Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Penerapan Penguatan Proyek Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) menjadi salah satu faktor dalam mendukung kreatifitas siswa. Ecobrik merupakan kreativitas siswa dalam mendaur sampah plastik menjadi bata ramah lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kreativitas siswa melalui implementasi P5. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 5 Porong. SD tersebut telah menjadikan ecobrik sebagai penerapan P5. Hasil penelitian menunjukan munculnya rasa kepemilikan dan tanggung jawab atas lingkungan mereka. Siswa juga mampu menyampaikan konsep dan pengetahuan dengan percaya diri melalui diskusi kelompok dan presentasi.

The aim of this research is to improve the science learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri 122/V Parit Lapis in semester 1 of the 2024/2025 academic year through implementing the STEAM learning approach. The research was carried out over a period of one month from October 2024 to November 2024. The subjects of this classroom action research were 26 class III students at SD Negeri 122/V Parit Lapis. Class III consists of 11 female students and 15 male students. This classroom action research uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model which is carried out in 2 cycles, each consisting of four research stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data analysis carried out included qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis was carried out by describing in words the results obtained in cycle I and cycle II. Quantitative data analysis is presented in the form of numbers from the results of observational assessments of student and teacher activities and learning outcomes which were compared in cycle I and cycle II which were then used to make improvements/reflections. The research results show that using the STEAM approach can improve science learning outcomes for class III students at SD Negeri 122/V Parit Lapis. This can be seen from the results obtained in cycle I to cycle II which saw an increase in the percentage of student completion. In the first cycle, 20 students got a complete score, with 6 students not completing and the percentage of complete learning results was 77%. In cycle II there was an increase to 24 students getting a pass mark and 2 students did not finish with a percentage of 92.3% with an increase of 15.3%.

This study aims to improve science learning outcomes through the PBL model with solar system diorama media for sixth grade students of SDN 02 Winongo, Madiun City. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were 9 sixth grade students. The results of the study showed that at the pre-action stage, the average student score was only 62.22 and the percentage of completion was only 44.44%. At the cycle 1 stage, the average student score increased to 72.22. The percentage of learning completion in students also increased to 88.88%. At the cycle 2 stage, the results of reflection and evaluation showed that the average student score also increased again, namely an average score of 85 and the percentage of completion had reached 100%.

This study aims to describe the increase in student learning activeness using smart ladder props in learning mathematics addition material in elementary school. This research is a type of classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each of which is conducted 2 times a meeting. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely (1) action planning, (2) action implementation, (3) observation and (4) reflection. The subjects of this research were grade II students of SDN 186/I Sridadi with 18 students. Data collection in this study was an observation sheet of student learning activeness, teacher activity sheets in each cycle in implementing learning through the application of smart ladder props and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of smart ladder props in learning class II mathematics can increase the learning activeness of students. The increase can be seen in the data analysis of each meeting cycle. Cycle I the level of student learning activeness occurred at 44.44%. Then there was an increase in cycle II of 88.88%. Then there was an increase in cycle II of 88.88%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of smart ladder props using the Project Based Learning model is able to increase the learning activeness of students as seen from the percentage increase cycle from cycle I to cycle II so that overall it can be used in the learning process in elementary schools.

This study aims to analyze trends and research focuses on science literacy using a bibliometric approach. The research employs bibliometric tools such as VOSviewer and databases like Scopus to map and analyze research trends from 2019 to 2024. Keywords used in this study include "science literacy skills," "science literacy," and "science education." The analysis results show a significant increase in the number of publications related to science literacy over the past decade, with main themes including understanding scientific concepts, developing critical thinking skills, and applying science literacy in social contexts. Additionally, there is a research focus on effective teaching methods and learning strategies that support the development of science literacy across various educational levels. This analysis highlights substantial potential for further research, particularly in linking science literacy with other educational topics and exploring its role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for quality education.

This study aims to examine and describe the impact of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach on students' critical thinking skills, self-efficacy, and math learning outcomes. Conducted with fifth-grade students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontoa, the research employs a quantitative quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample, selected through simple random sampling, includes 61 students—32 in the experimental group and 29 in the control group. Data were collected via tests and questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results from the MANOVA test show a significant difference (p = 0.009 < 0.05) between students taught with the RME approach and those taught with conventional teacher-centered methods in terms of critical thinking skills, self-efficacy, and learning outcomes. Specifically, critical thinking skills (p = 0.008 < 0.05), self-efficacy (p = 0.005 < 0.05), and learning outcomes (p = 0.003 < 0.05) were all significantly better in the RME group compared to the conventional teaching group.

This research is motivated by the suboptimal implementation of learning carried out by teachers, which has an impact on the low learning outcomes of students in class IV SDN 04 Bukit Apit, Bukittinggi City. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in the material of whole numbers with differentiated learning in class IV SDN 04 Bukit Apit, Bukittinggi City. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) that uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. It is carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I consisting of 2 meetings and cycle II consisting of 1 meeting. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of class IV SDN 04 Bukit Apit, Bukittinggi City with a total of 24 students, 13 male students and 11 female students. Data collection techniques in the form of tests and non-tests. The results of this study indicate an increase in: a) the cycle I teaching module obtained an average of 87% (good) and in cycle II obtained a percentage of 95% (Very Good); b) the implementation of the learning process in the teacher aspect of cycle I obtained an average of 82% (good) and cycle II 96% (very good); c) the implementation of the student aspect of cycle I obtained an average of 82% (good) and cycle II 96% (very good); d) the learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 76.5 (sufficient) and cycle II 90 (good). Based on these results, it can be concluded that differentiated learning can improve student learning outcomes in the material on integers in class IV SDN 04 Bukit Apit, Bukittinggi City Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh belum optimalnya pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas IV SDN 04 Bukit Apit Kota Bukittinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi bilangan cacah dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di kelas IV SDN 04 Bukit Apit Kota Bukittinggi.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yaitu siklus I terdiri dari 2 pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari 1 pertemuan. Di setiap siklus meliputi empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas IV SDN 04 Bukit Apit Kota Bukittinggi dengan jumlah peserta didik 24 orang, 13 orang peserta didik laki-laki dan 11 orang peserta didik perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, dan non tes.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada: a) modul ajar siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 87% (baik) dan pada siklus II memperoleh persentase 95% (Sangat Baik); b) pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran aspek guru siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 82% (baik) dan siklus II 96% (sangat baik); c) pelaksanaan aspek peserta didik siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 82% (baik) dan siklus II 96% (sangat baik); d) hasil belajar peserta didik siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 76,5 (cukup) dan siklus II 90 (baik). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi bilangan cacah di kelas IV SDN 04 Bukit Apit Kota Bukittinggi .

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of role-playing media to improve cooperative attitude skills. Students will be the center of learning because they are the subjects of learning. The research method used is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study aim to show that the use of immersive media can significantly improve students' cooperative attitudes. Students become more active in communicating, supporting each other and collaborating to complete group assignments. Based on this study, multimedia role-playing games are applied as an effective method to improve students' cooperative attitudes in learning. This study suggests that teachers be more creative in using interactive learning methods so that they significantly encourage students' cooperative attitudes. The use of role-playing learning can also improve students' speaking skills and academic achievement. Therefore, in the learning process, teachers should use the role play learning model, because in addition to improving speaking skills and learning outcomes, it can also be more optimal.

This study aims to describe the application of a differentiated Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in learning Pancasila Education with the material “Becoming a Great Child by Applying Norms” in grade V elementary school. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The research subjects were 13 fifth grade students of SD Negeri 01 Buran. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of differentiated PBL effectively increased students' active participation, critical thinking skills, and their understanding of the application of norms in daily life. Differentiation is applied through variations in content, process, and product that are tailored to students' learning needs. In addition, the PBL model used provides meaningful learning experiences involving real problem solving. This study concludes that differentiated PBL is effective in increasing student engagement as well as concept understanding, and provides positive implications for the development of 21st century skills. This study recommends that teachers adopt PBL methods with differentiation in mind to create more inclusive learning that meets students' needs.

Group investigation is a type of model that gives students the opportunity to learn critical thinking and develop their own abilities so that they can easily analyze the elements of learning in any classroom or outside the classroom through investigation. The teacher's duty must consider several factors, one of which is the use of learning models that can enhance students' learning motivation. Learning motivation is the learning process carried out by students and within their own minds, which includes quotes, will, and desire. Therefore, the researcher wants to re-examine using a literature review method to determine whether it is indeed effective for science subjects. It is hoped that this can provide input for teachers and educators in carrying out the learning process effectively and maximally. Because the increased motivation to learn will have an impact on improving students' learning outcomes. The GI cooperative learning strategy is very suitable for science education. With the relatively broad science curriculum and design elements that contribute to the scientific method, it is expected that students in groups will be able to contribute consistently based on their daily experiences.
