Abstract

This study examines the employee performance appraisal system for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Sukabumi City and proposes a 360-degree feedback–based model. Existing appraisals remain supervisor-centered, producing uniformly “good” ratings that reflect weak objectivity, limited participation, and minimal developmental use. Using a qualitative case study with structured interviews and document analysis, the findings identify subjectivity, inconsistent indicators, hierarchical constraints, and limited coaching. The proposed model integrates supervisors (40%), peers (25%), subordinates (20%), and self-assessment (15%), aligns with BerAKHLAK values, and emphasizes transparency, validation, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of Financial FoMO, Cashless Painlessness, and Present Bias on Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) use intention among Generation Z university students in Semarang City. Using a quantitative survey of 150 BNPL users, data were analyzed with multiple linear regression in SPSS. The findings reveal that all three variables positively and significantly influence BNPL use intention, both individually and jointly. Cashless Painlessness emerges as the strongest predictor, indicating that less salient payment experiences increase intention. The model explains 65.3% of the variance in BNPL use intention (R² = 0.653).

Abstract

This study examines strategies to improve the performance of Assistant Expenditure Treasurers (BPP) at Community Health Centers under the Sukabumi City Health Office, where non-financial backgrounds and dual roles reduce reporting accuracy and timeliness. The study aims to formulate priority improvement strategies. A mixed-methods approach was applied using interviews, observations, document review, SWOT analysis, IFAS–EFAS matrices, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Results place the organization in Quadrant I (aggressive), prioritizing continuous financial coaching clinics, followed by integrated digital SOP development and BLUD-oriented restructuring. These strategies strengthen accountability, efficiency, and sustainable financial governance.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of work-life balance and perceived organizational support on employee well-being, with job satisfaction as a mediator, at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Bengkulu Branch. Using a quantitative survey of 100 employees, data were analyzed via PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0. Results show that work-life balance positively affects job satisfaction, which in turn enhances well-being. Perceived organizational support directly improves well-being but does not affect job satisfaction. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work-life balance on well-being but not that of organizational support. Findings highlight the importance of organizational support and job satisfaction in promoting well-being.

Abstract

The GIG economy, often facilitated by digital platforms, enables part-time work arrangements. This study focuses on online motorcycle taxi drivers in Kebayoran Lama Selatan, who play a vital role in providing delivery and transport services. Abstract

This study examines differences in the financial performance of public property sector companies before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective is to analyze changes in Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), and Cash Ratio (CR). Using secondary data from eight companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019–2020, the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was applied. Abstract

This study analyzes the Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) as a strategic instrument for service optimization at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Mayong based on 2025 survey data. Using descriptive quantitative methods, nine service elements were evaluated per PERMENPAN-RB 14/2017. Results show an average PSI score of 82.09 (Good). While cost and infrastructure perform excellently, service speed and complaint handling require acceleration. ICU recorded the highest satisfaction (87.31), whereas the Outpatient Clinic was lowest (78.66). Recommendations focus on registration digitalization, hospitality competence, and integrated complaint management. Periodic PSI measurement provides an empirical foundation for evidence-based policy to maintain patient loyalty and sustainable healthcare quality.
