Abstract

Artikel ini membahas manajemen dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMPI Miftahul Ulum Takobuh dalam mengembangkan sekolah unggul. Fokus utama artikel adalah strategi-strategi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah untuk mencapai visi dan misi sekolah, yang mencakup pengembangan kurikulum, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional, serta kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal. Kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam merumuskan dan melaksanakan strategi manajemen yang efektif, termasuk pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman dan nilai-nilai Islam. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, seperti guru dan staf, dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah mampu menciptakan budaya organisasi yang inklusif dan kolaboratif, mendorong seluruh stakeholder untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga berperan dalam mengatasi tantangan dan mengelola krisis, seperti adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi dan masyarakat serta manajemen keuangan yang bijak. Evaluasi kinerja yang berkelanjutan dan sistem penilaian yang adil dan transparan menjadi alat penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Kolaborasi dengan industri, universitas, dan komunitas lokal juga menjadi strategi kunci dalam mendukung pengembangan sekolah. Melalui penerapan strategi-strategi tersebut, SMPI Miftahul Ulum Takobuh berhasil mencapai berbagai prestasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat membawa perubahan positif dan mencapai keunggulan dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of Islamic modernization through the perspective of Nurcholish Madjid and its role in addressing contemporary challenges. The primary objective is to explore Nurcholish Madjid’s conceptualization of Islamic modernization, focusing on his call for reform that involves a critical departure from traditional values and the adoption of future-oriented principles. To achieve this, a library research method was employed, analyzing both primary texts by Nurcholish Madjid and secondary sources that discuss his contributions to Islamic thought. The findings reveal that, according to Nurcholish Madjid, modernization in Islam requires a dual approach: breaking away from entrenched traditional values that no longer serve as effective benchmarks, and embracing innovative values that address the dynamic realities of the modern era. This research underscores the relevance of his thought in inspiring a renewed understanding of Islam that is capable of responding to current social and cultural challenges. The study concludes that Nurcholish Madjid’s ideas offer a viable framework for reinterpreting Islamic teachings in a way that both preserves the core essence of the faith and promotes progress in the contemporary world

Abstract

The aim of this research is to calculate the production costs of a production of PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma, because production costs are one of the calculation tools in decision making, and to explain the determination of the selling price at PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. To find out the cost and selling price of PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma, conducted by means of interviews, which were then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that there are several differences between production costs and selling prices at PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma with the author. The selling price of PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma follows the market price of Rp. 20,000 while according to the author's calculations using accounting theory that is equal to Rp. 22,300. PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma can follow the market price as long as the price is not higher than the cost of production because it will ensure that the company suffers a loss.

Abstract

Tecnological developments and current developments have a big influence on a child’s morals. Students should not only have intellectual intelligence but also have spiritual intelligence, therefor teachers play an important role in instilling morals and increasing spiritual intellegence in student. The problem raised in this researche is the implementation of the IMTAQ program implemented MA Raudlatul Ulum Bilapora Rebba Lenteng Sumenep in creasing the spiritual intelligence of case study students wich is described in three focuses, namely: 1. What is the concept and scope of implementation of the IMTAQ program in increasing the spiritual intelligence of study students case at MA Raudlatul Ulum. 2. How is the implementation of the IMTAQ program in increasing the spiritual intelligence of case study students at MA Raudlatul Ulum. 3. What are the supporting and inhibitin factors for implementing the IMTAQ program in increasing the spiritual intelligence of case study students at MA Raudlatul Ulum.The implementation of the IMTAQ program in increasing the spiritual intelligence of case study students at MA Raudlatul Ulum was conceptualized and formed with several backgrounds whose objects were the students themselves with several objectives for implementing this IMTAQ program. The results of research show that faith and devotion to student is one of the goals of implementing the IMTAQ program at MA Raudlatul Ulum by forming several activities in it which of course in every program implemented will never be protected from supporting and inhibitin factors. According to the researcher’s review, the implementation of the IMTAQ program at MA Raudlatul Ulum can make a good contribution to the students themselves and of course to those around them

Abstract

This research is motivated by the 21st-century learning system, which requires us to respond to the increasingly competitive demands of the times. As society evolves, education becomes more complex to produce competent outputs. Therefore, learning implementation is needed to develop excellent and intelligent human resources, both in general knowledge and religious studies. In this regard, the implementation of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills)-based learning in the fiqh subject for fifth-grade students at MI Nurur Rahmah is expected to enable students to apply their knowledge in daily life activities. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of HOTS-based learning in enhancing students' cognitive abilities in the fiqh subject for fifth-grade students at MI Nurur Rahmah. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The findings reveal that the learning process aligns with cognitive domain stages and incorporates HOTS indicators. This indicates that the implementation of HOTS-based learning in the fiqh subject for fifth-grade students at MI Nurur Rahmah has been successfully carried out.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that students' learning activities in english lesson are less enthusiastic and more silent, resulting in a lack of active atmosphere in the learning process. This research aims to determine the implementation of lesson study in learning text procedures using recycled media data in class X MA Ummul Quro At-Tarbawiyah, which consists of 15 students. Apart from that, the lesson study method is applied at this school by 3 English teachers and researcher. 1 person as a model teacher, and 3 people as observers. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method in this research. The data obtained is in the form of documentation such as photos and the results of researchers' observations at each step of the lesson study process. The research results showed that the implementation of lesson study to identify students' learning activeness was carried out in two cycles with the stages plan, do, see. The indicators of activeness identified are the teacher's ability to apply each stage of lesson study, and the student's ability to study the material provided. This research has been said to be going well, marked by the achievement of the indicators needed by researchers. With lesson study, you can identify students' activeness in learning. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that this research only discuss how to implement lesson study in the process of learning text procedures using recycled media and what are thew benefits of lesson study method. Therefore, similar research regarding the implementation of lesson study can examine other learning processes.

Abstract

This study examines prenatal education within the Pelet Petteng tradition from the perspective of traditional birth attendants (dukun kandungan) in Sana Daja Village, Pasean, Pamekasan. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, direct observations, and literature studies. The findings indicate that traditional birth attendants play a crucial role in pregnancy and childbirth through rituals such as prenatal massage, prayers, and herbal remedies. The community's trust in traditional birth attendants is influenced by cultural factors, limited access to modern healthcare facilities, emotional closeness, and affordability. Despite the availability of modern healthcare services, the villagers tend to prefer traditional birth attendants due to their deep understanding of local traditions and customs. This study highlights the importance of collaboration between traditional birth attendants and medical professionals to improve maternal and child healthcare services in rural communities while preserving local traditions.

Abstract

Employee performance refers to the degree of a person's performance in carrying out his duties responsibly in accordance with established regulations. The main factor in achieving superior employee performance cannot be separated from corporate culture and work motivation. Organizational culture is the identity of an organization therefore, it is important for every organization to have and maintain a culture to distinguish one organization from another. Motivation is a factor that drives individual activities in an organization to achieve the expected goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of employee performance on the organization. This research uses Qualitative research methods. The results of this study lead to the importance of company culture and motivation that have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The quality management of Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping a generation that excels intellectually, morally, and spiritually. From Manal Hani's perspective, this management approach integrates Islamic values with modern management principles to achieve the ultimate goal: producing insan kamil (perfect individuals). Through a library research method, this study examines three core principles in Manal Hani’s framework: tawhid as the foundation, the integration of science and religion, and continuous improvement (islah wa tajdid). The implementation of this concept includes applying Total Quality Management (TQM) based on Islamic values, enhancing teacher competence, developing a curriculum integrated with Islamic principles, utilizing technology, and conducting moral-based evaluations. The findings indicate that Manal Hani’s approach provides a strong foundation for high-quality Islamic education that remains relevant to contemporary needs while preserving its Islamic identity.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of the concepts of religious moderation and multiculturalism as an approach in building social harmony in a diverse society. In an increasingly complex global context, especially in Indonesia, which is known for its religious, ethnic, and cultural plurality, religious moderation and multiculturalism are important strategies to prevent social conflicts and increase tolerance between religious communities. Through library research-based research, this study collects and analyzes literature from various academic sources, such as books, journals, and scientific articles that discuss both concepts theoretically and practically. This study found that religious moderation emphasizes the importance of a middle ground (wasatiyyah), which avoids extremism and radicalism in religion, while multiculturalism emphasizes acceptance and respect for cultural differences and beliefs. These two concepts share similarities in the principles of inclusivity, tolerance, and equality, which can be integrated within the framework of public policy, education, and social activities to strengthen national unity and global peace. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of policies that encourage social cohesion and answer the challenges of diversity in contemporary society. The integration of religious moderation and multiculturalism can be a solution to maintain a balance between religious identity and cultural diversity, as well as increase dialogue between different groups.
