Abstract

This research aims to find out whether communication on the social media Instagram @kemenkominfo has an effect on user satisfaction. This research used a sample of 50 @kemenkominfo Instagram users who communicated either via Instagram DM or the comments column. The indicators used in the communication variable are understanding, enjoyment, influence on attitudes, improved relationships and action. Indicators of user satisfaction variables are conformity to expectations, interest in revisiting and willingness to recommend. Using a Likert scale quantitative method and analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this research state that communication has a positive effect on user satisfaction on Instagram @kemenkominfo, amounting to 69.5% of user satisfaction being influenced by communication variables, while the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to identify factors that influence employee performance at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara. A dynamic work environment, transformational leadership is a leadership model that is considered effective in inspiring, motivating and improving employee performance. This model has several characteristics that make it successful in a kinetically changing world of work. This research adopts an explanatory quantitative approach with the variables studied being transformational leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of this research reveal that employee satisfaction influences employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Employee satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has an effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment also has an effect on employee performance at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of standard operating procedures (SOP), information technology, and supervision on employee performance at PT. Fore Coffee Malang. This study utilizes a quantitative data method with multiple linear regression, obtained from primary data of respondents. Sampling is carried out through purposive sampling technique involving 48 employees at PT. Fore Coffee Malang. Data analysis involves scale range, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing such as t-test and F-test. The results of the research indicate that standard operating procedures (SOP) and information technology have a positive and significant impact, while supervision has a positive but insignificant impact on employee performance at PT. Fore Coffee Malang. In conclusion, the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP), information technology, and effective supervision can influence employee performance, with the potential to enhance company productivity.

Abstract

Competition in educational institutions is currently increasingly fierce, so student satisfaction and Word of mouth to attract prospective new students are of particular concern in order to achieve the development and existence of the institution. The aim of this research is to determine the direct and indirect influence of service quality and campus image on Word of mouth through student satisfaction as an intervening variable.The research was conducted on students of the Indonesian Institute of Business and Technology (INSTIKI) Denpasar, Bali. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire distributed to 85 respondents from the class of 2021 (72 students from the IT Faculty and 13 students from the SK Faculty). The collected quantitative data was analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis using SmartPLS-4.0.9.8 software. The research results show that service quality and campus image have a direct and indirect positive and significant effect on Word of mouth through student satisfaction as an intervening variable. Meanwhile, student satisfaction acts as partial mediation.

Abstract

Indonesia's population is increasing exponentially, causing increased mobility. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the quantity and quality of roads to meet community needs. In Indonesia, hot mix asphalt, also known as hot mix, is the most common type of mix. Asphalt Concrete (AC) consists of asphalt as an adhesive, coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, and filler as a filling material, according to the 2010 BM specifications. All materials used in this research refer to the general specifications issued by the Directorate General of Highways in 2010 Revision 3, and the Marshall test will be carried out by replacing the Portland cement filler with Wood Ash in the Laston mixture. The asphalt used has a penetration of 60/70 and is used with compaction variations of 40, 50, 60 and 80 impacts. The research using wood asphalt as a filler showed a Marshall stability of 840.72 kg, a Marshall coefficient of 3.49 kN/mm, a film thickness of 6.64 μm, and an air mist volume of 4.59%.

Abstract

The prevalence rate of stunting in Indonesia in 2021 reached 24.4%, surpassing the WHO standard of 20%. As a result, Indonesia is categorized as having a high stunting issue and holds the 2nd position in Asia. Efforts to reduce stunting are closely related to the role of health cadres. Indonesian youth play a crucial role as agents of change, having a 39.8% influence in community involvement. Kader Muda Sehat training, as an innovative program, aims to train young individuals to become health cadres, enabling them to contribute in assisting the targeted individuals affected by stunting.The objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the Kader Muda Sehat training program in enhancing the knowledge of youths as health cadres in the Banyuresmi Subdistrict, Garut Regency. This study was conducted using a quasi-experimental approach with one-group pre-test-post-test design. Kader Muda Sehat training was conducted over 7 sessions from December 2022 to January 2023, using a hybrid approach, online through Zoom meetings and offline in the Karyasari Village, Banyuresmi Subdistrict, Garut Regency, West Java. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, consisting of 18 young cadres who met the established inclusion criteria. Data collection of young cadre characteristics and knowledge was carried out using pre-test-post-test questionnaires. The research data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate, specifically the related samples Wilcoxon signed-rank test, utilizing SPSS Statistics V25.0 software. The results showed a p-value of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05), indicating a positive influence of Kader Muda Sehat training on the level of knowledge of young cadres regarding stunting prevention assistance. Based on results, it was concluded that there was an improvement in the youths' knowledge after receiving Kader Muda Sehat training about stunting prevention assistance. Kader Muda Sehat training is effective in enhancing youths' knowledge of stunting prevention assistance.

Abstract

A dam is a construction structure built to hold back the flow of water from upstream to downstream. Geographically, the Situ Lembang Dam is located in Kertawangi Village, Cisarua District, West Bandung Regency, the Situ Lembang Dam has a length of 350 m. One of the problems with dams is seepage. Seepage is defined as the property of a porous material that allows fluid in the form of water to flow through the pore cavity. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of variations in hydrostatic height on seepage that occurs in the dam body. The material forming the dam body is a type of organic clay. Almost all of the instrumentation equipment at 'Situ Lembang' no longer functions. This research uses laboratory simulations to review seepage patterns and seepage discharge against variations in hydrostatic height. Seepage discharge (Qf) is calculated using 3 methods, namely the Dupuit method, Schaffernak method, and Cassagrande method. The hydrostatic height variations reviewed are H10, H15, and H20.

Abstract

The largest proportion of health workers in the hospital is nurses which is 50.79%. One of the performance indicators is seen from the provision of nursing care in the hospital, seen from the nursing care documentation for the last 3 years in 2020 by 30%, in 2021 by 40.3% and in 2022 by 50.8%. The purpose of this research was to analyse nurses performance in the aspects of quality, quantity, used of working time, teamwork and incentives. This research used a qualitative research approach method with a case study design. interviews, observation and documentation were conducted on 5 informants to produce accurate and complete data. Data analysis in this research was carried out by triangulation. The results of this research found that nurses' knowledge of SOPs was good. Incomplete documentation of the initial study on medical history was 40% and physical examination was 60%. Nurses’ activity time were still classified as low direct activities by 19.5%, indirect activities by 32.6%, personal activities by 28.9% and non-productive activities by 19.5%. Providing financial incentives in the form of Eid Mubarak THR, while non-financial incentives in the form of awards and praise have not been implemented. Teamwork is less effective due to the lack of pharmacists and nutritionists in collaboration. The performance of nurses in inpatient rooms are less effective because in the implementation of nursing SOPs there are still nurses who are not in accordance with SOPs, incompleteness in filling out the initial nursing review documentation, nursing activity time are still low, financial and non-financial incentives are not implemented and teamwork is less effective due to the lack of involvement between pharmacists and nutrition professionals in collaboration.

Abstract

In an organization, good coordination is needed with regard to the abilities and expertise of employees, so that by itself the employee's duties can be carried out properly with full responsibility. That way it will create job satisfaction and give effect to the work effectiveness of each employee. One of the most important organizational components is coordination and work effectiveness. In an effort to achieve work effectiveness, the Food and Agriculture Office of the City of Cimahi has tried various efforts which basically cover four management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The four management functions are carried out by the Food and Agriculture Service of Cimahi City with the aim of integrating the efforts of each individual and work unit within the Service in order to achieve the expected goals. The research objective was to find out the effect of coordination on work effectiveness in the Food and Agriculture Service of Cimahi City. Quantitative research methods were used in this study where employees of the Cimahi City Food and Agriculture Service became the population with a sample of 78 people. The technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study were obtained by analysis of the coefficient of determination test known that the R-Square coefficient value was 0.836 or 83.6%, so it can be concluded that the effect of the independent variable, namely coordination on work effectiveness in the Food and Agriculture Service of Cimahi City, was 0.836 or 83.6% . In addition, the remaining 16.4% was influenced by other factors that were not present in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline, work culture and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Sales Division at PT. NetLink. Tbk. The research method used is a combined research method which is a research method between quantitative methods and qualitative methods to be used together in a research activity. The population in this study were employees of the Sales Division of PT. NetLink. Tbk which is spread throughout Indonesia with a total number of 960 people, while the number of samples in this study was 282 people, the questionnaire was distributed via the Google Form link with an estimated data collection for one month, after the data was collected it was then processed and analyzed further using using smartPLS 3.0 SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) software. The results of hypothesis testing on all independent variables show that work discipline, work culture, work motivation and work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the work environment, job satisfaction, work discipline and work culture have no significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, in this research, job satisfaction does not intervene in the influence of the work environment, work discipline, work culture and work motivation on employee performance.
