The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world has had a tremendous effect on lives. PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) followed by WFH (Work From Home) and also online learning are the consequences of the Covid- 19 pandemic. The very rapid progress in the world of information technology which is triggered by the internet and smart phones has changed all aspects of human life that lead to digital life. The knowledge and abilities of SMPIT Insan Rabbani teachers in the use and utilization of information and communication technology (ICT), especially SEVIMA EdLink, are still lacking. SEVIMA EdLink as a support for online learning that adapts to the needs of the digitalization era to produce the skills of teachers and students as a skilled and skilled workforce that is able to adapt to the demands and needs of IT-based learning by considering values including economic value, functional value , psychological value and creative value and innovative value. The results obtained are that theteacher can deliver teaching materials, make assignments and exams anytime and anywhere.

This service aims to provide environmental care socialization in Pangambat village. As a tourist village, Pangambaten village has problems in dealing with environmental challenges related to environmental cleanliness, so there is a need to educate and inform the community about environmental problems. One of the commitments of the international community and government in protecting the earth from pollution and damage is through the implementation of Environmental Education, which is the key to preparing people with knowledge, expertise, values â€‹â€‹and a caring attitude so that they can actively participate in solving environmental problems. The counseling on environmental care in this service program is intended as an initial step in building a character that cares about the environment in the community. This service was carried out in Pangambaten, Tanah Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. This service is carried out in two methods, namely the interactive presentation method. This service activity is carried out in the following stages: 1) Equalization of Community Group Perceptions, 2) Group coaching, 3) Counseling on understanding about fostering environmental concern for environmental cleanliness by reviving the tradition of mutual cooperation.

Marsirimpa as a cultural, one of the traditional cultural, values â€‹â€‹have been diminished from society by various daily activities that emphasize individual problems and individual solution. This condition does not only occur in urban areas, but also in rural areas which commonly hold a stronger value. In fact, Marsirimpa is a culture that important to overcome many obstacle in society life. The main aim of this community service is to empower the people within Siponjot Village. To be more specific, we aimed to empower Marsirimpa to foster social life within Siponjot Village. We had been held a form of Socialization has with the people of Siponjot Village, related to the transfer knowledge one of the socio-cultural values â€‹â€‹that actually they already have (in the context of the Toba Batak community), namely the concept of marsirimpa, which can be used as motivation for cooperation or mutual cooperation, and explaining natural and environmental wealth as well as creative human resources owned by Siponjot village. As result, we reached a satsifiying result that the people is more enthusiasm and changes in social values â€‹â€‹that support marsirimpa in everyday life.

Workshop is a production house for many craftsmen. Siponjot village has a Silaban Margu studio which produces traditional musical instruments despite the lack of inadequate workshop. The main problem with this workshop is that the production equipment facilities are still inadequate to provide optimal work results. Even by the given limitation, this studio has produced several types of gondang as its work. The excess residual material is generally wasted so that the potential economic value of using the material is immaterialized. The main target of this community service is to empower the people of Siponjot Village. The development of this craft workshop is the provision of creative economic access through the use of material left over from the production of musical instruments into fine arts in the form of handicrafts with economic, artistic and cultural values. This service has provided science and technology transfer while providing increased artistic skills through direct training to the community. It is hoped that in the future the community and craftsmen can take advantage of this potential to form an art-based creative economy in Siponjot Village.

Siponjot village, Humbang Hasundutan is nurtured to be an art village which have already have several art center within the village. Sanggar Seni Silaban Margu (Art Studio) is one of the art studios that is also active in producing wood-based traditional musical instruments. The Silaban Margu periodically holds training for its members to perform art performances. Unfortunately, a performance art that is not well packed will only lose the spotlight while performing art. The main purpose of this community services is to help the performance management by providing knowledge transfer that is beneficial to the art studio in terms of empowering village communities, especially the art studio community, on how to give a punch in a cultural arts show that is associated with the exhibition and marketing of handicraft products that have been produced while creating creative economic transactions.

Marketing is known as the most important element of any economic activity. Without a good marketing practices,, product will not be known to public. People will not purchase or consume products that they are completely unaware of. Siponjot Village, which is fostered as an art village, must be able to market its art so that they are widely recognized and recognized by the community. This community service program from the marketing side of village art products targets the creation of creative economic transactions as well as marketing activities for art products of Siponjot Village craftsmen, be it musical instruments, art performances, or crafts made by the people of Siponjot Village. During this occasion, the implementation team has provided a designs that can be used as brands / labels for Siponjotâ€™s products.

This program is conducted to assist Siponjot Village while empowering the people of Siponjot Village to be able to utilize and maximize the benefit of the village forest. Village forest might support the availability of raw materials required for making musical instruments, such as high quality of wood, including how to process wood waste from making musical instruments to be used as creative souvenirs and improve the economic value. The raw material for production determined its results of the production of wood-based musical instruments. Thus, in order to produce a high quality tanginang, hasapi, and gondang, which previously began to be produced by arts crafts in the Sitangkubang area of â€‹â€‹Siponjot Village, a high quality of raw materials is needed. The community service team surveyed the location of planting seeds for village forest restoration, provided socialization related to the importance of village forest cultivation and the suitability of the Siponjot Village area for the cultivation of these plants. Village forest restoration aims to maintain the beauty and beauty of the village. Implementation of village reforestation activities starting from socializing forest tourism and the strength of village forests to the community, followed by a discussion about village forest management and its economic benefits. Handover of a thousand units of forest plant seedlings given to the villagers of Siponjot as part of the forest restoration program in the area.

The level of transmission of Covid-19, which is still quite high, is a concern for immediate efforts that can help people avoid Covid-19. Problems found in Kaban Village are still many children who do not wear masks and continue to play freely without paying attention to the covid-19 protocol, disruption of teaching and learning activities so that children are left behind in lessons, facilities for washing hands are not yet available. This activity aims to train and educate the public to continue to equip themselves and fill useful free time during the COVID-19 pandemic in Kaban Tua Village, Munte District, Karo, North Sumatra. This activity is carried out in four forms of activities which include counseling and distribution of masks / handsanitizers, education on washing hands with soap, education and recitation activities for children. The results achieved from this service activity are (1) increased public insight and knowledge about the discipline of the Covid-19 health protocol, (2) the community has cloth masks and handsanitizers as personal protective equipment, (3) children are not left behind in learning materials at school and continue to carry out Koran activities, and (4) increased public awareness to invite other people and wear masks to protect themselves from Covid-19 transmission. This program is expected to be sustainable and provide many benefits so that people can avoid the transmission of Covid-19.

Like other major cities, Medan is also one of the cities that has serious problems related to waste management. Waste management done so far is a standard method that relies only on garbage disposal from temporary shelters to landfills. Thus, utilizing waste in households into products that have economic value, as an alternative step to increase the volume of waste in urban areas. The purpose of this service is to provide skills to the community of Harjosari II Subdistrict of Medan Amplas to manage waste in order to become healthy charcoal briquettes. Methods used in devotional activities include; methods of lectures, practice/training and question and answer questions. The results of community service showed that the community of Harjosari II could attend this training well. Through this training, the people of Harjosari II have the skills to make healthy charcoal briquettes by utilizing organic waste as the main ingredient. Thus, the trainees hoped for intensive assistance to produce healthy charcoal briquettes, in order to increase the income of families who are getting worse in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

A Factory is a manufacturing industry that produces tea drinks in cups. A Factory is also inseparable from problems related to machine/equipment productivity. Based on the results of observations made at A Factory part of the production line that there is often a sudden stop of the production process. The discontinuation will affect the quality of the product expected and the production targets to be achieved. The problem was discussed in this research is how much the productivity level of the filling production department is, how much the production effectiveness, effective working hours, the number of defective products, and machine downtime criteria. The productivity measurement method used is the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method, so the steps of this study refer to OMAX steps, which is the criteria determination/productivity ratio of the production line, the calculation of the productivity ratio value, the calculation of the initial standard score (score 3), The determination of the goal (score 10) and the lowest score (score 0), the determination of weight, the calculation of value/criteria value, the determination of productivity value for each period, determination of index percentage. With the OMAX method, it can be seen that in period 11 (compared to period 10) there was an increase in productivity, this can be seen because the IP value (Index of Performance) which is positive (+) is 27.79 and there is an increase in the value of the calculation at the time of measurement (current) from 383.36 to 300. This increase was due to an increase in the value of all criteria.
