Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi kerja, pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan (PKL), dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK di Kabupaten Jombang. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan studi kasus. Penelitian ini melibatkan semua siswa SMK yang memiliki kompetensi keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di Kabupaten Jombang, totalnya 603 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 240 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda dengan berbantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja, pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan (PKL), dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK di Kabupaten Jombang. Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Kesiapan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL)

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in the subject of Naturaland Social Sciences (IPAS) through the application of the Project Based Learning(PjBL) learning model. The subjects in this study were grade V students of SDNegeri 067257 Medan. The method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK)which was carried out in two cycles where each cycle consisted of two meetings.Each cycle consisted of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflectionstages. Data collection techniques were carried out through learning outcometests, observation of student activities, and documentation. The results of thestudy showed that the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) modelcould improve students' learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase inthe average value of student learning outcome completion from the pre-cycle of38% to cycle I obtaining a score of 77% and then to cycle II with a score of 92%.Thus, the application of Project Based Learning has proven effective in improvingthe learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 067257 Medan.

This study aims to improve the interest in learning mathematics of fourth gradestudents of SD Negeri 105375 Sukasari through the application of the inquirylearning model. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR)which is carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques are carried out throughobservation, documentation, and student learning interest questionnaires which arecompiled based on indicators of feelings of pleasure, involvement, interest,attention, and learning awareness. The questionnaire instrument uses a Likert scalewith five answer choices. The results of the study showed a significant increase instudent learning interest. In cycle I, the average percentage of student learninginterest only reached 46.54%, included in the "quite interested" category. Aftercorrective actions were taken in cycle II, the average percentage of learning interestincreased to 85.52%, which is in the "highly interested" category according to theclassification criteria used in this study. This increase shows that the application ofthe inquiry learning model with the support of Canva animated video media iseffective in increasing student learning interest in mathematics lessons.

This study aims to develop diorama-based instructional media on the topic "MyIndonesia is Rich in Culture" to enhance the learning motivation of fourth-gradestudents at SDS IT Nurul Ikhwan. The research was conducted due to the lowlearning motivation among students, which was caused by the use of basic teachingmethods such as lectures and the lack of media utilization in the learning process.The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model,consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, andEvaluation. The subjects of the study were 20 fourth-grade students, with theinvolvement of subject matter experts and media experts for validation. Thevalidation results showed that the media was highly feasible, with a score of 90%from the subject expert and 87.5% from the media expert. The teacher's responsereached 92%, and the students’ response was 89%. The average student motivationscore increased from 66.55 to 85.15 after using the media, showing an improvementof 27.98%. This increase occurred across all motivational aspects based onMaslow’s theory. The diorama-based learning media proved to be effective inpresenting cultural content in a visual, engaging, and enjoyable way, andsignificantly improved students’ learning motivation.

One of the challenges in the IPAS (Science and Social Studies Integration) learning processin Grade V of elementary school is the low student interest in the topic “My Proud Region,”which is taught by highlighting the Batak Karo ethnic group of Biru-Biru. The lack of varietyin learning media is a major factor contributing to the low student participation inunderstanding the material. This study aims to design and develop Mind Mapping learningmedia using the Canva application to enhance students' understanding and engagementduring the learning process. The approach used is Research and Development (R&D) withthe ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Thesubjects of this research are Grade V students of SD Negeri 101812 Namo Tualang BiruBiru. Data collection techniques include observation and expert validation questionnaires(content, media, and language), as well as trials with teachers and students. The resultsshow that the Mind Mapping learning media using Canva is considered highly feasible.Validation results from content experts reached an average of 82.4%, media experts 78%,and language experts 94.6%, all of which fall into the "Highly Feasible" category. In addition,responses from teachers and students indicated high interest and engagement in learning,with average percentages of 91.42% from teachers and 91.57% from students. Therefore,this media has proven to be effective in improving the quality of IPAS learning and can beused as an alternative interactive visual media in elementary schools.

The research was conducted with the aim of developing a project-based teaching material on the theme of ecosystems that is suitable for use in the learning process of Grade V students at SD Nurhikmatika. This development research employed the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages; however, the researcher only applied the first three stages, ending at the Development stage. The project-based teaching material on the ecosystem theme was developed using the Canva application. The validation results for the feasibility of the developed material showed that the teaching material expert gave a feasibility score of 87.6, the subject matter expert provided a score of 85, and the teacher’s response yielded a score of 88. Based on the score criteria table, the validation results from all three experts indicate that the developed project-based teaching material is classified as "Highly Feasible" for use in the learning process of the ecosystem theme in Grade V at SD Nurhikmatika.

The transformation of education in Indonesia through the Merdeka Curriculum reflects a paradigm shift from results-oriented learning to a process-centered and student development-focused approach. In this context, assessment is no longer merely an endpoint measurement tool but an integral part of the formative, diagnostic, and reflective learning process. This study aims to analyze the implementation of assessment within the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN Mintaragen 4 Kota Tegal. The primary focus lies on the forms, strategies, and challenges of assessment practices carried out by teachers in the learning process. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that assessments in the Merdeka Curriculum emphasize continuous formative assessment, allowing students to reflect on their learning processes and outcomes, while also enhancing learning quality. However, several challenges were found, including limited teacher understanding of formative assessment principles and time constraints that hinder optimal implementation. This article recommends strengthening teacher training and developing a culture of reflection as key strategies for successful assessment practices in the Merdeka Curriculum.

Pencapaian prestasi belajarnya yang kurang memuaskan dalam mata pelajaran matematika pada siswa tingkat dasar melatarbelakangi dilaksanakannya studi ini. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI) sebagai upaya peningkatan pencapaian prestasi belajar matematika. Studi ini berbentuk riset tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap-tiap siklus mencakup dua sesi pertemuan. Terdapat empat fase dalam studi ini: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan evaluasi. Partisipan studi mencakup 18 siswa dari kelas III SD Negeri 3 Jenggawur. Instrumen pengumpulan informasi meliputi lembar pengamatan kegiatan pendidik dan siswa beserta lembar evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil studi memperlihatkan kemajuan pada masing-masing siklus. Siklus pembelajaran memperlihatkan kemajuan pencapaian akademik. Rerata skor siklus I mencapai 73,61 dengan tingkat kelulusan 66,66%, sedangkan rerata skor siklus II mencapai 80 dengan tingkat kelulusan 83,33%. Transisi dari siklus I menuju putaran II memperlihatkan kemajuan 16,67%. Hasil studi membuktikan bahwa implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI) yang didukung alat peraga Tangram berhasil meningkatkan pencapaian prestasi belajarnya siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika.

Berdasarkan pengalaman observasi selama masa pengenalan lapangan persekolahan (PLP) 2 di kelas IV UPTD SDN sepulu 1. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran IPAS siswa kurang paham dalam penyampaian materi.nilai yang di temukan dalam pembelajaran IPAS ialah siswa kurang paham memehami konsep tumbuh-tumbuhan karena siswa tidak fokus memperhatikan saat guru menjelaskan.dalam pembelaran IPAS sebelumnya menggunakan metode ceramah,dengan begitu siswa cenderung cepat bosan dan kurang memahami materi yang sudah di jelaskan guru. Terlihat dari cara peserta didik merespon saat pembelajaran dimulai siswa lebih paham menggunakan media konkret yaitu media nyata atau tiruan dalam bentuk nyata yang berperan sebagai sumber belajar siswa untuk menyaipaikan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media media konkret terhadap hasil belajar dan pemahaman siswa kelas IV materi bagian-bagian tumbuh-tumbuhan (DAUN) dan fungsinya pada mata pembelaran ipas di UPTD SDN Sepulu 1. Hasil uji normalitas dan uji paired sample t- test memproleh gambaran data data nilai signitifikan sebagai berikut Nilai signitifikan pemahaman pada uji normalitas sebesar 0,15>0,05 maka sample berasal dari populasi berdistribusi normal. Nilai signitifikan hasil belajar pada ujian normalitas sebesar 0,992>0,05maka sampel berdasar dari populasi berdistribusi normal. Nilai signifikan pemahaman pada uji paired sample t-test sebesar0,000<0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap kerja sama. Nilai signifikan hasil belajar pada ujian paired sample t-test sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman. Hasil penetian tersebut sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yakni untuk mengetahui pengaruh mendia konkret terhadap pemahaman siswa kelas IV materi bangian tumbuh-tumbuhan (Daun) dan fungsinya pada mata pembelajaran IPAS di SDN Sepulu 1.

Pendidikan adalah upaya untuk membantu manusia mencapai potensi mereka melalui proses belajar di sekolah. Agar siswa lebih aktif, antusias, dan senang belajar, proses pembelajaran harus dimodifikasi. Salah satu contohnya adalah model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, yang merupakan model pembelajaran kontekstual yang menggunakan masalah sebagai fokus utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPAS siswa kelas III SDN Tengket 02 Arosbaya tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan populasinya terdiri dari 33 siswa. Angket, dokumentasi, dan observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan one group pre-test dan post-test design. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reabilitas, normalitas, dan uji paired T-test. Hasil identifikasi pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas III SDN Tengket 02 Arosbaya. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas III SDN Tengket 02 Arosbaya pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas III SDN Tengket 02 Arosbaya tahun ajaran 2025/2026.
