Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the involvement of supporting staffs at the Universitas Islam Malang about the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Supporting staff is an essential factor in improving the implementation of the MBKM program. Their involvement is beneficial for lecturers and students participating in this program. The supporting staff realized that this program impacted the development of their institution. There were 328 who participated in filling in the questionnaire, and 37 staffs were voluntary to be interviewed. The data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires and supported by structured interviews to explore their answers in the questionnaire. From the data collection results, the supporting staff wanted to be more involved in the MBKM program. Moreover, through this program, they believed that the performance indicators of the Universitas Islam Malang can be increased and will improve their welfare if this program is successful. Also, they hope that this program can be developed well if they are involved in a sustainable workshop or seminar related to the MBKM program).Keywords: involvement, supporting staff, MBKM

Abstract

Abstract: The goal of this research is to know the quality of the distance learning using by E-learning in pandemi Covid-19. The method of this research is study Survey by using Descriptive Quantitative Analysis. The research subjects were students of the Da’wah Faculty of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten with a total sample of 314 respondents and data collection techniques with Non Probability Sampling with Accidental Sampling in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study measure the quality of e-learning according to the student’s perspective seen from: the level of quality of e-learning at the Da’wah Faculty in terms of quality: learning design, learning activities, delivery strategies, interaction between students and students and students with lecturers, learning assistance services, interaction students with teaching materials, collaboration, feedback systems, and learning assessments. The results of this study indicate that in general the quality of e-learning based on student perceptions includes good enough criteria.Keywords: E-Learning, Quality, PerceptionAbstrak: Penelitian pembelajaran e-learning untuk mengetahui kualitas pembelajaran jarak jauh secara e-learning dalam kondisi pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian adalah studi survei dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of the selected respondents in implementing education during the pandemic in public elementary schools in the Greater Malang area (Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The research sample selected was teachers in public elementary schools in the Greater Malang area (Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City). The conclusions of the study that resulted from the characteristics of gender, age, salary/income level, and employee status varied widely.Keyword: characteristic, staff, professionAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik responden yang terpilih dalam melaksanakan pendidikan di masa pandemic di sekolah dasar negeri wilayah Malang Raya (Kota Malang, Kabupaten Malang, dan Kota Batu). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Abstract

Abstract: Document management is important for organizations so that documents have good use value. Document management systems are sometimes only run at the parent institution centrally but are not implemented well at low management levels. This research is a development research with a development model design that is used as a reference in this research is the modified Borg and Gall development design. The research subject is the Satya Wacana Christian University undergraduate economic education study program. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, expert judgment. The instrument used is an interview sheet, observation checklist. expert validation sheets and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the Education Database System created has the following feasibility test results: media experts get a rating of 4 in the "Good" category, practitioners get a 4.4 rating in the "Very Good" category, and from obtaining a 4.47 rating in the "Good" category. “Very Good” category. From several feasibility tests conducted, it was concluded that the database system from the media, practitioners, and users perspective was feasible to be applied. Trials in administrative activities show that the database system can assist administrative activities in the Economics Education S1 study program, so this database system is appropriate to be used as a system to assist administrative management in the study program. Through the database system developed, it is hoped that it can become an embryo for improving the administrative system, especially at the low management level. In further research, the database system can be developed according to the needs of other educational institutions.Keywords: Database System; Tri Dharma College; Economic Education Abstrak: Pengelolaan dokumen merupakan hal yang penting bagi organisasi agar dokumen memiliki nilai guna yang baik. Sistem pengelolaan dokumen terkadang hanya dijalankan pada lembaga induk secara terpusat namun tidak terlaksana dengan baik pada level low management. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan desain model pengembangan yang menjadi acuan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain pengembangan Borg and Gall yang telah dimodifikasi. Subjek penelitian yang diambil adalah program studi S1 pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, penilaian pakar. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar wawancara, ceklish observasi. lembar validasi pakar dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Database Pendidikan yang dibuat memiliki hasil uji kelayakan sebagai berikut ini: ahli media memperoleh penilaian 4 dalam kategori “Baik”, praktisi memperoleh penilaian 4,4 dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”, dan dari memperoleh penilaian 4,47 dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Dari beberapa uji kelayakan yang dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa sistem database dari segi media, praktisi, dan pengguna layak untuk dapat diterapkan. Uji coba dalam kegiatan administrasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem database dapat membantu kegiatan administrasi pada program studi S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi, sehingga sistem database ini layak digunakan sebagai sistem untuk membantu pengelolaan administrasi pada program studi. Melalui sistem database yang dikembangkan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi embrio untuk perbaikan sistem administrasi terkhusus pada level low management. Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this study are to analyze and describe the implementation of instructional leadership to achieve the quality of SMK Darul Kamal NW Kembang Kerang. The method used is qualitative approach with a case study. The data and information are gained through observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the research in SMK Darul Kamal NW Kembang Kerang showed that instructional leadership was implemented well through maximum learning followed by extracurriculars (compulsory and specialization), so the school’s quality can be achieved.Keywords: implementation; instructional leadership; school’s quality            Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi kepemimpinan pembelajaran untuk mewujudkan mutu SMK Darul Kamal NW Kembang Kerang. Metode yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dan informasi diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal's strategy in developing teacher professionalism, teacher professionalism is needed to obtain good quality output. This research is motivated by the importance of education in supporting the future development of the nation and developing the potential of students in facing global competition. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study approach. Sources of data obtained from teachers, data collection through observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study reveal that the principal's strategy in improving teacher professionalism is carried out through; (1) formulating school planning and development (2) improving teacher work discipline, both in terms of learning, administration, and behavior; (3) conducting regular academic supervision; and (4) collaborate with supervisors, committees, parents, and government agencies.Keywords: principal leadership; academic supervision; teacher professionalism Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan profesionalisme guru, profesionalisme guru sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan output yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pendidikan dalam mendukung pembangunan masa depan bangsa dan mengembangkan potensi peserta didik dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari guru, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dilakukan melalui; (1) merumuskan perencanaan dan pengembangan sekolah (2) meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru, baik dalam hal pembelajaran, administrasi, maupun perilaku; (3) melakukan supervisi akademik secara berkala; dan (4) bekerjasama dengan pengawas, panitia, orang tua, dan instansi pemerintah..Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah; supervisi akademik; profesionalisme guru

Abstract

Abstract: Madrasah are Islamic institutions with the responsibility to provide quality educational services to the community. This quality service can be seen from the school's performance. The purpose of this research is to identify; (1) learning management (2) school management and leadership in Madrasah Aliyah 1 State Islamic Senior High School in Gorontalo. This quantitative research is located in Madrasah Aliyah 1 State Islamic Senior High School in Gorontalo with 46 teachers as research subjects. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using the percentage technique presented in the form of tables and diagrams.   The results showed that: (1) learning management obtained results of 81.02% including the effective category, and (2) the results of management and leadership management achievements obtained 87.84% including effective categories. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop a multiliterate learning design with the Trigo Ki Hadjar Dewantara concept approach, especially in learning to write exposition texts as an effort to improve the quality of learning in the 21st century. The research method used is research and development by adopting the Dick and Carey development model. This research and development produces several output products, namely learning implementation plans (RPP), student worksheets (LKPD), learning e-modules, and guidelines for using learning designs. The results of the development of this learning design were validated by material experts, media experts and learning design experts with the average number of devices developed a score of 94.1%. RPP obtained an average percentage of 93.3%. Guidelines for the use of learning designs obtained an average percentage of 93%. E-learning modules get an average percentage of 97.6%, and LKPD get an average percentage of 92.5%. The results of the validation indicate that the learning design developed is feasible or valid to be used in the learning process so that it can be continued at the trial stage for students. The testing of students was carried out in three stages, namely individual trials, small group trials and field trials. Individual trials conducted obtained an average percentage of 89%. Then the small group trial obtained an average percentage of 81%. Meanwhile, for field trials, the average percentage was 89%. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the learning design developed is final and does not need revision so that it can be used in the learning process in the classroom. The test results also prove that the learning design developed is attractive and effective to be applied in the learning process in the classroom. Keywords: Learning Design; Muliliteracy Learning; Tringo Concept Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan desain pembelajaran multiliterasi dengan pendekatan konsep Trigo Ki Hadjar Dewantara, khususnya dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksposisi sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di abad ke-21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan Dick and Carey. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menghasilkan beberapa produk luaran, yaitu rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), lembar kerja siswa (LKPD), e-modul pembelajaran, dan pedoman penggunaan desain pembelajaran. Hasil pengembangan desain pembelajaran ini divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli desain pembelajaran dengan jumlah rata-rata keseluruhan perangkat yang dikembangkan skor sebesar 94,1%. RPP memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 93,3%. Panduan penggunaan desain pembelajaran memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 93%. E-modul pembelajaran memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 97,6%, dan LKPD memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 92,5%. Hasil validasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak atau valid digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga bisa dilanjutkan pada tahap uji coba kepada siswa. Adapun pengujian kepada siswa dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan. Uji coba perorangan yang dilakukan memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 89%. Kemudian uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 81%. Sedangkan untuk uji coba lapangan memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 89%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, bisa disimpulkan bahwa desain pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sudah final dan tidak perlu adanya revisi sehingga bisa digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Hasil pengujian tersebut juga membuktikan bahwa desain pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sudah menarik dan efektif untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas.Kata kunci: Desain Pembelajaran; Pembelajaran Multiliterasi; Konsep Tringo

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of technostress, work environment and work motivation on teacher performance. The research method is explanatory research with a quantitative approach where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in Tuntang District, with a sample of 145 people. The variables of this study consisted of three independent variables, namely: technostress (X1), work environment (X2), work motivation (X3) and one dependent variable, namely: teacher performance (Y). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The results of data collection were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) the technostress variable partially affected the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Tuntang District; (2) partially the work environment variables affect the performance of public elementary school teachers in Tuntang District; (3) partially the work motivation variable affects the performance of public elementary school teachers in Tuntang District; (4) simultaneously there is a positive influence between the variables technostress, work environment and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Tuntang District. Keywords: Technostress; Work Environment; Work Motivation; Teacher Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh technostress, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang, dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 145 orang. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga variabel bebas yaitu: technostress (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), motivasi kerja (X3) dan satu variabel terikat yaitu: kinerja guru (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Hasil pengumpulan data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel technostress mempengaruhi kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang; (2) secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang; (3) secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang; (4) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel variabel technostress, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Tuntang. Kata kunci: Technostress; Lingkungan Kerja; Motivasi Kerja; Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between interior design, book collections, and readers' interest in visiting the university library. This research approach uses a quantitative paradigm with a correlational method. This study is to measure the relationship between interior design variables (X1), library book collections (X2), and interest in visiting readers (Y). The population of 2,802 was drawn in the sample to 97 through the multistage sampling technique. Data collection instruments, using observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The research data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 software to provide an overview of simple correlations and multiple correlations. The results showed that the interior design of the IAIN Palopo Library was excellent (93.4%), the book collection was in a reasonably good category (66.7%), and the interest in visiting students at the IAIN Palopo Library reached 88.2% with an excellent category. The correlation analysis result shows a simultaneous relationship between interior design and book collection in terms of visiting interest. Based on this, it is necessary to have an interior design and other book collections so that the library meets visitors' expectations. The visitors' interest is strongly influenced by the interior design and the collection of books. Libraries can improve the interior design by paying attention to aesthetic aspects, economic management, the function of space, the safety of library materials, and the comfort and health of visitors. Book collections are prepared in a varied, relevant, and up-to-date manner with information needs Keywords: Library; design interior; book collection; interests in visiting Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara desain interior, koleksi buku, dan minat kunjung pembaca di perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengunakan paradigma kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Penelitian ini untuk mengukur hubungan variabel desain interior (X1), koleksi buku perpustakaan (X2), dan minat kunjung pembaca (Y). Populasi berjumlah 2.802 ditarik dalam sampel menjadi 97 melalui teknik multistage sampling. Instrument pegumpulan data, mengunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS versi 20 guna memberi gambaran korelasi sederhana dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan desain interior Perpustakaan IAIN Palopo tergolong sangat baik (93,4%), koleksi buku berkategori cukup baik (66,7%), dan minat kunjung mahasiswa di Perpustakaan IAIN Palopo mencapai 88,2% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis korelasi diketahui terjadi hubungan simultan antara desain interior dan koleksi buku ditinjau dari minat kunjung. Berdasar dari hal itu, perlu adanya rancangan interior dan penambahan koleksi buku agar perpustakaan sesuai dengan harapan pengunjung. Minat kunjung pemustaka sangat dipengaruhi oleh desai interior dan koleksi buku. Perpustakaan dapat memperbaiki desain interior dengan memerhatikan aspek estetika, pengelolaan yang ekonomis, fungsi ruang, dan keamanan bahan pustaka, serta kenyamanan dan kesehatan pengunjung. Koleksi buku dipersiapkan dengan variatif, relevan, dan mutakhir dengan kebutuhan informasi. Kata kunci: perpustakaan; desain interior; koleksi buku; minat kunjung
