Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how to develop culinary MSME products using the Scamper Method. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Bunda's Rendang Shop located in Depok, West Java. Rendang Bunda Shop operates in the culinary sector. The product produced is beef rendang. The variables measured in this research are Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the peanut rendang product. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the IFE analysis is 3.5, meaning that rendang kacang has quite good advantages, has unique and special strengths as an innovative product, and has more than enough prerequisites for further development. The results of the EFE analysis which is 3.6 means that if you look at the external business environment, Rendang Kacang has quite a large business opportunity. At the same time, there are also threats, even though the existing threats are relatively lower than the possible opportunities for development. With these results, the peanut rendang business still has the opportunity to grow. Innovation in the context of MSMEs: Innovation as the key to sustainability and growth of MSMEs. The role of innovation in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the market. Impact of Innovation on MSMEs: Improved product and service quality, Product diversification to reach a wider market, Operational efficiency through process innovation. The Scamper Method is one way to develop culinary MSME products. This method can help culinary MSMEs to produce innovative and creative product development ideas. Abstract

Abstrak  - Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pembelajaran, kepribadian proaktif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dengan creative self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada UKM di Kabupaten Kebumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pada UKM binaan Griya Pamer Dekranasda di Kabupaten Kebumen yang berjumlah 50 UKM. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, menggunakan metode metode analisis jalur yang diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel orientasi pembelajaran dan kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Creative Self-Efficacy.Orientasi Pembelajaran berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku kerja inovatif, Kepribadian Proaktif berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku kerja inovatif, dan Creative Self-Efficacy tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada UKM di Kabupaten Kebumen. Koefisien determinasi pada uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa creative self-efficacy dipengaruhi oleh orientasi pembelajaran dan kepribadian proaktif sebesar 80,2%. Perilaku kerja inovatif dipengaruhi oleh Orientasi Pembelajaran, Kepribadian Proaktif, dan Creative Self-Efficacy sebesar 90,3%. Kata Kunci: Orientasi Pembelajaran, Kepribadian Proaktif, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, Creative Self-Efficacy

Abstract

Toko Senja Kosmetik merupakan salah satu toko kosmetik terkemuka di Karawang. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor psikologi terhadap perilaku konsumen yang terdiri dari motivasi, persepsi, pengetahuan, dan sikap, baik secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Senja Kosmetik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu asumsi klasik yang mencakup uji korelasi, normalitas, homosketdastisitas, autokorelasi, multikolinearitas, serta uji regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari R Square, uji F dan uji T menggunakan  IBM SPSS versi 25 sebagai alat pengolahan data. Toko Senja Kosmetik ditemukan bahwa variabel independen (bebas) yang terdiri dari variabel motivasi (X1), Persepsi (X2), Pengetahuan (X3), dan Sikap (X4) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersamaan dan bersamaan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik (Y) di Toko Senja Kosmetik. Namun, variabel Persepsi (X2) dan Pengetahuan (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara parsial, variabel Motivasi dan Sikap menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Keputusan Pembelian kosmetik di Toko Senja Kosmetik, dengan variabel Motivasi sebagai variabel paling dominan

Abstract

Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) is a psychological phenomenon that has been widely adopted in flash sale business models to create a sense of urgency and social pressure. While this strategy can be effective in increasing sales, it also raises ethical concerns regarding consumer manipulation. This study examines whether FOMO-based flash sales serve as a legitimate marketing strategy or a psychological exploitation tool. A qualitative research approach was used, employing semi-structured interviews with consumers who frequently participate in flash sales, as well as expert interviews with digital marketing professionals. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify key patterns related to consumer behavior, emotional responses, and ethical considerations. Findings reveal that FOMO-driven flash sales increase impulse buying but also contribute to buyer’s remorse and anxiety. Consumers often experience psychological pressure due to scarcity cues, leading to purchasing decisions based on perceived urgency rather than necessity. Additionally, the study highlights a thin line between marketing strategy and consumer manipulation, particularly in cases where artificial scarcity or misleading promotions are used. The discussion emphasizes that while FOMO-based flash sales are highly effective in short-term revenue generation, they may harm long-term consumer trust if perceived as deceptive. Ethical concerns regarding stress-inducing marketing tactics call for greater transparency in digital marketing. Future research should explore quantitative measures of consumer spending behavior and cross-cultural perspectives on FOMO marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to prove whether capital structure can mediate the relationship between profitability and liquidity on company value. The types of research used are descriptive and associative research. In determining investment decisions, investors need to consider the company value which describes the welfare provided by the company. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square) with a research sample of 75 non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2020-2023. The results of this research show that. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, liquidity has no effect on capital structure, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on company value, profitability has a negative and significant effect on company value, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on company value and capital structure can mediate the effect of profitability and liquidity on company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how socialization and hedonic motivation affect impulsive purchasing. The sampling method is called purposeful sampling. One hundred respondents, ages twelve to fourteen, participated in the survey. Partial Least Squares is one of the data analysis techniques used in this study's quantitative approach. As a data analysis tool, SmartPLS version 4 is used to process data. Primary data from Google Forms used to distribute questionnaires is used in the data source. The study's findings suggest that impulsive purchasing is influenced by hedonic motivation. The second hypothesis, however, demonstrates that impulsive purchasing is unaffected by socialization motivation. According to the management implications of this study, businesses who provide goods and services to teenagers should think about the advantages, quality, and selling price. Teenagers are a tech-savvy generation, thus all decisions are based on user feedback and considerations. If the selling price is too expensive for the teenagers, they will abandon their plan to purchase

Abstract

During the period 2018-2022, the average PBV of automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX was 0.31, this shows that the value of the company still needs to be increased to attract investors because ideally, good stocks for investment have a PBV value> 1. This study aims to determine the impact of dividend policy, ownership structure and financial performance on company value. The research method used in this study is the verification and descriptive method. The population in this study was 13 companies, the sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique and produced 11 samples with 55 observation data. The data collection technique used in this study used non-participant observation, this technique is used to obtain data, namely financial reports from Automotive and Component Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies in 2018-2022. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, panel data analysis, and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The research findings show that dividend policy, ownership structure and financial performance have a simultaneous impact on company value. Dividend policy has a positive impact on firm value. Ownership structure has a positive effect on firm value. Financial performance has a positive impact on firm value.

Abstract

Percepatan teknologi keuangan memberikan banyak perubahan pada transaksi bisnis bidang ekonomi di Indonesia. Kondisi ini diikuti dengan banyaknya pemutusan hubungan kerja karyawan di perusahaan. Salah satunya membuat generasi Z harus dapat beradaptasi dengan dunia wirausaha dan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi bisnis yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh literasi bisnis digital terhadap intensi niat berwirausaha generasi Z serta untuk mengetahui peran moderasi financial technology pada pengaruh literasi bisnis digital terhadap intensi niat berwirausaha generasi Z. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan distribusi kuesioner secara online. Teknik perhitungan jumlah sampel memakai rumus metode slovin dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 400 responden generasi Z wilayah Provinsi Jakarta. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa literasi bisnis digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi niat berwirausaha generasi Z wilayah provinsi Jakarta. Selain itu hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa financial technology memoderasi pengaruh literasi bisnis digital terhadap intensi niat berwirausaha generasi Z wilayah provinsi Jakarta. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan jumlah entrepreneur sukses yang berasal dari generasi Z di Indonesia dengan meningkatkan literasi bisnis digital dan penggunaan financial technology yang tepat guna

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan antara Praktik Pelatihan dan Pengembangan (TDP), Budaya Organisasi (OC), Keterlibatan Karyawan (EE), dan Kinerja Karyawan (EP) dalam industri perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Kinerja Karyawan sangat penting bagi keberlanjutan organisasi, karena karyawan yang terlibat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas, layanan pelanggan, dan mengurangi pergantian karyawan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kesenjangan dalam literatur yang ada mengenai peran mediasi Keterlibatan Karyawan antara Praktik Pelatihan dan Pengembangan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data dikumpulkan dari 155 karyawan melalui kuesioner daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Praktik Pelatihan dan Pengembangan berpengaruh positif terhadap Keterlibatan Karyawan dan Kinerja Karyawan. Selain itu, Budaya Organisasi yang mendukung meningkatkan Keterlibatan Karyawan dan selanjutnya meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang efektif tidak hanya mengembangkan keterampilan karyawan tetapi juga menumbuhkan keterlibatan yang lebih besar, yang pada gilirannya mengarah pada peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pelatihan strategis dan budaya organisasi yang kuat.

Abstract

Working in a company serves as a means of self-actualization for women and provides income for themselves and their families. However, a phenomenon has emerged where working women often exhibit a lack of performance in their fields, leading to suboptimal job execution. This presents a significant challenge for HR practitioners in companies to guide female employees to become more competent and skilled. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and organizational culture on the performance of career women, with internal locus of control as an intervening variable. This research uses a survey method with an explanatory research approach, which explains causal relationships between research variables through hypothesis testing. This is a quantitative study, focusing on intrinsic motivation (X1), organizational culture (X2), internal locus of control (Z), and the performance of career women (Y). The population of this study comprises all career women in the textile industry in Bogro, with a sample of 100 career women from PT.X.(SME) The research instrument is a questionnaire using a Likert scale, ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree for responses. Statistical processing was assisted by SEM-PLS, and the R² value shows that intrinsic motivation, organizational culture, and internal locus of control influence the performance of career women by 90.6%, with the remaining 9.4% influenced by variables outside those studied.
