Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher’s desire to know the morphological process of the Dry Branch Poetry Anthology by Santoso Wuryandoko, which includes the affixation process, reduplication process, and composition process. The problem in this research is how the affixation process, reduplication process, composition process in the dry twig poetry anthology by Santoso Wuryandoko and its implementation in learning. The aim of this research is to describe the morphological process, namely the affixation process, reduplication process, and composition process in the dry twig poetry anthology by Santoso Wuryandoko, as well as its implementation in Indonesian language learning. This research method is a descriptive method with qualitative form. The analysis teachnique uses listening and note taking techniques. Checking the validity of the data, persistence of observations, triangulation and adequacy of references. The results of research on the Morphological Process in the Dry Branch Poetry Anthology by Santoso Wuryandoko can be concluded: (1) There are three types of affixation, namely prefixes, suffixes, and confixes. (2) there are two types of reduplication, namely complete reduplication and partial reduplication. (3) there are two types of composition or compound words, namely equivalent compound words and unequal compound words.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the objectives and benefits of studying a systems approach in educational management. A systems approach helps understand the interrelationships between various elements in the education system, such as students, teachers, curriculum, and facilities, as well as the mutual impacts between them. This approach primarily aims to improve the effectiveness of educational management through in-depth analysis to create more appropriate policies and sustainable solutions. Some of the benefits are improving the quality of management, optimizing resources, making more precise decisions, and handling complex educational challenges more systematically. This research method is a literature review, where the researcher identifies, collects, and examines relevant scientific works to gain an in-depth understanding of the topic without directly collecting primary data.

Abstract

Based on preliminary analysis, it was found that low interest in learning and lack of understanding of students in learning due to limited use of technology-based media can cause a decrease in student learning outcomes. This study aims to explain the increase in interest and learning outcomes of students using flat building learning game media (LABADA) assisted by the TGT method in fifth grade mathematics learning in elementary schools. This study is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design, with a sample of 56 fifth grade students of UPT SDN Srengat 01, 28 students in class VA and 28 students in class VB. The results of the T Test showed that there was an influence between variable X and Y1, with a t count of 2.142 > t table 2.056 and a Sig. value of 0.042 < 0.05, and there was an influence between variable X and Y2, with a t count of 2.413> t table 2.056 with a Sig. value of 0.023 < 0.05. The results of the MANOVA test show that there is an influence between variable X on variables Y1 and Y2, with the obtained f-value of interest 22.863 > f-table 4.21 with Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and f-value of learning outcomes 84.419 > f-table 4.21 with Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. From this study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in students' interest and learning outcomes using the LABADA game media assisted by the TGT method in mathematics learning for grade V of elementary school.

Abstract

The background that drives this research is that the implementation of SBM at SD N 1 Tambakrejo looks good and effective, has school quality and adequate facilities and infrastructure. Even though the MBS at this school is considered good, several students have less than desirable characteristics in school and outside school activities. Due to the students' poor character, SD Negeri 1 Tambakrejo implemented SBM in character education. The problem in this research is "How is the implementation of school-based management in character education at SD Negeri 1 Tambakrejo?" and "What are the driving and inhibiting factors for implementing school-based management in character education at SD Negeri 1 Tambakrejo?. The objectives of this research are (1) The process of implementing SBM in character education. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing SBM in character education. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Tambakrejo. The subjects of this research were school principals, class teachers, religion teachers, corner teachers, and school committee members. This type of research is qualitative research. The data in this research was obtained from observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this research can be concluded as follows: (1) The SBM implementation process includes 10 indicators of the success of SBM implementation and of the 18 indicators of character education values ​​there are 13 indicators of character education values ​​related to the implementation of school-based management. (2) There are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing MBS. Based on the results of this research, suggestions that can be made are maintaining the participation of school residents and the community in the school environment in implementing SBM.

Abstract

The problems raised are the lack of understanding and interest of students in fraction material and the limited use of technology-based learning media, which results in learning outcomes below the KKM. This study aims to explain the effect of Muja Matcah assisted by the problem-based learning method on interest and learning outcomes in mathematics partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group. The subjects of the study involved 50 students, consisting of 25 students in class IV A and 25 students in class IV B at SD Negeri Kanigoro 03. Data analysis used the T test to see the effect partially and the MANOVA test to see the effect simultaneously. The results of the T test showed that Muja Matcah had a significant effect on learning interest  tcount  2.236> ttable 2.069, Sig. 0.035 < 0.05 and learning outcomes tcount  2.429 > ttable 2.069, Sig. 0.023 < 0.05. MANOVA test shows a significant effect on interest and learning outcomes, fcount interest 15.593 > ftable 4.26 and fcount results 53.721 > ftable 4.26. In conclusion, Muja Matcah assisted by problem based learning method has a significant effect on interest and mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Kanigoro 03, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Minat belajar peserta didik merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran Matematika, namun minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran matematika masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku komik untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RnD (Research and Development) dengan model 4-D (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Kristen Charis dengan subyek penelitian peserta didik kelas 1A. Validasi produk dilakukan pada media dan materi oleh 2 ahli dengan hasil “BAIK” untuk media dan “SANGAT BAIK” untuk materi. Untuk menguji efektifitas produk, peneliti melaksanakan pre-experimental research. Setelah itu, peneliti melakukan uji-t untuk mengetahui efektititas produk dengan hasil Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0.000. Selain itu, rata-rata minat belajar peserta didik sebelum adalah 16,82 sedangkan setelah diberi treatment pembelajaran dengan KOMENG minat belajar peserta didik rata-rata 26,41. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik kelas 1 dalam pembelajaran Matematika. Kata Kunci: Minat Belajar, Matematika, Komik

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the value of social education and the value of social solidarity in the Ponan tradition in Poto and Berare Villages, Moyo Hilir District, Sumbawa Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach using ethnographic methods. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data is collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and data is analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that activities in the Ponan tradition have several stages, namely the initial stage such as conducting a meeting to determine the Ponan day and the formation of the Ponan executive committee, making snacks, and preparing the event venue, the implementation stage of the women bringing snacks to the location of Ponan, remarks, chanting prayers, tahlil, tahmid, dhikr and prayers together asking for the salvation of the hereafter and rice plants to avoid disease. the distribution of snacks and eating snacks together, the closing stage of giving rice medicine from Ponan snack leaf waste in the rice fields around the Ponan location and the hospitality of the residents. The Ponan tradition in Poto and Berare Villages has social education values, namely: 1) service, namely community use garden and rice field products as a form of gratitude to Allah. 2) Please help, namely relatives help provide ingredients to make snacks. Family, namely the attendees followed the hospitality of the residents and when they returned home, they were given Ponan snacks. 4) Kettian is praying together. The value of social solidarity in the Ponan tradition is related to mechanical solidarity according to Emile Durkheim, namely: 1) strong collective awareness, namely mutual cooperation at the Ponan location. 2) the normative pattern is to conduct deliberations on the determination of the day of Ponan. 3) low individuality, namely mothers help receive trays and pack snacks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and academic supervision on school quality in junior high schools in Batang Timur, Batang Regency. Transformational leadership style includes dimensions such as idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention. Academic supervision, carried out by the principal, plays an important role in improving the quality of education through systematic planning, implementation, and evaluation of teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 252 teachers in junior high schools in Batang Timur. The results showed that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on school quality with a regression coefficient value of 0.385, which means that every one-unit increase in transformational leadership will increase school quality by 0.385 units. Academic supervision has a stronger influence with a regression coefficient value of 0.504, which shows that every one-unit increase in academic supervision will increase school quality by 0.504 units. Overall, academic supervision has a more dominant influence than transformational leadership, with a difference of 0.119 units. This study shows that the combination of effective transformational leadership and quality academic supervision can have a greater impact on improving school quality. These results provide recommendations for school principals to further optimize the role of academic supervision and develop a transformational leadership style to improve the quality of education in junior high schools in Batang Timur and its surroundings.

Abstract

The application of a systems approach in Islamic education planning significantly enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational process. By focusing on essential components such as goals, inputs, processes, outputs, and evaluations, this approach ensures that all educational elements work synergistically to achieve Islamic educational objectives. This approach emphasizes the formation of students' character in line with Islamic values, making the process accountable and responsive to field needs. Furthermore, it optimizes resources by providing continuous evaluation, allowing improvements to align education with modern challenges. However, several challenges arise in implementing this approach, such as resistance from stakeholders, limited resources, and the need for teacher training. Addressing these challenges requires strategic steps like training programs, innovative resource management, and enhanced communication among stakeholders. With consistent support and commitment, the systems approach can drive Islamic education towards quality, efficiency, and accountability, shaping students with strong moral values and the skills society expects.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in creating dance. The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in creating creative dance using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in Class V at SDN 10 Pasar Muara Labuh, Solok Selatan Regency. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two approaches: qualitative and quantitative. This study was conducted in two cycles, with the research procedure consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques include observation analysis, interviews, tests, and non-tests. The subjects of this research are the class teacher as observer, the researcher as practitioner, and 12 fifth-grade students. The results showed an increase: first, the teaching module in Cycle I obtained an average of 83.2%, which increased in Cycle II to 95.8%. Second, the teacher aspect in Cycle I obtained an average of 84.75%, increasing in Cycle II to 93.7%. Third, the student aspect in Cycle I obtained an average of 82.68%, increasing in Cycle II to 93.7%. Fourth, student learning outcomes in Cycle I obtained an average score of 68.5, increasing in Cycle II to 80. Thus, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model can improve student learning outcomes in dance education in Class V at SDN 10 Pasar Muara Labuh.
