Abstract

This study aims to illustrate the dynamics of curriculum development in early childhood education at Madrasah Nurul Jadid in Angsokah Barat, Palengaan, Pamekasan. The focus of the research includes an analysis of curriculum policies, implementation, as well as the challenges and strategies encountered in the curriculum development process. Employing a qualitative research method with a case study approach, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including the madrasa management, teachers, and students, as well as document analysis of the curriculum. The findings reveal that the development of the early childhood education curriculum at Madrasah Nurul Jadid has undergone several dynamics influenced by both internal and external factors. Internal dynamics include changes in student needs and efforts to adjust the curriculum to meet these needs, such as enhancing teacher capacity through training and workshops. External dynamics encompass changes in national education policies that require madrasas to continually adapt their curricula, along with financial challenges impacting the procurement of facilities and teaching materials. Strategies employed by Madrasah Nurul Jadid to address these challenges include collaboration with other institutions to gain resource support, developing a flexible and adaptive curriculum in response to changes, and engaging alumni, the community, and parents in the educational process to enhance support and participation. This research provides insights into the complexities and challenges of curriculum development in early childhood madrasas, as well as effective strategies to address them

Abstract

In the realm of education, kitab (Islamic text) material is crucial for students as it serves as both a foundation and provision for their religious understanding. In this context, Madrasah Diniyah Al-Mardliyah addresses this by designing a learning approach based on kitab mastery. This learning method is primarily aimed at ensuring that every student not only comprehends the kitab material but also masters it deeply in accordance with the established curriculum. Therefore, this study focuses on kitab mastery learning and its advantages and disadvantages at Madrasah Al-Mardliyah Pamekasan. Through observation, interviews, and documentation, the following data were obtained: The principles of learning at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Mardliyah include in-depth understanding, continuous evaluation, as well as remedial and enrichment programs. The learning process encompasses orientation, presentation, structured exercises, guided exercises, and independent exercises, with evaluation conducted through the Sorogan and Tamrin systems. The advantages of kitab mastery learning include enhancing learning efficiency, providing equal opportunities, and fostering positive attitudes among students. However, its drawbacks are that it requires a long time, professional teachers, and high operational costs. This madrasah has successfully implemented mastery learning through detailed planning, the application of various teaching methods, and regular evaluations.

Abstract

With the increasing consumer demand for fresh and high-quality fruits, automated recognition of fruit ripeness becomes crucial to enhance the quality and efficiency in fruit production. This research focuses on the implementation of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with Transformation Augmentation and Color Jitter using TensorFlow to classify the ripeness level of berries through images. The dataset consists of images of berries that have undergone pre-processing steps, including resizing images to 224x224 pixels, horizontal flipping, a rotation range of 20 degrees, zoom range of 0.3, shear range of 0.3, height shift range of 0.3, width shift range of0.3, random hue of 0.08, random saturation of 0.6-1.6, random brightness of 0.05, and random contrast of 0.7-1.3. The network architecture comprises 4 convolution layers, 4 max-pooling layers, a global average pooling layer, and a dense layer. The results show that the CNN method with Transformation Augmentation and Color Jitter using TensorFlow can achieve good accuracy in classifying the ripeness of berries. After 500 epochs of training, the model achieved an accuracy of 93.75% on the training data and 90.33% on the testing data. The model also achieved 100% accuracy on 30 new data samples that were different from the training and testing data. Additionally, the use of Transformation Augmentation and Color Jitter in CNN has a positive impact on the accuracy of ripeness classification of berries, with the augmented model showing higher accuracy.

Abstract

Initial observations of teaching Islamic menstrual law (fikih haid) to 6th grade students at MDTA Miftahul Ulum Nyalabu Daya Pamekasan revealed challenges in understanding set theory concepts. Conventional teaching methods without the use of learning aids resulted in minimal student engagement in the learning process. This research aims to develop animated teaching materials for Islamic menstrual law to enhance students' understanding of set theory concepts. Evaluating the effectiveness of animated teaching materials is also a key objective of this study. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Hannafin and Peck model, encompassing needs analysis, design, and implementation of teaching materials. Validation is conducted through questionnaires administered to three validators to assess the quality of teaching materials in terms of language, content, and audio-visual aspects. Small-scale and large-scale trials are conducted at MDTA Miftahul Ulum Nyalabu Daya Pamekasan.

Abstract

In elementary school learning, PPKn material has a very important position in improving and preparing students to become reliable human beings and also as a learning that directs students to become good, skilled, intelligent students and also with character based on values. in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Project Based Learning or commonly called PJBL is a learning model that emphasizes student activity in solving open-ended problems, the application of this PJBL learning model is that students are involved in a project that will be carried out Then students produce a certain authentic product. This research aims to analyze the application of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview and observation techniques. The subjects of this research were class IV students at SD Negeri 3 Kesambi and class IV teachers at SD Negeri 3 Kesambi. Based on research conducted, the use of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model at SD Negeri 3 Temulus, especially in class IV, can foster student interest and interest in Civics subjects so that learning outcomes are high, even though there are several obstacles experienced by teachers.

Abstract

Each country has its own national education system, which is adapted to the national philosophical background, policies and strategies, which are also influenced by the state structure adopted and the goals to be achieved within the framework of the nation and state. One effort to improve the quality of a country's education is with a curriculum policy. Therefore, this article aims to analyze education curriculum policies in Indonesia in terms of comparison with five countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Finland. The method used is literature review. From the results of data analysis, it was found that curriculum policy in Indonesia is still far behind those of the five countries, so there is a need for changes in the curriculum regulations established by the Indonesian government. The current curriculum policy still has not achieved the goals of the national education system.

Abstract

The security of a web server from data leaks is a critical factor before creating one. Penetration testing is an attempt to exploit a computer system to find data stored within it. This review aims to provide an overview of penetration testing, highlighting its implementation scenarios, models, methodologies, and tools from various existing studies. The results of this review are expected to serve as a reference for understanding the aspects and solutions of penetration testing. The review was conducted by collecting 1,023 articles, which were evaluated based on the PRISMA method, narrowing them down to 12 articles. These 12 articles were then classified based on the tools, models, and methodologies used in penetration testing. This classification aims to provide deeper insights into the best practices for penetration testing and to identify the most effective tools and techniques for securing web servers against threats and data breaches.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the thoughts and updates made by Kemal at Tarturk on gender equality in the Turkish Republic. This research uses a literature study method of works related to Kemal Attarturk. This research uses historical research methods with a gender approach that serves as a tool for analyzing gender equality in Kemal at Tarturk's government policies. Kemal was the first President of the Republic of Turkey, he had Westernization thoughts, Kemal was born in Salonika in 1881. Women in the late 20th century period in the Ottoman Turkish Sultanate still received conservative treatment in society. Kemal's policy of gender equality in women greatly changed the life of a woman, Kemal gave freedom of emancipation, revised marriage laws, and ensured women's equal rights in matters of inheritance and divorce. In addition, Kemal also increased women's access to education and gave them the right to vote, thus opening up opportunities for them to participate in various field. Abstract

This article reviews sexual violence against women found in the narrative of the yellow book, especially in the context of Islamic law and customs. Although Islam emphasizes the safety, peace, and respect for women, there is an ambiguity in the meaning of the holy text that can trigger interpretations that support violence. This is exacerbated by some scholars who have conservative views on the role of women, which are then immortalized in the yellow book. This article also highlights that violence against women is often supported by biased interpretations of the verses of the Qur'an and hadith. In conclusion, the yellow book, as a reference for Islamic teachings in Islamic boarding schools, needs to be reviewed to eliminate the narrative of violence and ensure respect for women in accordance with the true teachings of Islam.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how full day school management improves the independent character of students at SDA Ummul Quro and SD Plus Nurul Hikmah. Which focuses on how to plan, organize, implement and evaluate full day school management in improving the independent character of students at SDA Ummul Quro and SD Plus Nurul Hikmah. Basically, an educational institution which consists of many human resources requires good management, because this has an impact on the progress of the school or educational institution. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, data sources are obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Several informants from SDA Ummul Quro and SD Plus Nurul Hikmah were the same, including; principal, head of Curriculum, teachers and students. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data is carried out through extended participation, persistence, observation and triangulation. The results of this research show that; First, the two loci carry out planning using a meeting system involving school stakeholders. Second, the two loci carry out optimal organization or division of tasks with the same techniques, only there are differences in terms. Third, the implementation of full day school management in improving independent character is carried out by means of coordination meetings, program socialization, then starting. Fourth, program evaluation is also carried out at a maximum of two loci, but at SDA Ummul Quro with structured and unstructured evaluations, while at SD Plus Nurul Hikmah with weekly, monthly, semi-metered and annual evaluations
