Abstract

Education is very important for life. A person's first education starts from the family, parents have an important role in the education of their children. Islamic education has its own method of educating. This paper discusses the education of children in the family, which aims to determine how important the role of the family is in educating children. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which describes the various conditions found in the field regarding the education of children in the family. The data sources consisted of the class teacher and a number of guardians of the students in the school. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the education of children in the family has a very important role, because it is the initial capital for the formation of children's character. Parents as Al qudwah To be good role models. Parents as Al 'adah provide good habits. Parents as Al mau'idhah provide understanding to children. Parents as Al Mulahadhah pay attention to children's potential. Parents as Al 'uqubah give punishment

Abstract

This study has a purpose, namely to determine the learning model of Islamic religious education based on multiculturalism to realize religious moderation among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, General Sudirman University, Purwokerto. Then the research method used by researchers is descriptive method. In this method, all events or symptoms and descriptions that exist at the location are collected through interviews with resource persons, namely lecturers of Islamic religious education and then the data is analyzed. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is a flow model which includes data reduction, then draws conclusions. In this activity, the research has obtained data directly from sources through Islamic religious education lecturers that: Islamic religious education learning models based on multiculturalism to realize religious moderation among students of the economics and business faculty of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto are andragogy learning strategies, case based learning (CBL), problem solving learning. Where this learning is carried out by adults, then there is one student who comes forward to explain the material to be discussed together, if the discussion causes a dispute or difference of opinion in determining an answer then all of the students' friends are looking for the best way.

Abstract

The learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic, which is mostly done online, is a challenge for educational institutions in strengthening character values in students, which is an important aspect of educational goals.This research aimed to analyze the implementation of the kemuhammadiyahan subject on empowering poor families during the COVID-19 pandemic in strengthening character values for students. This research was conducted through a qualitative method combining two data collection techniques; review on documents (books and journal articles) and observation of 238 students from 16 departments and 6 faculties who had attended kemuhammadiyahan subject at the University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka.This research reveals that kemuhammadiyahan subjects using the online learning method combined with field assignments (luring) in the form of empowering poor families have an effect on strengthening student character values. After taking the kemuhammadiyahan subject, students increasingly have a sense and attitude of caring for others (welas asih), sympathy and empathy, social responsibility, gratitude, optimism, generosity, honesty, discipline, patience, citizenship, commitment, compassion, and sincerity. Students also feel that they are increasingly possessing skills such as creative, innovative, communicative and collaborative.This study also shows that kemuhammadiyahan subjects have contributed to helping the poor who were economically affected during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, this kemuhammadiyahan subject model is relevant to the Freedom of Learning-Independence Campus (MBKM) policy which was initiated by the Ministry of Education which requires learning which can be implemented based on humanitarian project programs.

Abstract

This article discusses how Islamic religious organizations located in rural areas internalize Islamic values and carry out social programs by revitalizing Islamic philanthropic schemes. By taking the case in a village in the Ponorogo Regency, East Java, where two religious organizations Islamic Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama fastabiqul Khairat through Islamic philanthropy programs in building social independence. This article states that the ability of the two Islamic religious organizations to involve local leaders and communities where the religious organizations are involved in socio-religious activities is one of the reasons why these two organizations are still able to survive until now. These two Islamic religious organizations are trying through various efforts as if they are in a contest to build social independence to understand, explore and practice Islamic values, which have increased from year to year. This article formulates in a context such as whether Islamic religious organizations in rural areas can transform values, transact values and "transinternalize Islamic values through Islamic philanthropy in building "social" independence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the existence of distance learning Islamic religious education and online guidance and counselling services during the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out the opportunities and challenges in implementing distance learning and online Islamic counselling services at SMP Sidoarjo Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research methods that are careful, thorough, and careful about a program that implemented, various events and activities carried out both as a whole and individually. Data collection techniques in this study use interviews and observation. Researchers conducted interviews to collect information related to distance learning in several subjects that were applied through the PAI distance learning system and online BK services implemented at SMP Sidoarjo Regency by interviewing them directly. For the observation phase, researchers implemented PAI distance learning and online BK services carried out by junior high schools in the Sidoarjo Regency. Challenges and opportunities for implementing distance PAI learning and online guidance and counselling services during the COVID-19 pandemic, creating a platform with features for distance PAI learning and online guidance and counselling services that accommodate increased self-efficacy and achievement motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims the study of Parents attention to the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education grade XII students at SMKN 1 Batam. The research method used in this study uses quantitative research methods. The population is all students of Islamic religion class XII at SMK 1 Batam. While the sample selection uses simple random sampling technique, 100 students out of 452 students who are Islamic students of class XII at SMKN 1 Batam. The instrument used in this study used a questionnaire containing closed questions. The data analysis technique used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS 24. The conclusion in this study was that the attention of parents (X) had a positive and significant direct effect on learning achievement (Y) of religious education for class XII students at SMKN 1 Batam by 5.7 %

Abstract

Zakiah Daradjat is present as a family consultant, psychologist and observer of Indonesian Islamic education. Many works are very influential, especially in the realm of psychology and education. With a background of extensive thinking and experience, Zakiah Daradjat is able to formulate psychiatric problems that are difficult to solve including family relationship problems. The existence of a gap in a family is not to be imagined, especially regarding children.  Using critical analyst methods supported by adequate literature, this paper will seek to uncover Zakiah Daradjat's version of the family model that is expected to be able to answer inequalities in terms of education and modern family relations.

Abstract

Advances in computer technology, especially the internet, are currently very influential on all aspects of life, including education. Technological advances in education present a distance learning process online using the internet. This has resulted in increased demands for teachers in teaching which are not only focused on mastering the material, but must be supported by the application and mastery of IT that supports knowledge for exploration and creation of independent learning. In practice, the implementation of this learning has advantages and disadvantages. This is related to the readiness of internet facilities, teachers, and students. The purpose of this study was to test the online learning system for students of the Teacher Professional Program (PPG) with a gender perspective at FITK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research method used is quantitative. Data analysis used Rasch analysis and Gender Analysis Pathway (GAP). The results showed that student responses to the use of the online web were categorized into 2 groups of persons, namely respondents as the high group and the medium group. There are 69 people in the high group category and 47 people in the moderate group with a balanced distribution of the number of men and women. The conclusions of the study stated that the use of the online learning system for PPG students did not show a statistically significant difference between men and women.

Abstract

This study is an effort to look deeper of Reyog Ponorogo art, especially for the next generation, by using e-comic media to instill the values of science and Islamic philosophy. The question arises as why it is necessary for E-Comic to instill the value of science and Islam in the art of Reyog Ponorogo.The purpose of this study is to create an effective and efficient Reyog Ponorogo art learning media to instill the values of the philosophy of science and Islam.The research method used is literature study. Data was also collected through readings related to Reyog Ponorogo art, E-Comic media and the inculcation of the valuesof science and Islamic philosophy.The results showed that to preserve the art of Reyog Ponorogo to the next generation of the nation, an alternative media of e-comic was needed to instill the values of the philosophy of science and Islam.

Abstract

Recently, many people have made Western education a model for the advancement of civilization. Western curriculum education is, therefore, offered as an alternative system. In the case of Turkey, this adoption of the idea produced the gap between traditional madrasa graduates and the graduate of the secular school, which impacts the emergence of a crisis of civilization. This article tries to offer a solution to this crisis by bringing up the idea of a contemporary Turkish thinker, Said Nursi, in his concept of reformed Islamic education. This concept has three essential elements of education: spiritual, intellectual, and moral, realized by Said Nursi through Medresetuz Zahra. Nursi expresses the integration of these three aspects in his masterpiece, Resale-I Nur. This is qualitative library research using documentary techniques to collect the data. The collected data are analyzed utilizing the descriptive-analytical method.
