Abstract

Geographically, the Utan sub-district is located in the coastal region of Sumbawa Regency, with abundant fisheries and marine potential. One of the potentials in the Utan sub-district is shrimp farming. Meanwhile, the management of natural resources in coastal forest areas so far tends to be less improved; this is due to various reasons, such as the lack of public awareness of the importance of coastal greenery and maintenance of existing coastal forests. Through the mangrove nursery program as an effort to restore the environment in the pond cultivation area, in Utan District, Sumbawa, it is hoped that it can raise awareness and the community's active role in the importance of a healthy environment. The results show that his community service succeeded in forming mangrove farmer groups, fostering mangrove farmer groups by conducting periodic education, and building mangrove nurseries. This mangrove nursery is managed directly by a group of mangrove farmers and has succeeded in producing 2,500-4,000 mangrove seedlings and successfully marketing them. In conclusion, this community service activity was successfully carried out and proved to improve farmers' welfare around the ponds. In addition, with this mangrove nursery, the community can contribute to the planting process so that a lot of carbon is absorbed in the atmosphere so that the air quality in the Sumbawa environment is of high quality. This means that the economy, society, and environment will be sustainable.

Local government at the Kelurahan level is the basic foundation of public services and is the gateway for administrative processing up to the higher government levels. So local government at the sub-district level must continually improve satisfactory and good public services. This service is a community need that must be met. The still manual service system in sub-districts is the main problem that leads to community dissatisfaction and discomfort. So the innovation solution offered is to develop an integrated system (one-stop application). One application includes all the necessary systems and can be run online. The urgency of using information technology for the one-stop village application (ASAKU) at the Sidikalang village office, not only has implications for the field of communication but also influences every decision-making through automation and speed in data processing which ultimately affects services) District Office. The ASAKU application has several main features: e-government, e-archives, and e-commerce. These digital e-government services help improve government performance. With the implemented e-government, the Sidikalang sub-district wants to provide services without the intervention of public institution employees and support good governance. Through e-ASIP, all data and documents can be managed well, safely, and protected from loss. In addition, ASAKU is also a forum for the community to market agricultural products and products from MSMEs as well as products from social institutions such as youth organizations and PKK. Combining service providers (kelurahan) and the community with the proper adaptation of technology can create effectiveness and efficiency in managing areas at the kelurahan level. The main objective of the activity is the implementation and application of ASAKU so that local government institutions at the sub-district level can provide better (effective and efficient) public services by providing convenience for the community so that they can realize good governance. Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Inti Sejahtera is located in Kekeri Village, Gunungsari, West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. It has three activity units, including a waste management unit, a development unit, and a trade unit. Of the three existing units, only the waste management unit operates adequately and generates regular income for BUMDes. BUMDes encounters issues in terms of financial management and preparing financial reports that are transparent and adhere to accounting principles. Transaction recording is still conducted manually, hence posing challenges in preparing the necessary financial reports. On the other hand, BUMDes funding comes from PADes, so BUMDes must provide financial reports to the village government as a form of accountability. This community service aims to resolve financial management limitations at BUMDes Inti Sejahtera by providing training and assistance to managers regarding the preparation of BUMDes financial reports. The method carried out is identifying problems in BUMDes (pre-training stage), then providing practical training and assistance in preparing financial reports according to accounting principles using the Microsoft Excel Macro application, which is adapted to BUMDES transaction accounts, as well as conducting evaluation reviews and monitoring of reports prepared by the manager. The outcome of this activity is that BUMDes managers acquire the capability to independently enter transactions and make account adjustments. Furthermore, the results suggest that BUMDes managers possess the necessary knowledge and skills to prepare financial reports in accordance with accounting principles by utilizing the Microsoft Excel macro-application. It can be concluded that BUMDes Inti Sejahtera managers can improve their accounting skills and use technological information to prepare and present BUMDes financial reports.
