Abstract

This study aims to achieve SDG 8, namely decent work and economic growth. This study examines how unemployment, labor, HDI, and financial inclusion affect Indonesia's economic growth. This study uses secondary data with a Fixed Effects Model as the best model. The results of this study found that financial inclusion as measured by Third Party Funds (DPK) and electronic money encourages economic growth, but unemployment and HDI actually hinder it. The labor force has little effect. This indicates that labor quality, human development, and economic growth are not aligned, and the financial sector is crucial for inclusive economic activity

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure on firm value and the moderating role of Top Management Team diversity (age, gender, and education). The research sample consists of 36 companies listed in the IDX ESG Leaders index during the 2020–2024 period, with a total of 180 observations. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model. The results show that ESG disclosure has no significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, age, gender, and educational diversity in the Top Management Team do not strengthen the relationship between ESG disclosure and firm value. However, educational diversity in the TMT has a significant positive direct effect on firm value. These findings indicate that in the Indonesian capital market, even among companies with the best ESG reputation, ESG disclosure and TMT diversity have not yet become the main determinants of firm value. The results provide implications for companies, investors, and regulators to improve the quality of ESG disclosure and sustainability literacy.

Abstract

Stock returns in the property and real estate subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2023 are examined in this research along with the effects of current ratio (CR), net profit margin (NPM), and total asset turnover (TATO). Following the classical assumption test, the data was analyzed using Mueller-Triplet linear regression. Stock returns were significantly impacted negatively by CR and NPM and positively by TATO, according to the data. In order to stay competitive, this research recommends that businesses enhance their asset management, liquidity, and profitability. To further analyze the economy as a whole, future studies should broaden the scope to include interest rates and inflation as macroeconomic factors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workload and organizational justice on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at RSU Ananda Purwokerto, based on the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Theory. A quantitative approach with purposive sampling was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires from 159 non-managerial employees and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results show that workload has no significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; however, the hypothesis is rejected due to the opposite direction of the relationship. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work motivation does not mediate the effect of workload on employee performance, but significantly mediates the effect of organizational justice on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of organizational justice as a job resource in enhancing employee motivation and performance in hospitals. Practically, management is advised to strengthen organizational justice through consistent procedures and a fair recognition system.
