Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

This research was conducted in two cycles. The subject of the research was fourth grade students of Generasi Bangsa Elementary School with a total of 31 people consisting of 12 boys and 19 girls. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and test techniques. The results showed an increase in cycle I from a total of 31 students who completed 13 people with a percentage of completeness of 41.93% while 18 students who did not complete with a percentage of unfinished 58.06%. In cycle II, the number of students who completed 25 people with a percentage of 80.63% while students who did not complete 6 people with a percentage of 19.35% unsuccessful. Based on the results of the research above, learning about the form of substances and their changes through canva learning media can improve student learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the increase in the maximum value of completeness yes.

This study aims to produce literacy learning media through fairy tales in Indonesian language learning for grade V in Elementary Schools that are valid and practical. The method in this study uses the Research & Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection used in the form of observation sheets, expert validation questionnaires and student response questionnaires and tests. Based on the results of data assessment using media expert validation, a percentage of 85.45% was obtained with a very valid category, material expert validation obtained a percentage value of 80% with a very valid category and for language expert validation obtained a percentage value of 87.5% with a valid category then the results of the student response questionnaire analysis from the one to one results obtained an average value of 83.33% with a very practical category, in the small group results obtained 81.45%, with a very practical category. Thus it can be concluded that literacy learning media through fairy tales in Indonesian language learning for grade V in Elementary Schools can be said to be valid and practical

This research is motivated by the lack of media use in science learning evaluation activities, teachers still rely on simple media such as paper media for providing practice questions so that students find it difficult to understand the images displayed on paper because the images on the questions are not clearly visible. Lack of knowledge about the types of interactive media is one of the factors that teachers still use simple media and teachers who are less competent in applying technology properly are one of the reasons teachers still use paper media in science learning evaluation activities. This study aims to describe the analysis of the Quizizz application as a science learning evaluation media. This study is a descriptive qualitative study that describes and analyzes in depth the features contained in the Quizizz application and describes the procedures for using the Quizizz application as a learning evaluation media. The data collection technique uses a documentation study, most of which is research data in the form of images regarding the features of the Quizizz application. The results of the study show that there are many features in Quizizz that can be utilized by teachers as a medium in evaluating science learning, there are 12 types of question maker features that can be accompanied by images, various features can make it easier for teachers to share practice questions practically and efficiently so that the Quizizz application is worthy of being utilized and used by teachers as a medium in evaluating science learning.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing the social inquiry learning model supported by Kahoot media in optimizing curiosity and learning independence among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Mangkubumen Wetan Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through triangulation techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 28 students, the classroom teacher, and the principal. The findings indicate that integrating social inquiry with Kahoot significantly improved student’s curiosity, as shown by increased enthusiasm for asking question and exploring material-rising from an estimate of 30% to 50%. Meanwhile, learning independence began to develop through student’s initiative and responsibility, though not yet fully optimal. Kahoot fostered a learning environment that was interactive, fun, and competitive, thereby enhancing student motivation and engagement. In conclusion, the social inquiry model supported by interactive digital media such as Kahoot is effective in shaping students’ critical thinking, curiosity, and independence learning behavior

This study aims to determine the effect of the resitation method using mind mapping media on the ability to write announcements in class V elementary school announcement material. This research was conducted because of the lack of ability of students in making announcements in accordance with the procedure, resulting in students not being able to achieve the KKTP (criteria for achieving learning objectives) that has been determined with a score of 75 according to the provisions. The type of research used is quantitative using pre- experimental with one group pretest- posttest. The data collection technique in this study was a writing skill test and student activity observation results. The results of the research on this data begin with the validation of the questions carried out using spss and get a score on each question <0.05 then H0 is accepted and declared valid, then the reliability test gets the results 0.897> 0.07 then declared reliable, and the data normality test gets the p-value 0.200> 0.05 then H0 is accepted so that the residuals are normally distributed, the last homogeneity test gets p-value 0.934> 0.05 then H0 is accepted so that the residuals are homogeneous. The results of the effect of the resitation method on students' announcement writing ability reached 0.004 <0.05 so that H0 was rejected in the simple linear regression hypothesis test, meaning that there was an influence in the implementation of learning. The results of the observation of student activities got an average of 20.09 obtained from the Likert scale, while the results of the ability to write student announcements reached 73% with a high category obtained from N-Gain based on spss calculations and showed an increase which previously only obtained 30% or 6 students in a total of 22 students in class V, so this method can be used to improve the ability to write announcements in grade V elementary school students.

To increase student learning motivation, teachers play an important role in creating an interesting learning atmosphere, one of which is through learning media. One of the effective media is the South Sumatra folklore book, a form of literature, which helps increase motivation in learning PPkn. This study aims to develop learning media for grade III in elementary schools that are valid, practical and potential effects. The type of research used is reseach and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques through tests, questionnaires and documentation. With a population of 23 grade II students of SDN 16 Palembang. Data analysis techniques used through quantitative techniques and qualitative techniques. The results showed that the validation results obtained an assessment with a percentage of 90% "very valid. This study aims to determine the effect of dakon media on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade III students of SDN 68 Palembang with the material of the relationship between standard units of weight. This type of research is quantitative experimental research with a posttest only control design. With a sample of class III A and class III B totaling 44 students. With data collection techniques using tests and documentation. The results of the study in the control class obtained an average posttest score of 61.48, the data shows that the learning outcomes of the control class still do not meet the minimum completeness criteria for learning outcomes, which is 70. In the experimental class, the average posttest score was 76.56 and the data shows that the learning outcomes of the experimental class meet the minimum completeness criteria for learning outcomes. While the normality test shows that the posttest data of the two groups of students, namely the control class and the experimental class, have a data distribution that is normally distributed with a significant value in the control class of 0.96 and 0.84 in the experimental class. The results of the homogeneity test obtained were 0.963, greater than 0.05 and can be stated as homogeneous. In the hypothesis test of the t-test (independent sample t-test) obtained a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.004 < less than 0.025 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of dakon unit media on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade III students of SDN 68 Palembang

Based on initial observations at SD Negeri 98 Palembang conducted by researchers, problems were found, namely Researchers obtained information that the science learning process uses teaching materials in the form of modules, printed books and pictures and uses lecture learning methods so that students experience boredom in learning activities. Therefore, the solution to this problem is that researchers want to develop learning media based on mobile learning adventure maze chase in science learning with the ADDIE model. This research method uses the research and development method with the limits of expert assessment and practicality research. Expert assessments are carried out on material experts and media experts, while practicality is with teachers and students. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis techniques use average scores. The results of the development stage are to produce learning media products based on mobile learning adventure maze chase in science learning in grade IV of elementary school. The results of the media expert assessment show that the learning media based on mobile learning adventure maze chase with an average score of 41.5. Thus, it can be concluded that learning media based on mobile learning adventure maze chase in science learning in grade IV of elementary school is included in the valid category. From the results of practitioners, namely teachers and students, an average score of 45.05 was obtained, it can be concluded that the practicality of learning media based on mobile learning adventure maze chase in science learningin grade IV of elementary school is included in the very feasible category

Salah satu konten media sosial yang sangat relevan untuk menumbuhkan sikap peduli lingkungan adalah konten edukatif dari Pandawara Group, yaitu sekelompok anak muda yang aktif melakukan aksi bersih-bersih lingkungan dan membagikannya melalui TikTok Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) berupa posttest-only design. Desain ini digunakan untuk melihat perbedaan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa tayangan video Pandawara Group melalui media sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran berbasis media sosial Pandawara Group mampu meningkatkan Sikap Peduli Lingkungan siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai data angket kelas Eksperimen sebesar 80,50 lebih besar dari nilai data angket kelas kontrol dengan nilai sebesar 63,42 dan observasi dengan hasil kelas kontrol 63,73 dan kelas eksperimen mendapat hasil 89,1. Hal tersebut menunjukkan media sosial pandawara group berpengaruh besar terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan siswa, pada Tema 8 Subtema 1 kelas V di SDN 18 Banyuasin 1.

Critical thinking is the ability to analyze information logically and objectively in order to make decisions or solve problems. Based on the results of observations at SDN 1 Ujung Tanjung, it is known that the learning outcomes of fourth grade students in IPAS subjects have not yet reached the Criteria for Achieving Learning Objectives (KKTP). In addition, student activeness and their critical thinking skills are also still low. This study aims to analyze the critical thinking skills of fourth grade students in IPAS learning, especially on natural resources material. The object of this research was selected based on purposive sampling technique because to determine the research sample in accordance with certain criteria so that the sample taken is in accordance with the research objectives, the informants of this study were grade IV students of SDN 1 Ujung Tanjung to conduct a critical thinking ability test totaling 30 students and grade IV teachers of SDN 1 Ujung Tanjung who provided information about the situation and conditions of the educational setting. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach through field research, to get an in-depth picture of students' critical thinking skills. In this study, qualitative data were obtained using test techniques, interviews, and documentation. While primary sources, from the results of critical thinking ability tests, interview results, and documentation. The results showed that students' critical thinking skills were still at a low level. Of the 30 students sampled, 8 students (26.67%) were in the high category, 9 students (30%) in the medium category, and 13 students (43.33%) in the low category. This finding indicates the need to apply more effective learning strategies to improve students' critical thinking skills in IPAS learning
