Abstract

This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design. The research involved children at Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina 01 Sutera. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with class B2 as the experimental group and class B3 as the control group, each consisting of 11 children. Data were collected using a test consisting of six statement items. The data analysis technique used in this study was a comparison of the differences between two mean scores, analyzed using a t-test. Data processing was conducted using SPSS version 26 for Windows.Based on the post-test hypothesis testing, the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.115 < 0.005. Therefore, it indicates that there is a significant difference between the mini drama game and the teacher’s instructional treatment in relation to children’s social skills. It can be concluded that the mini drama game has an effect on children’s social skills.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of using technology-enhanced education media on improving students' spatial thinking skills at SMAN 1 Bukit Batu. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of class XI.3 as the control class and class XI.4 as the experimental class, which were randomly selected. Data on spatial thinking were collected through tests and analyzed using a t-test. The results of the study found that there is an effect of technology-enhanced education learning media on the spatial thinking skills of students in class XI.3 at SMAN 1 Bukit Batu, with an average posttest score of 81.00 for the experimental class and 62.81 for the control class.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the minimal use of technology for the renewal of learning tools in schools optimally. Students feel conventional media is less helpful and causes boredom, while Learning Video Media is considered more interesting, relevant, and supports the effective learning process. This situation causes the learning process to be less varied and less interesting, thus making students tend to get bored during the learning process. The purpose of this study is to develop Powtoon-based learning video media in Pancasila Education Learning in grade IV elementary schools that are valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is a research with the development of the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data for this study uses a validation sheet and a media expert questionnaire. The response questionnaire consists of teacher and student response questionnaires. The trial subjects in the study were 27 students in grade IV of SDN 03 Pakan Labuah and the research subjects consisted of 24 students in grade IV of SDN 01 Ladang Cakiah and the research subjects consisted of 29 students in grade IV of SDN 08 Kubu Tanjung. The results of the study showed that the Powtoon-based learning video media developed obtained language validity of 96.42% (very valid), material validity of 79.16% (valid), and media validity of 92.10% (very valid). The practicality test of the teacher response questionnaire obtained 95%, -97.5% and 97.59%, 95.72%, 92.32% of the student response questionnaire. The effectiveness test reached 88%, -90.83%, (very valid). The study concluded that the Powtoon-based learning video media developed for Pancasila Education in fourth-grade elementary schools was valid, practical, and effective for use in the learning process. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the roles of teachers in increasing interest in learning English in elementary schools. The research method used is the literature study method by analyzing various previous studies related to this topic. The results of the literature study show that teachers have a very important role in increasing interest in learning English in students at the elementary school level. Because of its very important role, teachers must have broad competence and insight. There are many ways that teachers can use to increase interest in learning English in students at the elementary school level, among which are choosing the method, learning style and learning media that will be used during learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether students' writing skills can be improved by using the direct method in learning writing in Indonesian. The method used in this research is literature review. This method was chosen given the limited time and adequate access to conduct fieldwork. Literature research allows the author to research relevant information and data from various reliable sources, including books, academic journals, and online articles. The results of this study show that the direct method plays a very important role in improving students' writing skills. The use of direct method in learning writing is an effective strategy to improve students' quality and interest. This method offers many benefits for students, both in terms of writing skills, and the development of critical and creative thinking skills. Therefore, the direct method is very suitable to be used in learning to write.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Tanjung Duren Utara 02 Pagi Jakarta through the implementation of the TANDUR learning model in IPAS instruction. The research involved 16 fourth-grade students and was conducted during Cycle I of the Classroom Action Research. The method employed was the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model developed by Kemmis and McTaggart, consisting of the planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative analysis. Based on the implementation of the TANDUR model, the students’ average learning activity reached 100%, and the percentage of learning mastery achieved 100%. All students obtained scores above the Learning Objectives Achievement Criteria (KKTP). The findings indicate that students became more active, motivated, and demonstrated better understanding of IPAS materials. Thus, the TANDUR learning model is effective in significantly improving students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

Implementation of Differentiated Learning Based on a Humanistic Approach in Grade II at SDN 038 Still Faces Challenges. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of differentiated learning using a humanistic approach employed by teachers in relation to increasing students’ learning interest and cognitive learning outcomes in Grade II at SD Negeri 038 Tenggarong.The research method used is qualitative research, with respondents including teachers, students, and the principal. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, based on the research objectives. Snowball sampling was also applied by involving participants identified through the main respondents. The research procedure began with the researcher preparing instruments and differentiated learning tools using a humanistic learning theory approach. The research was conducted through interviews and observations. Data were analyzed through preliminary conclusions and final conclusions drawn during the interview process. The results of the study showed that the teacher respondent had planned, implemented, and evaluated the implementation of differentiated learning based on a humanistic approach in Grade II at SDN 038 Tenggarong. The student respondents had prepared for, engaged in, and achieved improved learning outcomes in the form of increased learning interest and cognitive performance. The principal respondent had facilitated the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of differentiated learning using a humanistic approach, thereby contributing to improved student motivation and cognitive achievement.

Abstract

The Implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in Grade IV at SD Negeri 014 Long Kali Still Faces Challenges.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model used by teachers in relation to enhancing students' multiple intelligences in Grade IV at SD Negeri 014 Long Kali. The research method employed is qualitative research, with respondents consisting of teachers, students, and the principal. The respondents were selected through purposive sampling based on the research objectives. Snowball sampling occurred through the involvement of additional participants identified via the main respondents. The research procedure began with the researcher preparing instruments and learning tools based on the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model. The research was conducted using interview and observation techniques. Data were analyzed through preliminary and final conclusions formulated during the interview process. The results of the study showed that the teacher respondent had prepared, implemented, and evaluated the results of the PjBL implementation in Grade IV at SD Negeri 014 Long Kali. The student respondents had prepared for, participated in, and achieved learning outcomes in the form of enhanced multiple intelligences. The principal respondent had facilitated the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL), which contributed to the improvement of students' multiple intelligences.

Abstract

The implementation of the cooperative learning model with a social theory approach in the Pancasila Education subject in Grade III at SD Negeri 015 Muara Koman still faces challenges. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the cognitive learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject for Grade III at SD Negeri 015 Muara Koman. The research method used is qualitative research with respondents including teachers, students, and the principal. The selection of respondents was done through purposive sampling based on the research objectives. Snowball sampling was applied through the involvement of participants in accordance with the respondents.The research procedure began with the researcher preparing instruments and learning tools differentiated by the humanistic learning theory approach. The research was conducted through interviews and observation techniques. Data analysis was carried out through interim conclusions and final conclusions drawn during the interview process.The research findings show that the teacher respondent had prepared, implemented, and evaluated the implementation of cooperative learning based on a social approach in Grade III at SDN 015 Muara Koman. The student respondents had prepared, participated in, and achieved cognitive learning outcomes. The principal respondent had facilitated the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the cooperative learning implementation using the social approach, resulting in improved cognitive learning outcomes among the students
