, yaitu: prinsip iman, prinsip Islam dan prinsip ihsan. Layanan konseling Islami dalam perkawinan di Desa Paran Tonga, Kecamatan Huristak, Kabupaten Padang Lawas  layanan konseling Islami yang dilaksanakan adalah layanan orientasi, layanan informasi, layanan individual, dan layanan kelompok. Hal-hal yang menghambat pelaksanaan layanan konseling Islami di Desa Paran Tonga, Kecamatan Huristak Kabupaten Padang Lawas adalah karena calon pengantin yang tidak disiplin ( saat jadwal konseling perkawinan sudah ditentukan, mereka cenderung datang terlambat sehingga mereka tidak mendapatkan ilmu secara keseluruhan, karena salah satu calon pengantin tidak dapat hadir saat konseling pra nikah disebabkan salah satu calon pengantin sedang bekerja di luar kota, karena kawin lari, karena hamil duluan. Kata kunci: konseling; perkawinan;  perceraian  ABSTRACTThis study discusses the principles of Islamic counseling services in marriage to prevent divorce in Paran Tonga Village, Huristak District, Padang Lawas Regency. The type of qualitative research used is naturalistic qualitative research. Researchers used data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique is by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing which is carried out when data collection takes place and after completion of data collection within a certain period, in the form of all written or oral data from people and observed behavior. There are three principles of Islamic counseling in marriage, namely: the principle of faith, the principle of Islam and the principle of ihsan. Islamic counseling services in marriage in Paran Tonga Village, Huristak District, Padang Lawas Regency Islamic counseling services carried out are orientation services, information services, individual services, and group services. The things that hinder the implementation of Islamic counseling services in Paran Tonga Village, Huristak District, Padang Lawas Regency are due to undisciplined brides and grooms (when the marriage counseling schedule has been determined, they tend to come late so they don't get the knowledge as a whole, because one of the prospective the bride and groom were unable to attend the pre-marital counseling because one of the bride-to-be was working out of town, due to elopement, because she was pregnant first. Keywords: counseling; marriage; divorce

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the general description and types of deviant behavior in schools carried out by state high school students in the city of Bandung. The study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 1,793 students belonging to 14 schools in 8 areas in the city of Bandung. The results showed that more students answered disagree on the statement of deviant behavior. While the tendency of deviant behavior that is often carried out by students is people who sleep (sleepers), scouts, dissatisfied people (not satisfied), animals (behave like animals), angels (feel good), skeptics, pests (disturbing), procrastinators (work procrastinators), hyperactivity (very active), and name-callers.Keywords: misbehavior, students, teachers, schools ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran umum dan jenis kecenderungan perilaku menyimpang di sekolah yang dilakukan oleh siswa SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 1.793 siswa yang termasuk ke dalam 14 sekolah pada 8 wilayah di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih banyak siswa menjawab tidak setuju pada pernyataan kecenderungan perilaku menyimpang. Sedangkan kecenderungan perilaku menyimpang yang sering dilakukan oleh siswa adalah the sleeper (tukang tidur), the snoop (pengintai), the malcontent (tidak puas), the animal (berperilaku seperti binatang), the angel (merasa baik hati), the skeptic (skeptis), the pest (pengganggu), the procrastinator (penunda pekerjaan), the hyperactive (sangat aktif), dan the name caller (pemanggil nama).Kata Kunci: perilaku menyimpang, siswa, guru, sekolah

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to investigate the relationship between the two at the high school level using a correlational research design. Two instruments, namely the Multicultural Self-Efficacy Scale and the Academic Self-Concept Scale, were administered to 302 high school students randomly selected as respondents. The study employed Pearson's product-moment correlation to analyze the relationship between the two variables using SPSS 25 for Windows Release. This study also displayed descriptive data from each variable according to gender and grade level. The results found a positive relationship at a moderate level between students' multicultural self-efficacy and students' academic self-concept (r=0.488). In addition, 70.9% of students had a multicultural self-efficacy level in the medium to the very high category, and 81.5% had medium to very high levels of academic self-concept. Meanwhile, based on grade level, the data of the two variables showed the same position, that the tenth graders had the highest score (7.99 and 3.53), followed by the eleventh graders (7.77 and 3.50), and the twelfth graders (7 .49 and 3.45).Keywords: multicultural self-efficacy, academic self-concept, high school student  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menyelidiki hubungan keduanya di tingkat sekolah menengah atas dengan menggunakan desain korelasional. Dua instrumen, yaitu Skala Efikasi Diri Multikultur dan Skala Konsep Diri Akademik, diadministrasikan kepada 302 siswa SMA yang dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel. Korelasi product moment dari Pearson digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan kedua variabel dengan memanfaatkan SPSS 25 for Windows Release. Penelitian ini juga menampilkan data deskriptif dari masing-masing variabel menurut jenis kelamin dan tingkat kelas. Hasil riset menemukan adanya hubungan positif pada level moderat antara efikasi diri multikultural siswa dan konsep diri akademik siswa (r=0,488). Kemudian, 70,9% siswa memiliki tingkat efikasi diri multikultural pada kategori antara sedang-sangat tinggi dan 81,5% siswa memiliki konsep diri akademik kategori sedang-sangat tinggi. Sementara itu berdasarkan tingkatan kelas, data kedua variabel menunjukkan kesamaan posisi, yaitu siswa kelas X memilih skor tertinggi (7,99 dan 3,53) , diikuti oleh siswa kelas XII (7,77 dan 3,50), dan kelas XI (7,49 dan 3,45).Kata kunci: Efikasi diri multikultural, Konsep diri akademik, siswa sekolah menengah atas

Abstract

The aim of this article is to learn more about how clinical supervision is used to enhance teacher professionalism. Professional teachers are teachers who have the skills to carry out educational and teaching tasks. Thus, the definition of an expert educator is a person who has extraordinary ability and mastery in the field of education so that he can carry out his obligations and abilities as a teacher with maximum abilities. Professional teachers are also educated, trained, and have extensive field experience. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, which is an analysis that uses words or sentences to describe a situation or. The results of research on the use of clinical supervision to improve teacher professionalism at MTsS Hidayatullah, teachers are very flexible, starting from plans that are only communicated to them in regular weekly meetings by the school principal. Only minor problems were encountered, and these problems were not too serious because prospective teachers met the minimum standards when they started at MTsS Hidayatullah. The teacher asks for help to overcome his teaching difficulties, which is why clinical is used here.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the progress of the times accompanied by technological improvements in the digital era. Logical thinking is an important foundation in the development of science, especially in the philosophy of science. The emergence of technology in the digital era has had a major influence on the role of philosophy of science in guidance and counseling in the digital era. Continuation must be the fundamental money to capture, expert, and treat innovation properly and appropriately. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the development of digital era science is in the study of philosophy of science from the perspective of guidance and counseling in the development of the digital era. This research method is qualitative with a literature study approach, or also called a literature review. Literature review is a written summary of articles from journals, documents, and books that explain theories and information that occurred in the past or is currently happening. The results of this study aim to find out how far the development of the digital era is in perspective in the philosophy of science in the context of guidance and counseling in the development of the digital era, and aims to make it easier for counselors to help clients solve their problems by using e-mail media, video conferencing, Facebook and applications in online counseling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the acceptability/acceptability of the training design being developed. The research method uses qualitative research and development or development research. This research developed training designs with a behavioral rehearsal with predetermined steps, namely potentials and problems, literature design, design validation, design revision, and product/design testing. The design validation process was carried out by 3 expert validators who are competent in the field of guidance and counseling. The participants in this study were 10 students of IAIN Palangka Raya in terms of having social anxiety with introverted. The findings in this paper show that the acceptability/acceptability of the expert validator obtained an assessment score of 88% with very good criteria with several revisions. Then from the assessment of 10 participants, an assessment score of 90.5% was obtained with very good criteria without revision. The training design developed to reduce social anxiety in students with introverts is feasible and can be used.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out how important or urgent the study of ontology, epistemology and axiology is which is useful as a foundation in guidance and counseling where it becomes the basis for obtaining a science so that the science has been arranged logically, empirically and systematically which knowledge is These gains are manifested in the form of guidance and counseling in which the guidance and counseling process has also been systematically structured so that the knowledge of guidance and counseling is a study that studies deviant individual or client behavior that must be overcome with the help of a counselor. This writing was designed using the library method, or better known as literature study. The results of this literature review or literature review are the basis of knowledge about the study of ontology, epistemology and axiology, a basis for acquiring a science which will become science. systematically and empirically so that science has been tested for its truth. The truth of this knowledge must be based on ontology, epistemology and axiology, that is why if it has been proven by science such as guidance and counseling science, then a guidance and counseling science will be realized which in guidance and counseling science will discuss an individual or client's wrong behavior so that can be directed positively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Positive Reinforcement Technique group counseling technique to increase the self-confidence of class X students. The type of research used is experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample used in this study were 6 students from class X DKV SMK Negeri 2 Sewon who were identified as having low self-esteem. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the study can be concluded that group counseling services with positive reinforcement techniques can increase self-confidence. This is shown from the results of the t-test obtained that there is a significant difference between the pretest score and the posttest score about self-confidence. This is shown t arithmetic = -18.602 sig 0.000 <0.0. Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in student self-confidence after being given treatment in the form of positive reinforcement technique group counseling services. So this shows that Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the problem of the role of school counselors related to the implementation of character education. In research using qualitative methods with literature review studies or literature studies. The results of this study show that the implementation of character development begins with the formation of the basic values and norms that exist in society according to state regulations. In its implementation, character education must involve all educators in schools so that the goals of national education can be achieved, one of which is a counselor. The position of school counselors as educators is stated in the 2003 National Education System Law. School counselors' efforts to play a role in implementing character education include consultants acting as examples, problem solvers, and mediators. The application of character education through guidance and counseling counselors has the aim of forming, developing, and increasing character points in students. In the application of character education, some points are emphasized and this is in line with the services of counseling guidance namely learning, personal, social, and career.
