Abstract

Matematika adalah mata pelajaran penting dalam pendidikan, dan guru memiliki peran penting dalam mendidik siswa. Namun, skor rata-rata guru pada Tes Kompetensi Guru dari tahun 2015 hingga 2017 berada di bawah standar, menunjukkan kurangnya kualitas dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang bermakna, guru harus menguasai kompetensi dasar, seperti Pengetahuan Konten Pedagogi (PCK), yang mengintegrasikan pengetahuan konten dan pedagogi. Guru berpengalaman memiliki lima tahun atau lebih pengalaman mengajar, sedangkan guru pemula memiliki kurang dari lima tahun. Studi ini berfokus pada Pengetahuan Konten Pedagogi (PCK) guru dalam pembelajaran matematika di SD Negeri Batangkaluku, Kecamatan Somba Opu, Kabupaten Gowa. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan guru berdasarkan PCK untuk guru pemula dan berpengalaman, dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar dan efektivitas mengajar secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik guru pemula maupun berpengalaman menunjukkan kemahiran di berbagai komponen pengajaran, unggul dalam pemahaman kurikulum, metode pengajaran, penilaian, dan pemanfaatan sumber daya. Baik guru pemula maupun berpengalaman sama-sama mahir dalam memperoleh umpan balik, merangsang minat belajar siswa, menghubungkan pembelajaran matematika dengan aplikasi kehidupan nyata, dan menguasai materi pelajaran.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of differentiated learning on critical thinking skills and academic achievement in IPAS among fifth-grade students in Srumbung Subdistrict, Magelang Regency. The study aims to enhance students' critical thinking and academic performance through instructional approaches that accommodate diverse learning needs. This quantitative research employs a survey method with 94 students aged 11 to 13 from eight elementary schools with Guru Penggerak. Data were collected using a Likert scale for differentiated learning, essay tests for critical thinking, and multiple-choice tests for academic achievement. Data analysis includes normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests, followed by regression and hypothesis testing using t-tests and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that differentiated learning significantly influences students' critical thinking and academic achievement. These results emphasize the importance of implementing differentiated instruction in elementary schools to improve learning outcomes. This study provides insights for educators in adopting effective teaching strategies that support diverse student needs and foster better learning experiences. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa, yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan model pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang efektif serta minimnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan LKPD digital terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa pada materi grafik persamaan linear dua variabel di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Mataram tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimental Design dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta desain posttest-only control. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, dengan kelas VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan perlakuan berupa model PBL berbantuan LKPD digital, dan kelas VIII B sebagai kelas kontrol yang diajar menggunakan model direct instruction. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen (78) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol (73). Berdasarkan perhitungan uji-t menggunakan SPSS dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%, diperoleh nilai , yang ≤ 0,05, sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Selain itu, hasil uji effect size menunjukkan nilai 0,550, yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang, yang berarti bahwa model PBL berbantuan LKPD digital memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the role of individual counseling service management in improving career maturity of grade XII students at SMAN 1 Menganti Gresik. Career maturity is an indicator of an individual's readiness to make decisions related to career choices and can affect students' success in planning their future. Meanwhile, individual counseling services have a very important role in supporting the development of students' career maturity through a personal approach that helps students understand their potential, interests, and career choices that are in accordance with their background and abilities. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of grade XII students, supervising teachers, and principals. The data obtained were then analyzed using a descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that individual counseling services at SMAN 1 Menganti Gresik had a positive impact on improving students' career maturity. Students who participated in counseling services felt more confident in determining career choices and were better able to understand their potential. In addition, this service also helped students overcome confusion and anxiety related to their future careers. Several factors that influenced the success of counseling services included the involvement of competent counselors, support from parents, and good communication between students and counselors. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools continue to optimize individual counseling services by improving counselor competence, expanding access to career-related information, and involving parents in the counseling process to support the development of students' career maturity. Improving counseling service facilities and infrastructure is also needed to create a supportive environment for students in planning their future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas pelaksanaan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Calon Guru di SD Islam Sultan Agung 1.3 Semarang. Penelitian ini penting karena dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah serta mempersiapkan mahasiswa PPG agar menjadi guru yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Penelitian ini melibatkan mahasiswa PPL PPG bidang studi PGSD di SD Islam Sultan Agung 1.3 Semarang, dengan lima mahasiswa sebagai informan. Pelaksanaan PPL yang baik dapat membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir analitis, reflektif, serta membangun identitas sebagai guru melalui pengalaman langsung di lapangan. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, mahasiswa menghadapi kendala seperti terbatasnya jadwal. Meski demikian, komunikasi yang baik antara mahasiswa dan pihak sekolah dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. PPL memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk guru yang profesional dan berkualitas di masa depan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan beberapa langkah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas PPL, seperti meningkatkan komunikasi antara mahasiswa dan pihak sekolah, menyusun jadwal yang lebih fleksibel, serta menyediakan fasilitas yang lebih memadai di sekolah. Dengan mengatasi kendala tersebut, diharapkan PPL dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien, sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan kompetensinya dengan lebih baik sebagai calon guru yang siap terjun ke dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

This evaluative study aims to assess the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in mathematics learning at public junior high schools in Duampanua Subdistrict, Pinrang Regency. The research uses the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and interviews with school principals, mathematics teachers, and students. The collected data were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The study's findings indicate that: (1) the Operational Curriculum of Educational Units (KOSP) has been implemented as expected; (2) the capacity of educational units still requires improvements to fully support the optimal implementation of the Independent Curriculum; (3) the mathematics learning process meets the established criteria; (4) students' mathematics learning outcomes have shown excellent results, in line with the Criteria for the Achievement of Learning Objectives (KKTP).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of SMORDS media in improving elementary school student learning outcomes using the ONCE learning model. By using a type of classroom action research (PTK) and the methods used in collecting data are observation and interviews. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Salatiga 06 with a sample of two classes, namely classes VI A and VI B. The results of this research can be seen that after providing material treatment using Smart Words (SMORDS) media in Indonesian language learning, students were able to develop critical thinking skills, creativity and improve their learning outcomes as evidenced by the results of evaluation tests carried out which resulted in students getting a score of 81-100 and a percentage of 60%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of technology as a medium in learning Islamic Religious Education. The focus of this research will explore the creativity of teachers in utilizing technology as a medium for learning Islamic Religious Education at MAN 1 Medan, analyzing the types of technology used, innovations in its use, and obstacles in its application. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methodology with the aim of offering a comprehensive summary of real-world, systematic, and factual circumstances and events relating to various variables, properties, and connections among phenomena. The results showed that PAI teachers at MAN 1 Medan have their own creativity and ways of utilizing technology as learning media in the form of utilizing applications such as canva, utilizing social media as a learning platform, using smart TVs to conduct presentations, and even utilizing free quiz websites and learning games.

Abstract

Given the increasingly widespread development of the times that can be seen through electronic or non-electronic media, which can ultimately give the impression of a nation that is increasingly experiencing a prolonged crisis of ethics and trust. This research aims to be able to find out the efforts to form the Islamic character of students in learning, as well as knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors of efforts to form the Islamic character of students through learning mahfudzot at MTS Mawaridussalam Islamic boarding school. The method used in this research is qualitative research, through the process of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in the research uses a technique consisting of three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and also conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that the implementation of Mahfudzot learning in fostering the Islamic character of students at the Mawaridussalam Islamic boarding school uses storytelling, memorization, and singing strategies. The supporting factors found in the implementation of Mahfudzot learning are the high motivation of the students and competent teachers. As for the inhibiting factor, it is the laziness that occurs by the students. The conclusion in the study states that the implementation of Mahfudzot learning in fostering the Islamic character of students at the Mawaridussalam Islamic boarding school can be categorized as good in accordance with the standard provisions of the theory that has been described with the help of adapted source material.
