Abstract

The rapid increase in smartphone usage, especially with the android platform and the need for information on part-time job vacancies are becoming a trend in some circles such as students. From those two things that drive writers to create a job search application that can provide quick and accurate access to part-time job-seekers, by building this app using android smartphone job seekers will be simplified in viewing the details of the job just by going through Smartphone and also sign up for the job just by sending a CV through one Touch on his smartphone screen. Research begins with the assessment of previous research so that will facilitate the author in developing this application. After the assessment phase is executed the author makes some UML diagrams that are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams. From the results of the application design the authors perform blackbox testing using the use case testing method, this method to test the application based on the use case that has been made. Test results from blackbox only give the test results from the user side functionally. From the design and development that has been done, it is concluded that the application can be made by using use case, activity diagram, database, sequence diagram, and interface. To show the job location using geolocation. Geolocation taken using latitude and longitude.

Abstract

Franchise is a type of businesses that offers various benefits such as the good reputation and the stability of operating procedures. Nevertheless, the franchise business could be closed to bankruptcy, one aspect which influences that fact is the location factor. Site selection that does not meet certain criteria has a direct impact on the failure of the franchise business. The determination of the business location feasibility for the object under study has a computational pattern that is not clear, not directional and not concrete. Therefore, it is important to establish the appropriate business location feasibility supported by proper calculation patterns. This research proposes AHP and VIKOR methods to build system that can answer Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem for feasibility of franchise business location. The AHP method is used to derive the weighting value of all criterias, while VIKOR focuses on the ranking of alternative business locations and proposes compromise solution. Based on the testing performance, the highest accuracy obtained is 85% with threshold value of 0,56. The sensitivity of VIKOR value while value is changed derived four alternatives that are sensitive to that change. The final result obtained is the eligibility status of each proposed business location.

Abstract

Faculty of Agriculture (FP) is one of the faculties at the University of Brawijaya (UB). Students of FP typically utilize a website that addresses http://fp.ub.ac.id/ as a source of information. The results of the initial questionnaire that has been spread to thecollege students of FPstated that they found problems and flaws when using the website. This includes unclear layouts, malfunctioning links, a user interface that is too simple and unattractive, to a low response in accessing the website. IT staff at the FP explains that the website had never been in the related evaluation of usability testing. Usability is an important aspect of the website. with the value of good usability, users can achieve the desired goals with effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction in a context. Website usability improvements is performed in this study, with the goal of improving usability by making the value of the proposal design. The results of usability testing of website proposaldesign of FP using questionnaires WEBUSE show overall increasing the value of usability. This indicates that the proposal design is better and easier to use than the current design. Website that previously entered into moderate level (grades 0.4-0.6) turns into a good level (grades 0.4-0.8). The increase usability in the category of content, organization and readability as much as 0.07 points, category navigation and links by 0.15 points, user interface design category at 0,11 points and 0.14 points for performance and effectiveness

Abstract

Lapindo hot mud in disaster area affected the quality of ambient air. Monitoring ambient air pollution in affected area of Lapindo hot mud performed by classifying the level of ambient air pollution. The classification also describes the impact that can occur from each category based on the level of ambient air pollution. Based on the result of testing system with samples from three affected areas of Lapindo hot mud, fuzzy output has the accuracy 84% in Siring Barat village, 93% in Mindi Village, and 95% in Jatirejo village by using methane gas, dust particle (PM10), and CO gas as parameters. Furthermore, Jatirejo village has an average index value of air quality is about 54.43 with an average methane concentration is about 4.60 ppm. Therefore, Mindi village has an average index of air quality is about 41.95 with an average methane concentration is about 2.40 ppm and Siring Barat village has an average index of air quality is about 37.00 with an average methane concentration is about 15.18 ppm. The analysis result shows the concentration of methane exceeds the threshold level even the air quality index in a safe range, It shows that the level of ambient air pollution in those three affected areas of Lapindo hot mud is in Hazardous level.

Abstract

During this time the diagnosis of the disease always relies on clinical or laboratory estimates. Where with it many found deficiencies that resulted in losses for the patient in managing time. Based on the inventory data and the number of requests, it is designed a decision support system using the method fuzzy tsukamoto.In the diagnosis system of THT diseases with android based The demand variable consists of two fuzzy set, namely: DOWN, and NAIK, inventory variable consists of two fuzzy set, : LITTLE, and MANY, while the production variable consists of two fuzzy sets namely: REDUCE, and ADDED. The calculation of accuracy in this study was not separated based on each disease but accuracy for the whole disease and resulted in an accuracy of 93.75%

Abstract

One of programs that being held by KOMINFO JATIM is ‘Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat' that have a purpose to increase the public participation to contribute for sharing an information on their region. Based on observation and interview , KIM program has not been able to run well becasuse of some problems. The absence of control mechanism in the KIM program, such as controlling the incoming article and controlling the registered kim members. The previous alternative controls are done manually which creates new problems that are poor data management. Base on these problem, KIM information system are being developed to serve as a medium for the implementation of the KIM program. Development method used is waterfall method. The Naive Bayes method is used to classify unexpected articles (spam). Then used the feature of laravel that is middleware to manage role available in KIM information system. In testing, basic path tests, validation testing, compatibility tests, and user acceptance tests were performed. For classificatoin feature, test is done by using coincidence matrix table to get the value from precision,recall, and accuracy.

Abstract

Bidang pelayanan perizinan Pemerintah Kota Malang terdapat 12 proses bisnis pelayanan perizinan yang aktif. Pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab masih belum memiliki dokumen SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) yang dikarenakan perubahan struktur organisasi. Selain itu dalam kegiatan pelayanan publik ini memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan tidak menentu karena banyak terdapat pelimpahan tugas dari dinas lain yang masih belum diproses dan banyak para petugas yang belum mendapatkan Pendelegasian PTSP (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu) dan SPMT (Surat Perintah Mengerjakan Tugas ) dari Walikota Kota Malang.Oleh karena itu dengan pemaparan permasalahan yang ada, penelitian menerapkan konsep Bussiness Process Management (BPM) untuk melakukan analisis 12 proses bisnis pelayanan perizinan di bidang perizinan Kota Malang dan mengetahui beberapa kemungkinan permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses bisnis tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan memodelkan proses bisnis saat ini (as-is) pada bidang pelayanan perizinan. metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dengan studi literatur dan pengumpulan data dari wawancara, observasi, dan beberapa dokumen pendukung. Proses bisnis diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan Value Chain for Service, Konsep Abstraksi pada Bussiness Process Modelling Foundation, dan RACI Chart. Abstract

Unichem Candi Indonesia (UCI) is a consumer good company with salt consumption product branded "refina". In the management regulation of PT. UCI there is a procedure attendance hours work hours at 08.00 WIB and come home from work at 16.00 WIB for Monday to Friday, while on Saturday at 08.00 to 14.30 WIB. Currently the Presence Employee attendance process has been using the Fingerprint Presence machine. Every employee in and out of the office without exception marketing personnel must do the Presence. Given this rule, marketing personnel objected. Due to within one business day, marketing personnel can go in and out of the office more than 3 times. The problem that often happens is to forget to do Presence, so that marketing personnel get a reprimand from superiors and penalty sanctions. As a solution to the problems that occur, the need for Presensi applications using Location Based Service technology (LBS). Where this technology becomes efficient and effective when applied to problems in PT.UCI. By using this application, marketing personnel no longer need to do Presence via fingerprint machine, but only need to bring a smartphone device that has been installed this application. This app works based on where the employee is located. When the employee is in coordinate office area then Presence status is enter office, while when the employee is outside the office area Presence status is out of office. Benefits derived from the results of this study is the marketing force no longer need to do Presence through the device fingerprint machine, but simply bring the Android smartphone device that has been installed by this application, so it can be marketing presence in the field.detected Presence status when out of office. Abstract

Malang City is one of the most potential city for tourism destination in Indonesia. Therefore, it's nessescarry for Malang to have varios promotional media for tourism. In effort to invite the tourists to visit Malang city requires variety of media campaigns and one of the alternative media is a media campaign games form. Malang City Tour game is one kind of that media which take form as game. Through this game, player can get information about tourism destination, tour budget, as well as common knowledge about Malang by taking quiz. Malang City Tour is created by applying MDA Framework. This framework consist of mechanic which is rules and algorithm made by game designer to build the game. If mechanics work well, it'll build a dynamics, which is interaction between mechanics and player. This dynamics then automatically created aesthethics of player's responeses to dynamics. This game then tested using playtesting. Result shows that this game is well-functioned and has reached it aim whis is giving useful information about Malang's tourism to the player.

Abstract

Imbalances between patient and medical personnel, especially nurses on duty 24 hours monitoring the condition of inpatients result in negligence. For example in terms of monitoring the condition of intravenous fluids. Based on these case examples, a system that is able to reduce the level of negligence and help the performance of medical personnel to improve hospital services. So to overcome this, a system designed to monitor intravenous fluids centrally using digital image processing. Some digital image processing methods used are thresholding to separate object image with the background, morphology to improve threshold image results by using dilation and erosion operation, moment invariant to describe characteristic shape and infusion fluid condition seen from a number of area and position. By using Raspberry Pi as a processing unit and sending information the infusion fluid condition is controlled centrally on the local network using TCP / IP socket as the communication medium to the server. The results of this study indicate that the system can detect infusion fluid conditions using several methods of processing digital images and send detection results to the server.
