Abstract

The aim of this research is to carry out partial and simultaneous analysis of the hadiths of believers in one building which mutually reinforce each other. The scope of this research is the main hadith of the History of Abu Musa Al Asy'ari in Sahih Al-Bukhari. Data relating to hadiths and the quality of each narrator is collected using documentation methods. Data analysis uses the content analysis method. Based on partial analysis, it is found that this hadith has the quality of sahih lidzatih, (1) because all the narrators in the hadith sanad, numbering: five narrators, all have the quality: tsiqah (2) All the narrators each meet with a narrator who has the status of their teacher, thus the sanad muttasil. (3) The matan hadith is apparently not shadh, because it does not conflict with the dalil naqli, both the Qur'an and the hadith whose sanad quality is higher. (4) The matan hadith is also not subject to illat, because it does not conflict with the dalil aqli , whether with common sense, senses, history, or science.

Abstract

This research examines religious differences in the context of national and state life. Study of Hadith and Tafsir studies. The conclusions of this research are: First, it can be determined that all narrators have a degree of tsiqah in the hadith narrative by following their life history and assessing the quality of the hadith sanad which states protection for the ahlu dzimmah. In addition, the time span between each series of narrators is also the same. Thus, we can conclude that this hadith is shohihul sinad. Second, the hadith which talks about the Prophet SAW's defense of the ahlu dzimmah shows that the Prophet SAW's defense of the ahlu dzimmah was more than just a matter of accepting differences within the framework of the state; it also involves carrying out Allah's command in the Qur'an (QS Annahl verse 91) to keep promises. Apart from that, this shows that the hadith does not contradict the text of the Qur'an, making it an unequivocal shadz hadith. Therefore, it can also be concluded that this hadith is shohihul matni. Third, the Prophet SAW's recognition of the greeting of the Jews as narrated in the following hadith shows that socially the Prophet SAW was a figure who transparently acknowledged the existence of differences in everyday life. This is also followed by researchers in the resulting periods as shown in previous books.

Abstract

This article examines the status of the hadith narrated by Muhajir above, especially from a review of the sanad? and what content is in it. From the discussion it can be concluded: 1). The hadith regarding the direct involvement of Asma' bint Yazid in the Yarmuk war was narrated by trusted people and the sanad is continuous. Therefore, this hadith is considered authentic lidzatihi. 2). Analysis of the hadith in relation to women's emancipation from the historical perspective of Asma' bint Yazid's involvement in the Yarmuk war indicates that Islamic history has provided references to the emancipation of women through Asma''s involvement in the war. Asma's descent into the battlefield was definitely based on careful thought and consideration, this falls within the realm of freedom to think about what will be done and the consequences faced. Implicitly, this hadith opens the shackles of Jahiliyah thinking to a modern direction that every person (without distinction of gender) can legitimately convey and implement the results of his thinking to the wider community because in reality there is no difference in freedom of thought except within the limits determined by the Shari'a.
