Abstract

Indonesia memiliki kerentanan tinggi terhadap bencana. Kerentanan yang terdapat di Indonesia mengakibatkan kerugian pada beberapa sektor, salah satunya sektor pendidikan, seperti guru, peserta didik, kegiatan belajar mengajar, dan fasilitas pendidikan. Tujuan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk: (1) mengetahui prioritas pilar fasilitas sekolah aman yang terdapat di SMA Negeri 1 Karangdowo dalam pengelolaan Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana (SPAB), dan (2) mendeskripsikan strategi pengelolaan SPAB di SMA Negeri 1 Karangdowo terhadap pilar fasilitas sekolah aman. Jenis penelitian yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan pilar prioritas dan strategi pengelolaan fasilitas sekolah aman dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menghitung pilar prioritas fasilitas sekolah aman. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) penentuan prioritas pilar fasilitas sekolah aman diperoleh hasil bahwa, ketinggian aman dari banjir, struktur stabil dan kokoh, perbaikan kerusakan, ruangan dengan pintu terbuka ke luar, pengontrolan kualitas, dan penguatan bangunan menjadi prioritas utama, dan (2) strategi pengelolaan SPAB yang terdapat di SMA Negeri 1 Karangdowo yaitu berupa peningkatan kapasitas terhadap fasilitas sekolah aman dengan memperbaiki terhadap pilar yang tidak diprioritaskan.

Abstract

Limbah kulit durian menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang belum banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai bahan bioadsorben ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menghadirkan pemanfaatan limbah kulit durian sebagai media filtrasi untuk mengurangi kadar logam berat kadmium (Cd) dan timbal (Pb) yang terkandung pada air sumur galian. Penyiapan kulit durian dilakukan dengan mengeringkan kulit durian dan memberikan variasi ukuran media filtrasi yaitu 10 cm, 20 cm, dan 30 cm. Media filtrasi kulit durian dimasukkan dalam alat filtrasi yang telah didesain berbasis aliran gravitasi yang mudah dan murah. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan awal kadar Cd dalam air sumur galian sebesar 0,0073 mg/L dan setelah dilakukan perlakuan dapat menurunkan kadar Cd sampai dengan 0,0032 mg/L atau efektifitasnya sampai dengan 55,76% dengan menggunakan media filtrasi 30 cm. Demikian pula kadar Pb sebelum perlakuan memiliki kadar sebesar 0,062 mg/L dan setelah dilakukan perlakuan terjadi penurunan kadar Pb sampai dengan 0,024 mg/L atau efektifitasnya sampai dengan 61,3%. Penurunan kadar logam ini sangat signifikan dan dapat memenuhi standar baku mutu air yang ditetapkan sebesar 0,005 mg/L. Selain itu, faktor penurunan kadar Pb dan Cd dipengaruhi oleh semakin tinggi tumpukan media maka semakin lama waktu kontak air dengan media filter sehingga semakin banyak ikatan kompleks antara selulosa dengan logam berat.

Abstract

Kebiasaan baru mengubah perilaku dan aktivitas masyarakat di ruang terbuka. Ruang terbuka di wilayah Kelurahan Rambutan yang di dalamnya terdapat aktivitas berada di RW 06 yaitu waduk 1 dan waduk 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pola spasial masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan ruang terbuka selama pandemi COVID-19 dan melihat keterikatan antara pola masyarakat dengan penambahan kasus COVID-19. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah keruangan dengan analisis deskriptif. Penentuan responden dengan teknik sampel aksidental menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan kuisioner. Aktivitas yang dilakukan di kedua waduk beragam seperti berolahraga, bermain, memancing atau bersosialisasi. Waduk 2 memiliki jumlah pengunjung lebih banyak karena memiliki akses dan lokasi yang baik. Pola aktivitas masyarakat di Waduk 1 didominasi oleh masyarakat yang berolahraga. Sedangkan pola aktivitas masyarakat di waduk 2, saat pagi hari didominasi oleh masyarakat yang berolahraga dan saat sore hari didominasi oleh aktivitas bermain layangan dan bersosialisasi. Dalam beraktivitas masyarakat hanya 60,7 % untuk waduk 1 dan 71,9% untuk waduk 2 yang menggunakan masker. Sebaran kasus positif COVID-19 tertinggi ada di RW 06 kemudian diikuti oleh RW 04. Pola aktivitas masyarakat di ruang terbuka memiliki risiko yang tinggi terhadap penambahan kasus positif COVID-19.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara maritim dengan garis pantai yang panjang. Hal ini merupakan sesuatu yang harus dimanfaatkan. Provinsi Jawa Barat secara umum mencakup dua wilayah pesisir, satu di utara dan satu di selatan, salah satunya area pesisir Indramayu yang memiliki garis pantai sepanjang 147 kilometer di wilayah utara. Dengan kondisi pariwisata Kabupaten Indramayu yang terus meningkat, khususnya di sektor wisata pantai, penerapan konsep recreational waterfront sangat relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi pengembangan recreational waterfront di Kawasan Pesisir Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan mix method, dimulai dengan menganalisis kondisi fisik dan sosial, menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian, serta memetakan persebaran potensinya. Mengacu pada hasil penelitian, nilai kesesuaian sebagai recreational waterfront sebesar 4.316 dengan nilai maskimal lima. Berdasarkan kondisi fisik dan sosialnya, kawasan Pesisir Indramayu sudah mempunyai profil yang baik dan cocok untuk pengembangan recreational waterfront. Wilayah Pesisir Kabupaten Indramayu memiliki tingkat potensi tinggi, sedang, sangat rendah, dan tidak masuk dalam kategori apa pun. Area Sukra dan Juntinyuat berada di kategori tinggi, sedangkan Pasekan, Balongan, Indramayu berada dalam kategori sedang, area Kandanghaur berada dalam kategori sangat rendah, dan Krangkeng, Karangampel, Cantigi, Losarang dan Patrol tidak termasuk dalam kategori apapun.

Abstract

Southeast Sulawesi is a province that has become one of the destinations for transmigration and urbanization due to its low population density and abundant natural resources. This area is supported by the existence of supporting sectors such as agriculture, service industry, animal husbandry, fisheries, tourism and culture. This potential can lead to an increase in population and have an impact on increasing the need for residential land. Land suitability analysis is very important and relevant as a basis for reference in regional development to anticipate impacts that will occur in the future. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the suitability of residential areas in Southeast Sulawesi Province based on the RTRW of Southeast Sulawesi Province and the Regional Regulation of Southeast Sulawesi Province No. 2 of 2014. The method used is Spatial Multi Criteria Analysis (SMCA) because it excels in location determination analysis and decision making. The results show that there are 373,598.3 hectares of land in Southeast Sulawesi that are suitable and can be developed for residential areas. The evaluation of the RTRW found deviations in the actualization of spatial planning, especially in the Protected and Cultivated Areas. Therefore, this study can be used as an initial reference in re-evaluating the RTRW of Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

One of hindrances faced by Indonesia agriculture sector is domestic agriculture production that does not cover the market demand such as wheat commodity. The aim of this research is to calculate the spatial planning for wheat commodity in Tanah Datar Regency by using matching calculation with Fuzzy set method to find out the land physical ability. The method used in this research using fuzzy set equations and Boolean approach. The research results obtain land suitability 111.132 ha for suitable category, 20.239 ha for quite suitable, and 137 m2 for unsuitable category. Then after the land suitability is obtained, development instruction is given for the agriculture planning of wheat commodity with Boolean approach. The result of development instruction reaches 42.873 ha spread in all over sub districts with the highest development potency is at North Lintau Buo Sub District 9.657 ha and Lintau Buo Sub District 7.348 ha. This development potency can be used as the initial reference for planting wheat commodity (Triticum aestivum) in Tanah Datar Regency.

Abstract

The incidence of hydrometeorological disasters in Indonesia is in the largest percentage for the last 10 years. The development of an integrated extreme weather early warning system is one of the initial processes in a series of hydrometeorological disaster mitigation efforts. Data models, observation and remote sensing become the database in early warning of extreme weather, the officers who carry out early detection of hazards so that they have sufficient waiting time to prepare an effective emergency response plan. In this study, an early warning system was built by implementing the Y-Model WebGIS Development Methodology (YWDM) which is a combination of geographic information systems and web-based application development context. Spatial data processing is carried out using the python programming language, including radar and weather satellite data, surface observation, lightning detection, storm detection and identification, and nowcasting models. Web GIS visualization is built by using JavaScript and php programming language, database management managed using PostgreSQL. The results of the implementation are in the form of a SPACE (Spatial Based Extreme Weather Warning System) framework which Sidarma-Nowcast is a system within the framework. The development of this system shows an increase and the level of improvement in the process of producing and disseminating early warning information.

Abstract

The transition zone of the Wonosari and Nglanggran Formation in Purwosari District has the characteristics of thick soil, steep slopes, and no outcrops. The different characteristics found in the Wonosari Formation Zone are characterized by polygonal karst formations with thin soil and limestone rocks, and the Nglanggran Formation in the form of thick soil, andesite rock outcrops, and steep slopes. Geomorphological mapping of the Nglanggran and Wonosari Formation can be done easily through morphological approaches and outcrops. Geomorphological mapping is quite difficult to do in the transition of the Wonosari and Nglanggran Formation because it does not have outcrops and is difficult to interpret from morphology. Soil geomorphological approach needs to be done to define landform units for areas that do not have outcrops dan difficult to interpret through morphology. The purpose of this study was to map the geomorphological distribution of soil characteristics in the geological transition zone. The methods used to identify landform units are morphological delineation and soil survey. The morphological delineation for landform units was obtained from aerial photographs. The results of the delineation of landforms from aerial photographs are detailed by soil surveys. The results of the delineation of landforms using aerial photography produce high resolution, smooth, and firm compared to other sources. The results of the delineation of landforms from aerial photos obtained two units of landforms, limestone karst hills, Wonosari formation and andesitic rocky hills, Nglanggran formation. There is a transitional transition zone in the TP7 soil sample with the color change from dark brown (karst) to light brown (old volcanic). The thickness of the soil in the old volcanic is more than 1 meter and deeper than the karst soil (< 60 cm). The transition zone has three soil horizons A, B, and B/C which are classified as more developed than the karst region (A and B horizons). The soil texture in old volcanic is clay and silt, while the dominant karst area is clay.

Abstract

Groundwater salinization occurs in Adimulyo Sub-district, Kebumen Regency due to human activities. A very slow river flow, due to its small hydraulic gradient towards the estuary area. Reduced groundwater due to increased uptake by human activities causes intrusive river water which results in brackish groundwater. The data analysis carried out in the study was based on the primary data of the sample whose groundwater salinity was measured, showing the influence of the salt solution at a certain level which indicates a level of salinity with a negative chloride ion content. The salinity value belongs to the type of brackish water. Electrical Conductivity Groundwater shows the nature of conducting electricity from water. The highest groundwater salinity is in the area of Adimulyo Sub-district, Kebumen Regency, the middle part, which ranges from 4.45 "° - 10.15 "°. There are other factors besides the distance of the area from the coastline, namely brackish river water (estuary), and the large amount of groundwater withdrawal by residents which can increase the absorption of brackish river water (estuary) into groundwater. In the northern part of Adimulyo Sub-district, Kebumen Regency is an area that has the lowest groundwater salinity, which ranges from 0.12 "° - 2.50 "°. As for the area of Adimulyo Sub-district, Kebumen Regency, the South has medium groundwater salinity, which ranges from 0.80 "° - 2.87 "°.

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the influence of organizational culture character education, and the role of parents on the quality of education at Muhammadiyah Middle Schools in Batam City. The variables studied were character education (X1), organizational culture (X2), parental roles (X3), and quality of education (Y). A quantitative approach with a correlational design was used in the investigation with a non-probability sampling technique (census) of 119 respondents. Questionnaires and documentation were used for data collection. Descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression were used for data analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained the equation for the quality of education (Y) = 05.830 + 0.366X1 + 0.758X2 +0.037X3. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the organizational culture variable has a greater value in influencing the quality of education. F test results obtained Fcount > Ftable that is 134,941 > 2,05. The conclusion is that the variables of character education, organizational culture, and the role of parents simultaneously and significantly impact the quality of education at Muhammadiyah Middle Schools in Batam City.
