Abstract

Children are sometimes faced with problems of satisfaction with Exclusive Breastfeeding and MP Breastfeeding, which involves problems of development and progress. One of the health problems experienced by children is obstacles. The obstacles are a condition of failure to grow and develop in children under five (babies under five years) which is caused by a continuous lack of healthy food intake so that the child is too short for his age.Malnutrition happens when the baby is within the womb and within the early days after the child is born, be that as it may, hindering as it were shows up after the infant is 2 a long time ancient by measuring body length and stature. This research uses correlation analytics with a cross sectional approach, namely a type of research that emphasizes measuring/observing the independent variable and dependent variable data only once. The population in this study were all toddlers in Kalisari District. Pasar Rebo, Samples taken from toddlers in Kalisari District. Rebo Market as many as 30 toddlers. Sampling techniques are divided into two large groups, namely random techniques (probability sampling) and non-random techniques (nonprobability sampling). In this research, random sampling is used, which is the simplest type of probability. The research results are processed through (Editing, Coding, Scoring, Tabulating, Interpreting). The results are presented in the form of tables and narratives. The results showed that all toddlers with a history of good MP-ASI had a height in the normal category of 20 people (66.7%). All toddlers with adequate MP-ASI are in the short category as many as 7 people (23.3%). All toddlers with a history of insufficient MP-ASI were in the very short category, as many as 3 people (10%). Conclusion There is an influence between the history of exclusive breastfeeding and MP-ASI on the incidence of stunting in toddlers in Kalisari Village, Pasar Rebo District

Abstract

Fatigue among drivers remains a significant cause of accidents in the transportation sector, often resulting in fatalities. This study aims to analyze the risk factors associated with driver fatigue among mini-bus drivers at PT Executive Tsiomaz Trans in Medan City. Employing a cross-sectional design, the research encompasses the entire population of bus drivers working at PT Executive Tiomaz Trans Kota Medan, with a sample size of 54 mini-bus drivers selected using total sampling techniques. Data analysis involved univariate and bivariate analyses utilizing chi-square and Fisher exact tests. Based on the bivariate analysis, variables found to be correlated include age (p value: 0.016), nutritional status (p value: 0.034), driving duration (p value: 0.01), and sleep quantity (p value: 0.01). Conversely, variables such as physical health condition, tenure, workload, and rest time showed no significant correlation with driver fatigue.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding in the first 6 months of life can reduce 13 of toddler deaths and is one of the dimension strategies to ameliorate the nutritive status and survival of toddlers. In 2020 exclusive breastfeeding until the baby is 6 months old in Indonesia is still low, videlicet only15.3. Failure to give exclusive breastfeeding is frequently a problem for suckling maters. This problem can be caused by several factors, similar as knowledge, social support, tone- confidence to breastfeed, or suckling tone- efficacity( BSE). This study aims to determine the relationship between breastfeeding tone- efficacity( BSE) and the success of furnishing exclusive breastfeeding to working maters in the Korpri Health Center work area, Bandar Lampung City. This exploration uses across-sectional exploration design. The repliers in this study were postpartum maters in the Korpri Health Center working area in Bandar Lampung City. Samples were named using intentional slice ways and establishing addition and rejection criteria. The sample in this study was 50 repliers. The exploration results show that there's a significant relationship between breastfeeding tone- efficacity and exclusive breastfeeding for working maters. suckling tone- efficacity is a factor that must be considered by the government to increase exclusive breastfeeding content.

Abstract

Healthcare facilities providing Obgyn services are hospitals. The delivery room provides healthcare services for Obgyn patients. The location of this research is at Premagana General Hospital in Gianyar Regency. The problem under investigation is related to the trend of delivery room utilization and childbirth profiles of Obgyn patients at Premagana General Hospital in 2021-2022, as there has been no existing data or research conducted on the prevalence of these cases. The aim of this research is to provide solutions and basic data availability to address the issue of the availability of facilities and infrastructure supporting services. The method used involves secondary data from Obgyn patients' medical records in the delivery room, which is then tabulated, summarized, and quantified based on the types of cases. Results: The trend of delivery room utilization and childbirth profiles of Obgyn patients in 2021 showed that Cesarean Section (CS) was 78,5%, CS with the Woman's Operative Method (CS-WOM) was 9,89%, Normal Delivery was 1.1%, Premature Birth, Vacuum Extraction, Curettage (DC), Hysterectomy, Placental Rest, Preeclampsia was 0,04%, while in 2022, it was as follows: Cesarean Section (CS) 82,5%, CS with Woman's Operative Method (CS-WOM) 6,97%, Normal Delivery 10,5%, Vacuum Extraction, Curettage (DC) 0.09%. The majority were CS followed by CS-WOM, Normal Delivery, and the least common procedures were Premature Birth and Vacuum Extraction. The most common operative procedure CS was performed in obstetric and gynecological cases at Premagana General Hospital, covering 78,5% of cases in 2021 and 82,5% in 2022.

Abstract

The pathogenesis of Diabetes Mellitus is complex with one of the basic factors causing the disease is oxidative stress. Foods containing probiotics are reported to suppress oxidative stress. Probiotics containing L.acidophillus and L.casei are known to reduce oxidative stress and are antidiabetic. This happens because casei can reduce oxidative stress and suppress CD4 cells effectively, accompanied by a reduction of pro-inflammatory molecules so that it has an antioxidant effect but can also modulate the immune system. To see the role of dadih in this study, the research will be conducted using mice which are divided into three groups, namely the negative control group, the positive control group and the treatment group randomly. Blood sampling aims tomeasure blood glucose levels of mice using a glucometer. Histological observation of the mice's pancreatic organs was carried out to determine theantidiabetic effect of curd. The results of the One-Way ANOVA test showed that there was a significant difference in each treatment group (p=0.000). Giving curd can improve the pancreas of mice with diabetes mellitus seen from the histopathological picture that has pyknosis. The pathogenesis of Diabetes Mellitus is complex with one of the basic factors causing the disease is oxidative stress. Foods containing probiotics are reported

Abstract

A lead apron is a lead apron designed to protect the body from radiation hazards. The lead apron test is carried out once a year to ensure that it can provide optimal protection when in use, it is necessary to test personal protective equipment. Based on observations, the storage and placement of tin aprons is not in accordance with the rules so that it can reduce its function as personal protective equipment. This study aims to determine whether there is a leak in the lead apron, and to find out whether the lead apron is still suitable for use as personal protective equipment (PPE). This type of quantitative research with experimental methods at the Radiology Installation of RST Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang on March 31, 2022. The sample in this study was 2 lead aprons, each lead apron is divided into four quadrants, namely the upper right side, upper left side, lower right side and lower left side. Each quadrant was tested with a tube voltage of 70 Kv and a current of 16 mAs. Then made observations and compared with the theory of Lambert and Mc Keon. The results of the study found that there was a leak in the Apron A quadrant 3 with an area of 0.75 mm2 and quadrant 4 with an area of 0.67 mm2. On Apron B there is a leak in quadrant 4 with an area of 0.06 mm2. From the results of the study of lead apron leaks in quadrant 3 and quadrant 4, the quadrant area is a critical area which according to Lambert's theory should not exceed 15 mm2 so that the lead apron under study is still suitable for use as personal protective equipment (PPE).
