Abstract

One aspect that affects the activities of the learning process is the teacher, so that in order for the learning process to run well, the teacher must understand the material before it is delivered to students and know exactly the knowledge that students have at the beginning before attending the lesson. This study aims to determine the relationship between the education system and education management and educators with education management. The method of writing this scientific article is qualitative and literature study or Library Research. Reviewing literature books by the theory discussed, especially in Education Management, analyzing reputable scientific papers and essays from non-reputable journals. In qualitative research, a literature review must be used consistently with methodological assumptions. The result of this study is that the education system affects the administration/management of education. If the education management system is implemented, education will be better. Furthermore, educators have an important role in implementing education management so that education management develops even more.

Abstract

To be able to survive in a world of work that changes and develops dynamically, humans are required to continue to improve their abilities periodically. Companies not only require good academic skills but also additional skills that support the company's needs. Relevant abilities (hard skills) balanced with qualified interpersonal skills (soft skills) will be very helpful in work. This ability is useful for creating career opportunities or improving career paths. So, students are required to have quality personal abilities before entering the workforce. The purpose of scientific writing is to provide a description of the self-competencies needed by a chemical engineering graduate as evaluation material for preparation for entering the real world of work. soft skills needed by a chemical engineering graduate, such as analytical skills, problem-solving skills, good communication skills, teamwork, and leadership skills. In this era of globalization, communication skills intersect with foreign language skills such as English and Japanese. Some multinational companies expect their employees to be able to speak foreign languages for the smooth operation of the company. Various efforts have been made by Chemical Engineering at Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang in order to accommodate students and help them develop their potential. Through several activities such as chemical engineering software training, procurement of foreign language classes, and routinely holding public lectures by presenting practitioner teachers from companies. It is hoped that chemical engineering graduates from Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang will have sufficient provisions to face the world of work.

Abstract

The problem of this research is whether there is an effect of vertical jump training on the volleyball smash ability of Luwuk Muhammadiyah University students. This research aims to determine the effect of vertical jump training on volleyball smash ability. The research method used is Quasi-Experiment, while the design is a time series experiment. The subjects of this research were the Muhammadiyah Luwuk Banggai University volleyball team, consisting of 12 athletes. The research results showed that the t value of the initial test and final test of volleyball smash ability was 19.621 and the sig value. 0,000. Because tilapia sig. 0.000 < α 0.05, then the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted and the Null Hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This means that there is an influence of vertical jump training on volleyball smash ability. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of vertical jump training on the volleyball smash ability of the Luwuk Banggai Muhammadiyah University volleyball team.

Abstract

Students who have great motivation and create positive perceptions in mathematics lessons will improve student learning outcomes. However, the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk in mathematics is still low. Therefore, this research aims to determine the contribution of mathematics learning motivation to mathematics learning outcomes in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk, while the research was carried out from May to June 2021. In this research, the variables to be studied consist of 2 variables, namely variables X and Y, where the motivation to learn mathematics is placed in variable Luwuk. The data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The analysis used is product moment correlation. The research results show that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.3598 or 35.98% is a positive number. This shows that the contribution of mathematics learning motivation to the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk is positive and the interpretation is between 0.20 - 0.399 which is interpreted as a low level of influence. The KD value = 12.96% shows the low influence of the contribution of mathematics learning motivation to the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk, amounting to 12.69%. Meanwhile, the value of tcount = 1.6808 with degrees of freedom (db) = 21-2 = 19 with a significance level of 0.05 = 2.093 so tcount is less than ttable or 1.6808 < 2.093, so the correlation that occurs is meaningless or not significant so The correlation is that there is no contribution of mathematics learning motivation to the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk. Thus the hypothesis is rejected.
