Abstract

This research is motivated by the demands of the 21st century that encourage the use of technology in education and the need for learning innovations that are not only digital, but also shape the character of students through the integration of Islamic values, so that it includes the development of cognitive, spiritual, and moral aspects. The purpose of this study is to examine the process and results of the development of flip-book-based E-modules that integrate Islamic values in learning Islamic Kingdom materials for grade IV elementary school students who meet valid, practical, and effective criteria. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of the study were students in grades IVa and IVb of SD Negeri 2 Mata Ie, with 16 students in the small-scale test and 30 students in the large-scale test. The instruments used were validation sheets by validators, student response questionnaires, and evaluation test questions. The data analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis consisting of validity analysis, practicality analysis, and effectiveness analysis. The results of the study showed that the E-module developed met the criteria very valid with the validation results of material experts of 93.04% with the criterion of "Excellent" and the validation of media experts of 94% with the criterion of "Excellent". The e-module was also declared practical based on the student response questionnaire on the small-scale test of 94.19% with the criterion of "Excellent" and the wide scale of 96.07% with the criterion of "Excellent". In addition, the E-module is quite effective, as evidenced by 100% of students obtaining scores above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) in small-scale and large-scale trials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Deep Learning approach in improving student learning outcomes in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) for grade V at SD Negeri 2 Ambon. In this study, there was a low learning outcome of students in IPAS due to the approach used in learning, namely the traditional teaching approach that did not actively involve students. The Deep Learning approach was applied as a solution, by emphasizing meaningful learning, mindful learning, and joyful learning. The method used was quantitative with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was 20 students in class VA. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, tests (pretest and posttest), and documentation. The instruments were tested for validity and reliability before being used. The results of the questionnaire data analysis with the N-Gain test showed that the g value was 0.79. The value of 0.79 is in the range of 0.70 ≤ g ≤ 100. The value of 0.079 is in the "High" category. The average learning outcome data increased from 59.85 (pretest) to 84.95 (posttest), with an N-Gain score of 0.65 which is in the moderate category.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru. Dibutuhkan model pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat mendorong partisipasi aktif peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inside outside circle terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peseta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV di SDN 4 Ampenan tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah pre-eksperimen tipe one group pre-test post- test. Populasi dari kelas IV SDN 4 Ampenan yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu tes dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS memperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran inside outside circle terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV di SDN 4 Ampenan Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Model pembelajaran inside outside circle dapat dijadikan strategi efektif dalam pembelajaran IPAS yang lebih interaktif dan bermakna, karena terbukti berpengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui diskusi berpasangan yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif peserta didik.

Abstract

Kecerdasan emosional merupakan sebuah dimensi untuk berkembangnya anak mampu memberikan pengaruh berhasilnya bidang pendidikan, sosial, dan spiritual. Guru ini memiliki peranan utama dalam memberikan bantuan terhadap siswa agar memberikanperkembangan kecerdasan emosional dengan berkomunikasi dalam kehidupannya dan tahapan cara belajar lebih bermakna. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu mempelajari peranan guru dalam membentuk kecerdasan emosional siswa dan bagaimana pandangan pendidikan Islam mampu memberi dukungan bagian ini. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu library research mempelajari penelitian terdahulu lebih relavan dengan pembahasan. Hasil pembahasan menjelaskan bahwa adannya kecerdasan emosional tidak bersifat bawaan, namun dapat dikembangkan melalui pendidikan, pembiasaan, dan sikap baik di lingkungan keluarga maupun sekolah. Dalam pendidikan Islam, pengembangan kecerdasan emosional selaras dengan mampu membentuk sikap mulia yang bertujuan pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, guru tidak memiliki peranan untuk pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai pembimbing emosional dan moral siswa.

Abstract

This study focuses on the role of the principal in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SMAN 9 Mataram, with two main research questions: (1) How is the principal's role in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SMAN 9 Mataram? and (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum? This qualitative descriptive research collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving the principal, vice principals of curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, student affairs, and teachers. The data were analyzed using three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Based on the findings: (1) The principal plays several roles in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, including as an educator who guides, mentors, and evaluates teachers; as a leader who makes decisions and shows strong commitment; as a manager who oversees curriculum planning, implementation, organization, and evaluation; as a supervisor who monitors and assesses teacher performance; and as a motivator who continuously encourages teachers to stay enthusiastic in supporting the success of the curriculum. (2) The supporting factors include the availability of adequate facilities, good coordination, and a reward and punishment system, while the inhibiting factors involve teachers who lack understanding and digital literacy, which hinders innovation and alignment with the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Social Studies by implementing Crossword Puzzle learning media using the Wordwall platform. The method used is Classroom Action Research with two cycles implemented in class VIII of SMP Negeri 14 Malang. Initial observations showed a lack of enthusiasm and motivation of students in learning Social Studies due to the use of monotonous learning methods. Through the use of Wordwall-based Crossword Puzzle, learning becomes more interactive, interesting, and challenging, so that it can increase student engagement. The results showed a significant increase in learning outcomes; before the use of the media, the majority of students were below 80, while after the implementation, 30 out of 32 students managed to achieve scores above 80. This media not only improves learning outcomes, but also builds students' enthusiasm for learning, creativity, and cooperation in solving learning challenges.

Abstract

Da'wah is an invitation to guide humanity towards a better path, following the guidance of Allah and His Messenger. It encompasses spiritual, social, moral, and ethical aspects. The purpose of da'wah is to improve interpersonal relationships, draw people closer to God, and provide understanding about a life filled with peace and happiness. Da'wah is not only intended for those who do not yet believe, but also for those who are already acquainted with religion but need a deeper understanding. Da'wah teaches values such as honesty, patience, humility, and compassion, and serves to strengthen human relations through harmonious and caring ways of life. The method used in this research is qualitative, with a literature study approach. The results of this study show that media-based da'wah, especially through social media, plays an important role in reaching a wider and more diverse audience amidst the challenges of globalization and digitalization. This media allows preachers (da’i) to transcend geographical and social boundaries, spreading messages in a more interactive and relevant way. However, media-based da'wah also faces challenges such as misinformation, social polarization, and misuse of information, requiring da’i to maintain credibility and carefully select content that aligns with Islamic teachings. Nevertheless, social media da'wah strengthens two-way interactions between da’i and the audience, creating spaces for discussion and enhancing religious understanding. With a wise approach and by maintaining the quality of the message, media-based da'wah can be an effective means to spread the peaceful, tolerant, and just values of Islam in the digital era. Abstract

In the modern era, gender equality has become one of the social issues receiving significant attention worldwide. Social changes driven by globalization, urbanization, and technological advancements have created opportunities for increased awareness of human rights and the importance of equality in various aspects of life. This study employs a qualitative method through literature review. Islamic perspectives on gender roles are diverse, with fundamental principles supporting equality between men and women, although traditional interpretations often position men as leaders and women as homemakers. Some progressive interpretations emphasize that both genders complement each other in various roles, opening space for a more inclusive gender equality. Religion holds great potential to drive social change by promoting values of justice and compassion, and by advocating for the rights of women and gender minority groups. However, challenges arise from the resistance of conservative groups that uphold traditional gender roles and patriarchal cultural norms, which hinder the implementation of gender equality in society. To overcome these obstacles, more open dialogue and a fairer social system are needed. Keywords: Religion; Gender Equality; Contemporary Society.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Cooperative Learning models in improving the learning outcomes of second-grade students at SDN 1 Kertamukti, Garut Regency, in the subject of Pancasila Education. The background of this study is the low student participation and suboptimal learning achievement on the theme “Caring for the Environment.” To address this, three Cooperative Learning models Think-Pair-Share, Jigsaw, and Make a Match were implemented across three 70-minute sessions. The participants were 35 students (17 boys and 18 girls). The research employed a classroom action research approach with observation, assessment, and reflection. Various media were used, including worksheets, videos, and learning cards. Results showed a substantial improvement in student engagement, collaboration, and learning outcomes. The average test score increased from 67.4 (pre-test) to 84.2 (post-test), and 88.6% of students achieved the minimum mastery criteria. Additionally, students demonstrated improved responsibility, communication, and environmental awareness. Classroom dynamics also became more positive, with students actively participating and showing enthusiasm. Challenges such as dominant group members and passive students were resolved through effective classroom management and group rotation. Overall, the Cooperative Learning approach proved effective in fostering academic success and character development in lower primary education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan e-modul berbasis model flipped classroom pada materi bentuk-bentuk norma di kelas V SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, studi dokumen, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar digital atau e-modul berbasis model flipped classroom ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar secara mandiri serta dapat dilakukan secara fleksibel di mana saja dengan arahan atau bimbingan orang tua. Selain itu, dengan adanya e-modul ini, pembelajaran mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila menjadi lebih menarik, bervariasi, dan bermakna. Namun, dalam implementasinya di lapangan masih terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan bahan ajar digital dan rendahnya literasi teknologi di kalangan pendidik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan e-modul interaktif berbasis model flipped classroom yang lebih adaptif terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan pendidik secara luas, serta diintegrasikan berbasis digital dan model kelas terbalik sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka
