Abstract

Spiritual intelligence is a limited thing and is not always possessed by every student who serves the kyai. Significant spiritual intelligence in the context of this devotion largely depends on two key elements, namely sincerity and pleasure. That is, only through the purity of intention (sincerity) and acceptance and satisfaction of Allah's destiny (ridha), a person can develop higher spiritual intelligence in his devotion to kyai. These concepts are not only the performance of duties, but also imply a deep inner dimension, which is the main foundation to reach the peak of wisdom and spiritual growth so that in this peelitian it is discussed about the concept of sincerity and pleasure for students who serve the kyai can increase their spiritual intelligence. In this article, the researcher uses a qualitative research method with a mini research object approach. The results of this study show that it is true that students who serve the kyai based on sincerity and pleasure can increase their spiritual intelligence, starting with respect and obedience, a sense of acceptance and willingness to learn, a sense of hope for Allah's pleasure and a sense of developing their spiritual awareness.

Abstract

Learning difficulties or learning disability, also known as learning disorder, is a disorder that makes it difficult for the individual concerned to carry out learning activities effectively. Dyslexia is a disorder of ability and difficulty that has an effect on the learning process, including disorders in the process of reading, speaking, writing and sometimes it is difficult to provide codes (coding) numbers or letters. Fiqh subjects, in this case starting from madrasah ibtidaiyah, need to be implemented correctly. In reality in the field, especially madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers have not been able to overcome the problems that occur. The purpose of this study is to describe: dyslexia problems in Fiqh subjects for students of grade I MI Miftahul Ulum Sumur Tengah. solutions used in overcoming dyslexia problems in Fiqh subjects for students of grade I MI Miftahul Ulum Sumur Tengah. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with the type of case study, namely describing the case of a group, which in the research uses interview, observation and documetry methods. The data analysis used is using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is using triangulation techniques and time triangulation. Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the development of technology and information as a data collection base that has a very important role in supporting the achievement of educational goals. Information technology based on data collectors has an important object in advancing educational goals. The existence of EMIS is used as one of the main bases in making educational policies at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Aitam, so it is hoped that all incoming data will be more updated and accurate. The purpose of this study is to describe, 1) Strategic steps to implement EMIS in MTs Darul Aitam Tlambah in education policy-making 2) The impact of EMIS on education policy-making in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Aitam Tlambah. The approach used in this study is qualitative descriptive with the type of case study. The researcher used observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis used is data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn/verification. The validity of the data used is source triangulation and technique triangulation. Conclusions obtained from the results of this study 1) The strategic steps of implementing EMIS at MTs Darul Aitam in making education policies in accordance with the EMIS guidelines, namely registration, login, institutional updates, old student updates, new student input, GTK updates, infrastructure updates, and BAP upload/download. The policy-making process is by identifying problems, searching for information, evaluating alternatives, making policies, and behaviors after education policy-making. Such as the fulfillment of teaching hours. 2) The impact resulting from EMIS on education policy-making, namely, can improve the performance of EMIS management in determining policies related to education financing such as School Operational Assistance (BOS) and realizing the effectiveness of achieving the smart indonesia program (PIP). Supporting factors for the establishment of good cooperation between operators and madrasah heads, laptop wifi facilities, inhibiting factors, unreadable NIK error system.

Abstract

Disputes over joint property or gono-gini often occur in divorce and inheritance processes, causing prolonged conflict. This study focuses on the resolution of joint property disputes through non-litigation mediation facilitated by religious leaders in Ngadisepi Village, Gemawang District, Temanggung Regency. Mediation was chosen as an alternative method that is faster, more cost-effective, and more effective in reaching agreements than litigation. Religious leaders play an important role in strengthening mediation with an approach to religious values ​​believed in by the local community. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with data collected through observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that a mediation approach involving religious leaders can provide a more emotionally and financially satisfying solution for the disputing parties. In addition, mediation helps reduce tension and accelerate conflict resolution, thereby increasing the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Abstract

Islamic music extracurricular activities (hadrah) in the learning environment play a crucial role in providing direct experience. Students actively participate and allocate sufficient time outside regular class hours, allowing education to be more accommodating through extracurricular activities. Therefore, proper management is necessary to ensure that Islamic music extracurricular activities (hadrah) run smoothly. Based on this premise, four main issues are analyzed in this study: First, how is the planning of Islamic music extracurricular activities at SMKS Nurul Ulum Mangar Tlanakan and SMKS Nurus Salafiah Sejati Camplong? Second, how is the organization of Islamic music extracurricular activities at these schools? Third, how is the implementation of Islamic music extracurricular activities at these schools? Fourth, how is the evaluation of Islamic music extracurricular activities at these schools?. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data sources were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The type of interview used was structured interviews, while non-participant observation was employed for observation. The research findings are as follows: (1) The planning of hadrah extracurricular activities at SMKS Nurul Ulum Mangar Tlanakan and SMKS Nurus Salafiah Sejati Camplong is conducted at the beginning of the academic year through meetings or discussions. (2) The organization of hadrah extracurricular activities involves determining responsibilities and identifying the necessary facilities and infrastructure. (3) The implementation of hadrah extracurricular activities begins with an introduction during the school orientation period (MPLS) for new students and the establishment of an organizational structure for the extracurricular activities. (4) The evaluation of hadrah extracurricular activities is carried out through meetings to assess and review the activities.

Abstract

Operasi plastik merupakan suatu prosedur medis yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki penampilan fisik seseorang melalui intervensi bedah. Dalam kajian agama Islam, pertanyaan mengenai hukum dan etika terkait praktik ini sering muncul, terutama dalam konteks ajaran hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW. Hadis-hadis terkait operasi plastik, baik yang berhubungan dengan perubahan tubuh maupun upaya untuk mempercantik diri, memiliki perbedaan pandangan yang perlu dianalisis secara hati-hati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau praktik operasi plastik dari perspektif hadis, dengan mengidentifikasi hadis-hadis yang relevan serta pemahaman para ulama mengenai hal tersebut. Dalam kajian ini, akan dibahas pula implikasi etis dan hukum Islam terhadap prosedur operasi plastik, apakah diperbolehkan atau dilarang, dengan mempertimbangkan tujuan, niat, dan dampaknya terhadap nilai-nilai moral dalam Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam beberapa kasus, operasi plastik dapat diterima dalam Islam apabila tujuannya untuk memperbaiki kondisi medis atau fisik yang terganggu, namun tindakan yang bertujuan semata-mata untuk mempercantik diri atau merubah ciptaan Allah secara berlebihan cenderung dilarang.

Abstract

The 21st century is marked by rapid advancements in globalization, information technology, and communication, which have brought significant changes to the world of education. Technology also plays a role in renewing our understanding of learning, which has now evolved from simply delivering information to guiding exploration of social and cultural aspects. This study aims to explore multimedia-based Hadith research, particularly in relation to film and animation media, examining the reception of Hadith in a modern context. The research conducted is of a literature-based type, involving both primary and secondary data collection. Primary data is gathered through films, television shows, and animations focusing on mapping multimedia-based Hadith research, while secondary data is drawn from relevant literature. Data collection techniques include document study and content analysis, enabling the exploration of social and cultural messages within the media. The findings indicate that television series and animated films, such as Nussa Rara, Culapculip, and Omar Hana, have become popular platforms for spreading Hadith messages, particularly on YouTube channels. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of feature films, such as Ipar Adalah Maut, further proves that Hadith remains relevant and accessible in various media formats. Thus, multimedia-based Hadith research plays an important role in expanding public knowledge and understanding of Hadith in a modern context.

Abstract

The quality of education involves two very important aspects, namely the process and results. The view of education as a mandate must be owned by every quality manager, so as not to lose the vision and spirit of transcendent talit as, namely the view and belief that in managing the quality of education is a task that must be maintained and carried out as a form of devotion to God. SMP Negeri 8 Pamekasan is one of the junior secondary education institutions that incorporates Islamic values in its education quality management. This study applied descriptive qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that quality management by integrating Islamic values includes quality planning with the school's vision-mission and curriculum that integrates Islamic values, moral formation and the establishment of short-term and long-term goals. Furthermore, quality supervision and evaluation are carried out with a fair and transparent assessment system and the enactment of a feedback mechanism for improvement. Therefore, to realize quality management based on Islamic values, the development of educators professionalism needs to be carried out with training and competency development as well as a culture of continuous learning among educators.

Abstract

Studying the Quran is an obligation for every Muslim around the world, including Indonesia. Indonesia has a population that is predominantly Muslim. One of the core things in the values of Islamic teachings is how followers of the Islamic religion can practice what is contained in the source of their teachings, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. Learning Al-Quran Hadith is one part of the existing Islamic Religious Education group starting from the madrasah level of Ibtidaiyah, Tsanawiyah to the Aliyah level. The Safinatul Huda (Safinda) PPTQ method is a method of learning the translation of the Quran as well as its grammar directly from the Arabic language in a simple, easy, and practical way. The formulation of the problem taken in this study is: (1) Is there an influence of the PPTQ safinatul huda method on the ability of students to translate the Qur'an at the Al-Balagh Pronojiwo-Lumajang madrasah diniyah al-Balagh? (2) How much influence does the PPTQ safinda method have on the ability of students to translate the Qur'an at the Al-Balagh Pronojiwo-Lumajang madrasah dinniyah? In this study, the method used is a quantitative research method consisting of two variables, namely the Safinatul Huda Method (variable X) and Translation Ability (variable Y). The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method for variable X, and uses a test for variable Y, the subjects of this study were taken from 30 respondents. And for data analysis, the critique price table used is r and calculated using the help of SPSS with a simple linear regression formula. The results of the study show that the PPTQ safinatul Huda method has a positive influence on the ability of students to translate the Qur'an. This is evidenced by the value in the results of the T test which shows that t calculates > t table (4,420>1,701) and sig. 0.000<0.05. So that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected and it can be concluded that the safinatul huda method partially has an influence of (482) 48.2% while the remaining 51.8% is the influence of other variables outside the study

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of improving the quality of Islamic boarding schools in facing global challenges, with a focus on human resources, facilities and infrastructure of Islamic boarding schools, Islamic boarding school innovations and the quality of Islamic boarding schools in facing challenges in this global era. With the progression of the increasingly developing era that uses technology applications. The world of pesantren inevitably has to make a lot of improvements, namely it must be able to innovate in improving the quality of pesantren. Because in fact, pesantren is not only limited to producing an Islamic generation, but pesantren can also produce the next generation of the nation who are multi-talented and can adapt to the development of the increasingly advanced times. The Islamic generation and the originator of all innovations for the better quality of Islamic boarding schools. So that a generation like this can face global challenges
