Abstract

This study aims to precisely identify students' errors based on Newman's theory in solving mathematical word problems related to addition and subtraction in 1st grade. The research was conducted at SD XYZ Bogor during the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The sample consisted of three 1st-grade students from the 2024/2025 academic year who had mathematics test scores below the standard. These students were selected based on Newman's error classification criteria to serve as data sources for the study. The study focuses on identifying the types of errors students experience according to Newman's five error types, the factors contributing to these errors, and the strategies employed to address them. The data sources include two mathematics teachers and three 1st-grade students from SD XYZ Bogor. Data collection methods used in this study include observation, interviews, written tests, and documentation. The data analysis follows the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, which consists of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research showed that there are five types of students’ error according to Newman’s theory. Those are reading errors, comperhension errors, transformation errors, process skill errors, and encoding errors which were caused by many factors. In this study, the researcher also implemented some strategies to help the students understand and solve mathematical word problems related to addition and subtraction by doing role playing strategy, made learning video, quiz, and questions test according to students’ need. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi secara tepat kesalahan siswa berdasarkan teori Newman dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika terkait penjumlahan dan pengurangan di kelas 1. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD XYZ Bogor pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Sampel terdiri dari tiga siswa kelas 1 tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang memiliki nilai tes matematika di bawah standar. Siswa-siswa ini dipilih berdasarkan kriteria klasifikasi kesalahan Newman untuk dijadikan sumber data penelitian. Penelitian ini berfokus pada mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis kesalahan yang dialami siswa menurut lima jenis kesalahan Newman, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesalahan tersebut, dan strategi yang digunakan untuk mengatasinya. Sumber data meliputi dua guru matematika dan tiga siswa kelas 1 SD XYZ Bogor. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, tes tertulis, dan dokumentasi. Di dalam analisis data, peneliti menggunakan analisis Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima jenis kesalahan siswa menurut teori Newman, yaitu kesalahan membaca, kesalahan pemahaman, kesalahan transformasi, kesalahan keterampilan proses, dan kesalahan jawaban yang disebabkan oleh banyak faktor. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti juga menerapkan beberapa strategi untuk membantu siswa memahami dan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika terkait penjumlahan dan pengurangan dengan melakukan strategi bermain peran, membuat video pembelajaran, kuis, dan soal tes sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi perencanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) pada Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar UPT SPF SD Negeri Tabaringan 5 Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan yakni penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan dalam implementasi P5 dimulai dari pembentukan tim pelaksana proyek oleh kepala sekolah yang terdiri dari guru kelas dengan kesiapan guru masih berada di kategori berkembang. Tema P5 yang di implementasikan terdiri dari dua tema yang akan dilaksanakan selama satu tahun diantaranya adalah kearifan lokal dan bangunlah jiwa raganya, penentuan tema sejalan dengan jumlah tema yang di tetapkan pada panduan pengembangan P5 pada kurikulum merdeka yakni jenjang sekolah dasar dua sampai tiga tema periode satu tahun. Pemetaan alokasi jam pelajaran serta penyusunan modul masih perlu di kembangkan. Pelaksanaan yang kurang maksimal tidak terlepas dari pemahaman guru yang masih minim terkait pelaksanaan P5. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan agar sekolah mewadahi fasilitas pelatihan khusus bagi guru untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan terkait P5, dan melakukan evaluasi serta monitoring secara berkala oleh tim pelaksana untuk memastikan kesesuaian antara rencana dan implementasi proyek. Diharapkan kedepan implementasi P5 di sekolah lebih maksimal sehingga implementasi P5 sejalan dengan perencanaan kurikulum operasional sekolah.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil pengujian: (1) Pengaruh Antara Metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Metode Ekspositori Terhadap hasil belajar PAI Siswa, (2) Pengaruh Antara motivasi Belajar tinggi dan rendah Terhadap hasil belajar PAI Siswa, (3) Interaksi Antara Metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan motivasi Belajar Terhadap hasil belajar PAI Siswa kelas IX Di SMPN 2 Jabon. Penelitian yang bersifat eksperimen ini dilaksanakan menggunakan rancangan faktorial design 2x2. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX yang terdiri empat kelas dengan 128 siswa di SMPN 2 Jabon. Subyek yang menjadi fokus eksperimen diambil acak klasikal, yaitu empat kelas ABCD dari kelas 9 Di SMPN 2 Jabon. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara Metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan Metode Ekspositori terhadap hasil belajar PAI siswa. Pembelajaran PAI dengan menggunakan Metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) menghasilkan hasil belajar PAI siswa lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Metode Ekspositori, (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar PAI siswa yang memiliki Motivasi Belajar tinggi dengan siswa yang memiliki Motivasi Belajar rendah. Siswa-siswa yang mempunyai tingkat Motivasi Belajar tinggi menghasilkan prestasi belajar PAI lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa-siswa yang mempunyai tingkat Motivasi Belajar rendah, dan (3) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap hasil belajar PAI. Pembelajaran PAI dengan menggunakan Metode Problem Based Learning (PBL), siswa-siswa yang mempunyai tingkat Motivasi Belajar tinggimempunyai hasil belajar PAI lebih baik dibandingkan siswa-siswa yang mempunyai tingkat Motivasi Belajar rendah. Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah terkait implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis film pada mata pelajaran SKI di MTs Hidayatul Islamiyah Bandar Lampung dengan pendekatan kualitatif Studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SKI dan siswa. Sedangkan pengumpulan data terhadap pelaksanaan penelitian penulis melakukan observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, penulis menggunakan Teknik triangulasi pengumpulan data untuk memastikan data itu benar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penerapan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Film Pada Mata Pelajaran SKI kelas VII yaitu, guru SKI sudah melakukan langkahlangkah penerapan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Film Pada Mata Pelajaran SKI kelas VII sesuai dengan teori yang ada. (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat yaitu, faktor pendukung penerapan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Film meliput, ketersediaan alat dan media di madrasah sebetulnya sudah cukup memadai seperti infocus dan computer, ketersediaan buku di perpustakaan cukup memadai dan pada faktor penghambat tidak ditemukan bahwa guru SKI mengalami kesulitan ketika menghadapi kemampuan siswa. Guru SKI juga tidak tampak mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan film yang sesuai dengan materi pelajaran

Abstract

Teacher and lecturer certification is one of the important policies in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This policy aims to ensure that educators have adequate competence in accordance with national standards. This study analyzes teacher and lecturer certification policies with a focus on implementation, impact, and challenges faced. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from various sources such as journals, government reports, and policy documents. The results of the study indicate that certification has had a positive impact on improving the welfare of teachers and lecturers, but there are still challenges in terms of equity, quality of implementation, and ongoing evaluation. Policy recommendations are proposed to improve the certification system to make it more effective and sustainable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a Smart Box app for children aged 5-6 years. Type of development research (R&D) with the ADDIE research method (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). The subjects used in this research were 12 children aged 5-6 years. The data collection method uses observation and the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The score results from this research and development were that in the first trial the APE Kotak Pintar got a score of 17 with a percentage of 53.2%, then in the second trial it got a score of 23 with a percentage of 71.8%, for the third trial it got a score of 28 with a percentage of 87. .5% and in the fourth or final trial, they got a score of 30 with a percentage of 93.7%. The results of the cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years had increased, which can be seen from the final results of the trial, the average child was in the Very Well Developed category. (BSB). Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the APE Smart Box can stimulate cognitive development in children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

In the digital era, innovation in teaching methods is essential to increase student learning interest. One effective solution is the use of technology-based media, such as Quizizz, which offers interactive and engaging learning experiences. At SDN Pademawu Timur 5, conventional teaching methods still dominate, leading to low student participation and interest in Pancasila Education. This research aims to examine the influence of using Quizizz on enhancing the learning interest of 5th-grade students in Pancasila Education. Employing a qualitative approach and a case study method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research subjects consisted of 5th-grade students and Pancasila Education teachers, with data validity strengthened through triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation of Quizizz positively contributes to increasing students' learning interest. Students became more enthusiastic and active compared to conventional lecture methods. Quizizz’s gamification features, such as ranking systems and instant feedback, further boosted student motivation. However, some challenges were identified, including limited device availability and student adaptation to technology. To overcome these obstacles, the school provided additional devices as well as capacity-building programs for educators and learners to maximize the effectiveness of Quizizz utilization. Overall, the use of Quizizz has proven effective in increasing student interest in Pancasila Education. The results of this research can function as a valuable reference for educational institutions in incorporating technology into the learning process to improve the overall quality of education.

Abstract

The advancement of technology in the education sector encourages innovation in The advancement of interactive learning media, including the use of Canva as a tool in the learning process at various levels. This literature review aims to analyze research trends related to the development of interactive learning media assisted by Canva in the period 2020–2025. This research applies a literature study method by reviewing various scientific articles, proceedings, and related research reports. The study findings indicate that the utilization of Canva in learning at various levels is increasing, especially in increasing student engagement, teacher creativity, and the effectiveness of material delivery. In addition, the study also shows that Canva has advantages in ease of access, design flexibility, and the ability to support various student learning styles. However, its implementation faces several challenges, including limited access to digital devices and the need for training for teachers. In conclusion, the use of Canva as an interactive learning media has great potential In enhancing the quality of education at various levels, but infrastructure support and training are needed for educators so that its implementation is more optimal. According to the findings of the MOST analysis, there are certain shortcomings in The creation of interactive learning media utilizing Canva. Some of them are the lack of support for independent learning without teacher assistance, the need for additional technology to access the media, and the development carried out on materials with phenomena that are actually easy for students to observe

Abstract

Deep learning is defined as an approach that emphasizes conceptual understanding and critical application of knowledge. The research aims to provide both theoretical and functional assistance in developing deep learning approaches that fit the context of elementary schools especially in mathematics learning. The methods used are qualitative with an engineering triangulation approach, including observations and interviews. The study subjects consisted of teachers and students in elementary schools. The collected data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that the application of Deep Learning to mathematical studies has a positive effect on students' understanding. This method encourages students' active involvement through various interactive activities, such as simulations and experiments, making the learning process more meaningful and enjoyable. However, the application of this method is also faced with a number of challenges, such as limited time to complete the curriculum and uneven access to technology among students.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of principal leadership, academic supervision and school climate on teacher performance. Quantitative research method with primary data. The research population was all elementary school teachers in Semarang City.Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with Cronbach alpha which includes validity test, reliability test, Three Box Method analysis and SEM PLS analysis. The results of the study statistically showed that the effect of School Climate on Teacher Performance was significant with a p value <0.05, T statistics> 1.96, and a positive path coefficient of 0.326. The effect of Academic Supervision on School Climate is significant with a p value <0.05, T statistics >1.96, and a positive path coefficient of 0.446. the effect of Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance is significant with a p value <0.05, T statistics >1.96, and a positive path coefficient of 0.206. The indirect effect of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance through School Climate shows a significance of 0.130 with a path coefficient of 0.130, the p value obtained <0.05. The indirect effect of Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance through School Climate shows a significance of 0.145 with a path coefficient of 0.145. The p value obtained is <0.05. Principal Leadership, Academic Supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on Teacher Performance, indicated by the calculated F value of 270.570> F table (2.629). The contribution of all exogenous variables to teacher performance is 68.4%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that principal leadership, academic supervision, and school climate simultaneously affect teacher performance in Semarang City.
