Abstract

Asrofi, Muhammad. 2025. “Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Aliyah Takhassus Al Sya’iriyah Limpung Kabupaten Batang”. Tesis Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan. Program Pascasarjana Universitas PGRI Semarang. Dosen Pembimbing: 1) Dr. Maryanto, M.Si, 2) Dr. Dyah Nugrahani, M.Hum. Pendidikan di Indonesia telah menerapkan berbagai jenis kurikulum dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu inovasi terbaru dalam perkembangan kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia adalah kurikulum merdeka. Kurikulum ini terbagi menjadi tiga jenis, yaitu mandiri belajar, mandiri berubah, dan mandiri berbagi, yang diterapkan sesuai dengan kesiapan masing-masing jenjang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kurikulum merdeka serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya di MA Takhassus Al Syairiyah Limpung Batang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MA Takhassus Al Syairiyah Limpung Batang telah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat berbagai kendala karena belum semua guru memahami kurikulum merdeka secara menyeluruh. Meskipun demikian, kendala tersebut tidak menjadi hambatan besar bagi kepala madrasah dan para guru dalam mengimplementasikannya. Selain itu, diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka secara optimal.

Abstract

Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) menjadi landasan utama dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada tiga guru kelas IV SD di Sleman, diperoleh informasi bahwa guru membutuhkan contoh modul P5 dengan tema kearifan lokal pada topik tepo seliro, membatik ecogreen, dan wayang punakawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas modul P5. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, kuesioner, dan tes, dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 18 peserta didik kelas IV SD. Pengembangan modul dilakukan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) Analyze, mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner kepada guru kelas IV; (2) Design, melakukan studi pustaka dan menyusun kisi-kisi modul; (3) Develop, membuat modul, melakukan validasi dengan empat validator, serta merevisi modul berdasarkan masukan; (4) Implement, menguji coba modul pada peserta didik kelas IV SD Kanisius Totogan; (5) Evaluate, menganalisis hasil pretest dan posttest yang diberikan kepada peserta didik. Hasil penilaian kualitas modul menunjukkan rata-rata skor 3,8 dalam kategori “sangat baik,” modul ini layak untuk diujicobakan setelah revisi. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest pada projek wayang punakawan, terjadi peningkatan nilai pada seluruh peserta didik, dengan rata-rata skor dari 37% meningkat menjadi 84%. Sementara itu, hasil projek berupa wayang punakawan telah membantu peserta didik memahami lebih dalam mengenai karakter, nilai moral, serta peran wayang dalam budaya lokal. Hal ini juga meningkatkan apresiasi mereka terhadap seni pertunjukan tradisional serta keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan kolaboratif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis program kewirausahaan sosial di sekolah dan dampaknya terhadap pemberdayaan komunitas lokal. Dengan menggunakan metodologi kajian pustaka, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai literatur yang membahas konsep kewirausahaan sosial, implementasi program di lingkungan sekolah, serta keterlibatannya dalam memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar. Kewirausahaan sosial di sekolah tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam bidang bisnis berbasis sosial, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap pembangunan komunitas melalui solusi inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa program ini memiliki potensi besar dalam menciptakan dampak positif bagi komunitas lokal, terutama dalam aspek ekonomi, pendidikan, dan sosial. Program kewirausahaan sosial di sekolah dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membangun keterampilan kewirausahaan generasi muda sekaligus memperkuat hubungan antara sekolah dan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan yang lebih luas dari pemangku kepentingan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan program ini.

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of student service management on improving non-academic achievement, with a focus on the aspects of planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. The results from the planning phase show that well-designed service programs tailored to students' needs can facilitate the development of non-academic skills such as leadership, cooperation, and communication abilities. In the organizing phase, clear role distribution and collaboration between teachers, counselors, and school staff enhanced the program's effectiveness. The program implementation was optimal when participatory learning methods and diverse extracurricular activities were applied, which significantly increased student engagement. Consistent supervision and regular evaluations also played a critical role in ensuring the sustainability and continuous improvement of the services. Overall, well-executed student service management contributes to the enhancement of non-academic achievements, boosting students' confidence, social skills, and active participation

Abstract

This study found that fifth-grade elementary school students have low numeracy skills due to the lack of use of models and learning media. To address this issue, the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Kahoot was used. This study aims to evaluate the effects of the model on students' numeracy skills and the activity of using Kahoot. The methodology used is Quasi-Experimental quantitative research with a Posttest-Only Control Group design. The research population consists of fifthgrade students at Hang Tuah 10 Juanda Elementary School, with a sample of all students from classes V-A and V-D totaling 42 students, selected using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Information was collected through tests and observations, using test sheets and student activity observation sheets as instruments. Data processing involves normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests (T-test). The results of the T-test show that Problem Based Learning assisted by Kahoot significantly improves students' numeracy skills. In addition, observations show that students are actively engaged in various learning activities in the classroom. It is concluded that the use of Kahoot as a learning medium has a positive impact on the improvement of students' numeracy skills.

Abstract

The transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the digital era has become a necessity in facing technological developments and changes in the characteristics of students, especially Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of digital-based PAI, as well as to formulate strategies that can increase the effectiveness of religious learning in the modern era. The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach, which examines various academic sources, journals, books, and reports related to the development of digitalization in religious education. The results of the study show that the digitalization of PAI faces challenges such as minimal digital literacy among educators, limited access to technology for some students, and the potential for misuse of technology. However, there are also various opportunities, such as increasing accessibility of learning resources, the use of attractive interactive media, and the ease of personalizing learning according to the needs of students. The novelty of this study lies in the strategic analysis that highlights the importance of increasing digital competence for educators, developing adaptive technology-based curriculum, and optimizing digital platforms as a more inclusive and effective medium for Islamic preaching and education for Generation Z. Thus, the transformation of PAI in the digital era can be a more relevant means of forming character and contextual understanding of religion for the younger generation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the public relations strategy for increasing new student enrollment at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Paiton. Using a case study-based qualitative approach, this research explores the various promotional methods applied by the school's public relations, including the utilization of social media, organizing open houses, cooperation with kindergartens/early childhood, and fostering public relations. The results showed that well-planned and innovative PR strategies contributed significantly to the increase in the number of new students. The application of social media as a means of communication and promotion, as well as active interaction with audiences, are key factors in attracting prospective students and parents. In addition, open house programs and collaboration with other educational institutions also support the effectiveness of new student enrollment campaigns. With a sustainable and research-based strategy, SD Muhammadiyah 1 Paiton is able to increase its competitiveness in the world of education.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low reading comprehension skills of students at Sanggar Bimbingan Kepong, Malaysia. One of the influencing factors is the lack of engaging learning media. This study aims to analyze the effect of flipbook with sequential images on improving students' reading comprehension skills. The research method used was a one-group pre-test post-test design with a sample of 10 students. Data were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, and hypothesis test. The results showed that the research instrument was valid and reliable, with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.824. The normality test indicated that the pre-test and post-test data were normally distributed. The hypothesis test using the paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between the pre-test (70.70) and post-test (81.90) scores, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). This proves that using a flipbook with sequential images positively impacts students' reading comprehension skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran bermuatan culturally responsive teaching berbasis storybird pada materi cerita rakyat untuk peserta didik kelas VI di SD Negeri 105289 Kolam pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2023/2025. Penelitian ini melibatkan 19 peserta didik kelas VI sebagai subjek penelitian, 2 validasi ahli dengan tujuan menguji validitas media pembelajaran bermuatan culturally responsive teaching berbantuan storybird dan 1 guru untuk menguji praktikalitas media pembelajaran bermuatan culturally responsive teaching berbantuan storybird dalam mata pelajaran bahasa indonesia dalam kurikulum merdeka. Validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli desain media menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran bermuatan culturally responsive teaching berbantuan storybird mendapatkan skor tinggi, ahli materi memberikan skor 88 dari skor maksimal 100 dengan persentase (88%) dan ahli desain media memberikan skor 122 dari skor maksimal 150 dengan persentase (81,3%). Guru memberikan skor tinggi untuk uji praktikalitas dengan skor 74 dari skor maksimal 75 dengan persentase (98,6%), dengan semua aspek seperti tampilan, penyajian, materi, dan bahasa mendapatkan kategori “sangat layak” dan “sangat valid”. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar peserta didik yang dilihat dari perbandingan skor pre-test dan post test peserta didik, skor hasil pre-test adalah 56,6 sementara skor hasil post-test adalah 85,05 dengan peningkatan sebesar 28,45. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran bermuatan culturally responsive teaching berbantuan storybird “sangat layak” digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dan dapat meningkatkan ketampilan menulis cerita rakyat peserta didik

Abstract

Preserving local wisdom is an important part of maintaining the cultural identity of a region. In Aro Village, Batanghari, Keramba Apung dance and music are one of the artistic expressions that reflect the life of coastal communities. This art not only functions as entertainment, but also as a medium for cultural education for the younger generation. This article discusses the role of Keramba Apung dance and music in preserving local wisdom and its potential as a means of cultural education in Aro Village. With a qualitative approach through observation and interviews with local artists, this study reveals the philosophical values, history, and development strategies for this art so that it remains sustainable amidst the flow of modernization. The results of the study show that Keramba Apung dance and music contain educational values ​​that teach about harmony with nature, social solidarity, and respect for ancestral heritage. Therefore, efforts to preserve this art need support from the local government, cultural communities, and educational institutions so that it remains alive and develops as the cultural identity of Aro Village.
