Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) to improve Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) of elementary school students in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung. Using a qualitative approach with a comparative case study design, this study analyzed three schools: SD Al-Kautsar, SD Global Madani, and SDN 2 Rajabasa. The results showed significant variations in PAI teachers' mastery of TPACK. Teachers demonstrated strengths in Content Knowledge (CK) and Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), but faced challenges in domains involving technology (TK, TCK, TPK) and the holistic integration of TPACK. The TPACK implementation strategies found varied: SD Al-Kautsar adopted the "Islamic Digital Learning Ecosystem" model, SD Global Madani adopted the "Hybrid Learning" approach, and SDN 2 Rajabasa implemented the "Low-Tech High-Impact" strategy. The main challenges include limited infrastructure, difficulty integrating technology without reducing the depth of religious content, and cultural resistance. Innovative solutions implemented include the use of open source alternatives, a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy, and a Digital Islamic Literacy for Parents program. This research also produced novelties such as "Islamic Digital Pedagogy" (IDP), the concept of "Adaptive TPACK," "HOTS-Islamic Values ​​Integration Matrix," and "Digital Spiritual Intelligence" (DSI), which demonstrate students' ability to integrate digital intelligence with spirituality. This research confirms that the implementation of adaptive and creative TPACK is effective in increasing HOTS and promoting religious values ​​in Islamic Religious Education learning in the digital era.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the phenomenon of learning achievement being influenced by various factors, yet the role of motivation as a mediator has not been widely explored, particularly among vocational high school (SMK) students in the Software and Game Development (PPLG) major. The research aims to analyze the influence of study habits, school facilities, and parental economic status on learning achievement, with learning motivation as a mediating variable. A quantitative method with a path analysis approach was applied to 166 twelfth-grade students from the PPLG major at public SMKs in Purbalingga Regency, selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and documentation of report card grades, then analyzed using classical assumption tests, path analysis, and the Sobel test. The results reveal that learning motivation has the strongest direct positive influence on learning achievement. Study habits were proven to significantly increase learning motivation but had no direct effect on achievement, indicating that motivation acts as a full mediator in this relationship. A surprising finding was that school facilities had a significant negative effect on learning motivation and also no direct effect on achievement. Meanwhile, parental economic status had a significant direct negative influence on learning achievement, without involving the mediation of motivation. The study concludes that learning motivation is a key mechanism; therefore, efforts to improve achievement must focus on strengthening students' intrinsic motivation as the main driver of academic accomplishment.

Abstract

Globalisasi memberikan dampak besar terhadap keberlanjutan budaya lokal, termasuk makanan tradisional sebagai unsur penting identitas budaya. Meningkatnya dominasi makanan asing, perubahan pola konsumsi, dan berkurangnya minat generasi muda membuat posisi makanan tradisional semakin terdesak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran makanan tradisional dalam mempertahankan identitas budaya serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan strategi pelestarian di era globalisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan studi pustaka melalui penelaahan literatur ilmiah terbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makanan tradisional memiliki fungsi sosial, simbolik, dan kultural yang memperkuat identitas komunitas serta menjadi sarana pewarisan nilai budaya. Namun, eksistensinya menghadapi tekanan dari globalisasi, terutama akibat dominasi makanan modern dan minimnya inovasi. Strategi pelestarian yang direkomendasikan meliputi inovasi kuliner, penguatan edukasi budaya, optimalisasi wisata kuliner, pemberdayaan UMKM, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk memperkuat daya tarik dan keberlanjutan makanan tradisional. Dengan demikian, pelestarian makanan tradisional memerlukan pendekatan komprehensif agar tetap relevan dan mampu mempertahankan identitas budaya masyarakat.

Abstract

The limited availability of learning media that can provide realistic visualization has hindered the introduction of wetland flora and fauna to elementary school students. Learning activities still rely on static two-dimensional images, making it difficult for students to comprehend the full characteristics of each organism. This paper aims to examine the potential of Augmented Reality (AR) as an interactive medium to enhance students’ understanding, learning motivation, and exploratory experiences related to wetland biodiversity. The study employs a qualitative approach using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on relevant academic sources published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that AR is capable of presenting realistic three-dimensional visuals, offering flexible exploration, and increasing students’ learning engagement. Improvements in students’ ability to identify organism characteristics, understand ecological relationships, and participate actively in observation activities were also documented. These results highlight AR’s strong potential as an immersive and effective learning tool that supports students in gaining a more comprehensive understanding of wetland ecosystems. Adequate technological support and teacher readiness remain essential for ensuring successful implementation of AR in elementary science education.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan multikultural memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk sikap toleransi, saling menghargai dan kemampuan berinteraksi secara konstruktif dalam lingkungan belajar yang beragam. Layanan klasikal sebagai bagian dari bimbingan dan konseling sekolah berfungsi untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan sosial, emosional dan nilai-nilai multikultural peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan layanan klasikal bimbingan dan konseling dalam menumbuhkan sikap multikultural peserta didik di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’arif NU. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian mencakup peserta didik MTs dan SMK, dengan sampel ditetapkan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen layanan klasikal memiliki 16 butir valid dan 4 butir tidak valid, sedangkan instrumen pendidikan multikultural memiliki 17 butir valid dan 3 butir tidak valid. Uji reliabilitas menghasilkan α = 0.634 untuk layanan klasikal dan α = 0.677 untuk pendidikan multikultural (kategori reliabel). Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan skor layanan klasikal berada pada kategori tinggi hingga sangat tinggi, dengan nilai mean berkisar antara 3.46 – 4.43. Item tertinggi adalah P15 (mean 4.43) dan yang terendah adalah P6 (mean 3.46). Pada variabel pendidikan multikultural, nilai mean berkisar dari 3,34 – 4.65, dengan item tertinggi P2 (mean 4.65) dan item terendah P12 (mean 3.34). Secara keseluruhan, 82% butir berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, 12% kategori tinggi, dan 6% kategori cukup. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa Layanan Klasikal BK di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’arif NU telah terlaksana dengan baik dan berkontribusi signifikan dalam menumbuhkan sikap multikultural peserta didik. Pelaksanaan layanan yang konsisten dan terstruktur terbukti mendukung pembentukan pemahaman, sikap toleran, serta kemampuan sosial siswa dalam lingkungan pesantren yang multikultural. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling individu dengan teknik Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) terhadap penyimpangan perilaku pada peserta didik kelas X di SMAN Terawas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 280 siswa, dan melalui teknik purposive sampling dipilih 30 siswa sebagai sampel yang terdiri dari 15 siswa kelompok eksperimen dan 15 siswa kelompok kontrol. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala penyimpangan perilaku yang diadaptasi dari Haryanto (2012) dan telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Intervensi diberikan dalam bentuk layanan konseling individu dengan teknik REBT menggunakan model ABCDE selama enam minggu, satu sesi per minggu (60 menit). Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, uji homogenitas Levene’s Test, uji paired t-test, dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan signifikan skor penyimpangan perilaku pada kelompok eksperimen (p < 0,05), sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak menunjukkan perubahan signifikan (p > 0,05). Selain itu, uji independent t-test pada skor posttest menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol (p < 0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling individu dengan teknik REBT efektif dalam menurunkan penyimpangan perilaku peserta didik. Abstract

Era digital telah mengubah cara siswa membangun identitas mereka secara fundamental. Media sosial dan ruang virtual kini telah menjadi arena utama pembentukan citra diri, yang seringkali menciptakan ketegangan antara eksistensi digital dan realitas pribadi. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka yang bertujuan menganalisis relevansi filsafat eksistensialis dalam mengatasi krisis identitas siswa di era digital, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan Indonesia. Melalui tinjauan berbagai artikel nasional dan internasional, ditemukan bahwa eksistensialisme menawarkan pendekatan pendidikan yang menekankan kesadaran diri, kebebasan memilih, dan autentisitas sebagai dasar pembentukan identitas. Namun, praktik pendidikan di Indonesia masih jarang menyentuh dimensi eksistensial siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan perlunya reorientasi tujuan pendidikan, penguatan peran guru sebagai fasilitator reflektif, dan pengembangan kurikulum yang humanis dan adaptif terhadap realitas digital. Dengan demikian, eksistensialisme berpotensi menjadi landasan filosofis bagi pendidikan yang lebih bermakna, reflektif, dan memanusiakan siswa di era modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) berbasis pendekatan deep learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VI di SDN 001 Bagan Batu Kota. Penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental design dengan Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, melibatkan dua kelas sebagai sampel dengan satu kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas kontrol, masing-masing berjumlah 24 siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa pre-test dan post-test yang telah divalidasi. Analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, perhitungan N-Gain, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol, dengan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0.615 (kategori Sedang), sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya mencapai 0.286 (kategori Rendah). Uji t menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok (p-value = 0.000). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan model PBL berbasis deep learning efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan model serupa pada materi lain dan penelitian lanjutan yang mengkaji variabel kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of deep learning and social-emotional learning (SEL) in enhancing teacher competence at SMK Muhammadiyah Long Ikis, an Islamic vocational school that emphasizes academic, moral, and emotional balance. The research was motivated by the limited systemic implementation of deep learning and SEL, as well as challenges teachers face in digital literacy, emotional regulation, and designing contextual learning. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis involving school leaders and teachers from several vocational programs. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that although formal guidelines for integrating deep learning and SEL are absent, teachers have initiated reflective and contextual learning practices. Deep learning was evident in Informatics classes, where students engaged in problem-based tasks using keyboard shortcuts within real-world IT scenarios. SEL practices appeared in teachers’ empathetic communication and emotional check-ins, although not systematically embedded in lesson planning. The integration of both approaches contributed to improvements in pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies of teachers, particularly in reflective practice, communication skills, emotional regulation, and classroom interaction. The study concludes that effective integration requires institutional support, structured training, and operational guidelines to ensure sustainability. This research offers a culturally relevant model for integrating deep learning and SEL in vocational education settings. Keywords: deep learning, social emotional learning, teacher competences

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia has a long history closely linked to the nation's socio-political dynamics, from the era of Islamic kingdoms, colonialism, to the post-colonial era. During the Islamic kingdoms, education served as a center for preaching, moral formation, and the dissemination of knowledge. With the arrival of Dutch colonialism, the Islamic education system came under severe pressure due to secular policies and colonial political control that limited the role of Islamic institutions. Nevertheless, Islamic scholars and figures continued to play a crucial role in maintaining the identity and independence of Islamic education through Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) and madrasahs (Islamic boarding schools). Post-colonialism brought new challenges in the form of modernization and globalization, which demanded the integration of religious and general knowledge. Through a qualitative approach and literature review, this study aims to analyze the development of Islamic education from a historical perspective, focusing on the era of Islamic kingdoms, colonialism, and its transformation in the post-colonial era. The results show that Islamic education is highly adaptable to social and political change and contributes significantly to the formation of the character of the Indonesian nation.
