Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a high level of soybean consumption. This study aims to focus on how to increase the demand for tempeh products, especially in regions with low consumption levels. The method used is the Ideal-Point Model, which measures the gap between the ideal and what consumers actually experience. The survey was conducted with 268 respondents in the provinces of West Sumatra, East Nusa Tenggara, West Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Maluku, North Maluku, West Papua, and Papua. This study shows that factors influencing tempeh purchase intentions among Indonesians in provinces with low tempeh consumption include price, taste, nutrition, texture, aroma, and service, motional value, color, product safety, shape, and variety. The study concludes by recommending that, in addition to the need for marketing attributes and techniques that can be widely applied by tempeh producers and sellers, authorities also need to participate in increasing education about the benefits of tempeh and the fact that it can be made from various types of beans besides soybeans. Furthermore, infrastructure such as roads or transportation fleets should not be overlooked. Closer collaboration between stakeholders in the supply chain and its marketing strategies is recommended to further improve target achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, brand image, and product quality on consumer purchase decisions for Aquviva bottled drinking water in the Cirebon area. A quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative design was employed. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with the criterion of having purchased or consumed Aquviva in Cirebon. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that brand awareness and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while brand image has no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence purchase decisions, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.825. These findings indicate that for a new brand, brand awareness and product quality play a more dominant role than brand image. The results are expected to serve as a reference for management in formulating more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of job training, work stress, communication, and work motivation on employee productivity at PT Agro Muko Regional Management Office Bengkulu. A quantitative research approach with a survey method was employed. The study involved 125 employees, and the entire population was selected as the sample using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that job training does not have a significant effect on employee productivity. In contrast, work stress has a significant negative effect, while communication and work motivation have significant positive effects on employee productivity. These findings suggest that improving employee productivity depends more on effective work stress management, organizational communication, and employee motivation than on the current implementation of job training programs

A quantitative approach with an associative design was employed. The population consisted of 456 employees, and a sample of 100 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results reveal that competence and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work environment and work discipline do not exhibit a significant effect. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.279 indicates that the four independent variables explain 27.9% of the variance in employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial influence of site organization, reliability, responsiveness, user-friendliness, personal needs, and efficiency on customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires. The study sample consisted of 85 employees of RSBP (Hospital Management Agency) Batam, selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, site organization, responsiveness, user-friendliness, personal needs, and efficiency significantly influenced customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, reliability was not empirically proven to influence customer satisfaction with Mandiri mobile banking. The implication of this finding is that mobile banking service providers need to continuously improve user convenience, responsiveness, and meeting customer personal needs, as these aspects have been shown to be crucial in shaping customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the insignificant effect of service reliability indicates that customers may have considered reliability as a minimum standard, making it no longer a differentiating factor in satisfaction.

Abstract

International trade involves Indonesia in several regional agreements aimed at improving trade performance, expanding markets, and boosting investment. One form of such an agreement is the FTA (Free Trade Agreement) which gives freedom to trade within a particular region through tariff preferences. Indonesia joined the AKFTA (ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement) and provided an opportunity to conduct free trade with ASEAN member states and South Korea which could giving benefits through improved trade performance. However, a free trade agreement not only provides benefits in terms of tariff elimination but can also affect trade market conditions due to tariff differences with other regions and potentially affect pre-established market conditions. From this phenomenon, this study aims to look at the impact Indonesia is experiencing through the analysis of trade creation and trade diversion on the export side.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial knowledge, and financial socialization on financial management behavior among Generation Z in Banyumas Regency, with the perceived usefulness of financial technology as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from Generation Z respondents aged 17–30 years and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that financial knowledge and financial socialization have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, whereas financial literacy does not. Financial literacy positively and significantly affects the perceived usefulness of financial technology, while financial knowledge and financial socialization do not. Perceived usefulness of financial technology has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior and mediates the relationship between financial literacy and financial management behavior. These findings indicate that Generation Z’s financial management behavior is primarily shaped by financial knowledge and financial socialization through direct pathways, while financial literacy contributes indirectly by enhancing perceptions of the usefulness of financial technology.

Abstract

This systematic literature review evaluates the effectiveness of carbon accounting policies across various sectors, aiming to understand their impact on carbon reporting, management practices, and emission reduction successes. By synthesizing qualitative studies, including case studies, phenomenological research, and theoretical analyses, the review provides a sector-spanning insight into the application and effectiveness of these policies. Findings indicate a broad variance in how carbon accounting is implemented and its effectiveness, with some sectors achieving substantial emission reductions and improved eco-efficiency, while others struggle due to methodological limitations or inapplicable policy frameworks. Theoretically, the review highlights the need for tailored carbon accounting frameworks that consider specific sector needs and regulatory environments. Practically, it suggests employing advanced tools like Life Cycle Assessment and digital technologies to enhance accuracy and applicability. Recommendations for future research include expanding the geographical and sectoral scope of studies and integrating more quantitative methods to provide a deeper understanding of carbon accounting’s impact. The review’s value lies in its comprehensive synthesis of existing research, identifying gaps in technology and methodology integration that could enhance carbon accounting practices globally. This work aims to inform policymakers and industry stakeholders on refining practices to better align with global sustainability goals, thus contributing significantly to the strategic enhancement of carbon management worldwide.
