Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDII Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja (X1) terhadap kepuasan kerja (X2) pegawai di sekolah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah motivasi kerja (X1) yang diberikan oleh lembaga dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan kerja (X2) pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 154 pegawai menggunakan kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dan diuji reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja (X1) dengan kepuasan kerja (X2) pegawai di SDII Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja (X1) dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja (X2) pegawai di lingkungan sekolah SDII Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam, sehingga manajemen sekolah perlu lebih memperhatikan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai dalam rangka mencapai kepuasan kerja yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using comic media on reading interest in grade 4 students at SDN Keboananom Gedangan. Interest in reading is an important factor in the success of learning and developing students' knowledge. The research design uses a Quasi Experimental Design in the form of a Nonequlvalent Posttest-Only Control Design. The research sample consisted of two groups of students, namely class IV-D a6s the experimental group which used comic media in the learning process and Class IV-B as the control group which used student textbooks and conventional methods. Data was collected through a questionnaire/reading interest questionnaire given after treatment. The data analysis technique used in this research uses the normality test, homogeneity test, and T-Test. This research was processed using IBM SPSS 22 for Windows. The results of hypothesis testing using the t-test state that the output results in the t-test column for equality of means show a sig value. (2-tailed) is 0.049, because the sig value. (2-tailed) 0.049<0.05 or a significant value smaller than 0.05. Ho is rejected, which means there is a difference. So t can be concluded that comic media has an impact on the reading interest of fourth-grade students at SDN Keboananom Gedangan.

Abstract

Not providing opportunities for students to participate actively in learning because the learning process is one-way and focuses on cognitive, resulting in students being less active during or in learning activities. Based on this problem, this research aims to find out whether the ICT-based simulation learning model can contribute to the activeness of class IV SD/MI students in learning. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews and sources relevant to this research. Then the data is reduced, presented, and conclusions are drawn. The results of this study show that ICT-based simulation models can contribute to active student learning. The results that can be seen in each indicator of student learning activity include: students actively participate in carrying out the tasks given by forming groups, actively asking questions, actively talking with other people or discussing, actively looking for information related to the material given to act out, and Students are actively involved in problem solving in the form of appropriate role distribution and are able to assess their abilities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop interactive video media at SD 3 Kaloran. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). This research focuses on developing interactive video media to improve fourth grade mathematics learning outcomes. The research model used is the ADDIE model which has 5 process stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The type of research used is qualitative and quantitative data. The instruments used are: (1) Documentation, (2) Questionnaire, in this research in the form of trial activities and validation sheets which are assessed by media experts, material and language experts. Based on the results of the feasibility test for media expert examiners, the expert validation sheet includes 70% material experts in the high category, 80% in the media in the high category, and 83% in the language in the very high category and is declared valid. Meanwhile, the effectiveness results were carried out using the t-test, the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the test results, interactive video media is effective and feasible in improving the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD 3 Kaloran.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate (1) the characterization of Wordwall educational game media usage in the science curriculum for class IV at UPT SPF SD Inpres Kassi, (2) the portrayal of Wordwall educational game media application in the same subject and class, and (3) the impact of Wordwall educational games on students' learning motivation in the science subject for class IV at UPT SPF SD Inpres Kassi, located in Manggala District, Makassar City. This research utilizes a quantitative approach, specifically employing experimental research and a Quasi Experimental Design format known as Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The study's population comprises the students from class IV at UPT SPF SD Inpres Kassi, with a sample of 24 students drawn from classes IV A and IV B through the Purposive Sampling technique. The technique employed for data collection involved both questionnaires and observations. For data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis were utilized, which included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests through independent sample T-tests. (1) The utilization of Wordwall educational game media was effectively executed, as indicated by the percentage increase from each meeting, which demonstrated a positive impact supported by observation results; each session progressed from the good category to the very good category. (2) Results from the post-nontest in the experimental group reflected a rise in learning motivation, categorizing it as very high, whereas the control group was classified as high. Although there was an increase, it was not as pronounced as that observed in the experimental class. The Independent Sample T-test's inferential statistical analysis yielded a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.001, which is less than 0.05, leading to the rejection of the H0 hypothesis and the acceptance of Ha. (3) This indicates that the implementation of Wordwall educational game media significantly impacts the learning motivation of fourth-grade students in the science subject at SD Inpres Kassi, Manggala District, Makassar City. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Wordwall educational game media positively affects the learning motivation of grade IV students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Kassi, Manggala District, Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the application of fraction block media on the addition and subtraction of fractions material in class IV UPT SDN 18 Turatea, (2) find out the description of students' arithmetic ability using fraction block media, and (3) find out the effect of fraction block media on students' arithmetic ability on the addition and subtraction of fractions material. This study is included in the category of experimental research with a quantitative approach and uses pre-experimental design research (nondesigns) with a one sample pretest-posttest type. The population of this study was all students of class IV UPT SDN 18 Turatea, with a sample of 19 students selected through saturated sampling techniques. Data were collected using observation sheets to determine the implementation of fraction block media, student arithmetic ability tests and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and inferentially. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the implementation of the learning process using fraction block media was in the good category at the first meeting and very good at the second meeting. While for students, the percentage of the implementation of the learning process at both meetings was included in the very good category. Inferential analysis using paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. This indicates an increase in students' arithmetic ability after being given treatment. Thus, it can be concluded that: (1) the learning process using fractional block media runs very well, (2) The description of students' arithmetic ability shows an increase after using fractional block media, shown from the results of the posttest which is higher than the pretest and (3) there is an influence of the use of fractional block media on students' arithmetic ability on the addition and subtraction of fractions material for class IV UPT SDN 18 Turatea.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the improvement In Pancasila education learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Canva media in class IV at UPT SDN 27 Pasar Kambang, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research applies a type  of  Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects in this research were teachers (researchers) and 22 students consisting of 14 men and 8 women. The results of this research show an increase in: a) the first cycle Teaching Module obtained an average of 83,93% (B), and in the second cycle 96,43% (SB). b) The results of the implementation in the teacher aspect of cycle I obtained an average of 81,26% (B), and cycle II 93,75% (SB). c) The results of the implementation of aspects of students in cycle I obtained an average of 76,57% (C), and cycle II 85,15% (B). d) The learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 68,81% (K), and sycle II increased to 85,15% (B). Thus, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Canva media can improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila education learning in class IV at UPT SDN 27 Pasar Kambang, Pesisir Selatan Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan adanya riset ini untuk memahami adakah efek antara media buku Pop Up 3D terhadap adanya minat baca siswa kelas II SDN Margorejo I Surabaya.Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Quasi Experiment Design dengan model Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruhsiswa kelas II A sebagai kelas eksperimen yang akan memakai media Pop-Up Book 3D dalam proses pembelajaran dengan jumlah 28 orang dan seluruh siswa kelas II B sebagai kelas kontrol yang akan memakai teks cerita dengan jumlah 28 orang. Metode dalam pengumpulan data yang dipakai peneliti dalam meneliti ialah angket yang diberikan kepada siswa kelas II SDN Margorejo I Surabaya pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran. Teknik penganalisisan data yang akan dipakai peneliti padapenelitian ialah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji mann-whitney. Riset ini dioleh menggunakan IBM SPSS 21 for Windows. Setelah melakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, seluruh informasi data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian tidak berdistribusi normal dan tidak bervariansi homogen. Maka dari itu penelitian ini melanjutkan dengan menggunakan Uji lain yaitu Non Parametric (Uji MannWhitney). Berdasarkan penelitian yang diolah melalui IBM SPSS 21, diketahui dari hasil penelitian dari output “Test Statistics” dalam menguji Mann-Whitney menunjukan bahwa hasil dri nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000<0,05 yangberarti H0 ditolak. Hal tersebut bisa ditarik kesimpulan adanya ketidaksamaan, maka bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada dampak media pembelajaran buku popup 3D terhadap suatu minat membaca siswa kelas II SDN Margorejo 1 Surabaya

Abstract

The Baduy people, an indigenous community in Lebak, Banten, Indonesia, preserve a unique traditional knowledge system rooted in their cultural and spiritual beliefs. This article examines their knowledge systems across agriculture, environmental management, health, and social norms. The Baduy's practices emphasize harmony with nature and sustainable living, as reflected in their farming techniques, forest conservation efforts, and use of traditional medicine. Drawing on expert insights and field studies, this study highlights the resilience and relevance of Baduy knowledge in modern times, offering lessons for sustainable development and cultural preservation. The Baduy people, an indigenous group residing in the Lebak region of Banten, Indonesia, embody a unique cultural identity characterized by their adherence to traditional values and practices. This article aims to explore the knowledge system employed by the Baduy, highlighting its historical context, cultural significance, and the indigenous wisdom that has been passed down through generations. Drawing from various scholarly resources, this study examines the Baduy's relationship with nature, their social structures, and the spiritual beliefs that shape their worldview. Understanding the knowledge system of the Baduy not only enriches the study of anthropology but also promotes the discourse on cultural preservation in the face of modernity.

Abstract

This research is based on a learning process that still uses the lecture method and teachers do not use learning media, so students are not optimal in solving problems. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning Model supported by Cultural Diversity Board Media in improving students' critical thinking skills in class V. This research uses a quantitative Pre-Experimental approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects consisted of 19 class V students. Test data includes pretest and posttest, while non-test interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques include normality test, paired sample test, and N-Gain test. The results of the analysis showed that the average pretest score was 46, while the posttest increased to 81. The results of the paired sample test produced a significance value of -11.763, which shows that there is an influence from implementing PBL with the help of cultural diversity board media in improving critical thinking skills. The n-gain test results show a score of 0.6436, which is in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the PBL learning model assisted by diversity board media is quite effective in improving the critical thinking skills of class V students.
