Abstract

This research aims to describe and identify obstacles in the habituation of positive attitudes and behaviors through the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in Pancasila Education learning at SDI Bertingkat Perumnas 3 Kupang City. This study is a descriptive qualitative study. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were homeroom teacher and 17 students of grade 2 class A, homeroom teacher and 14 students of grade V class A, and the principal. The results of the study showed that the implementation of positive attitude and behavior habituation was carried out well and had positive results in accordance with the character values ​​contained in the Pancasila profile strengthening project. The attitudes and behaviors implemented include praying before and after learning, knowing and appreciating culture, collaboration, awareness of self-understanding and the situation faced, analyzing and evaluating reasoning, and producing original ideas. Obstacles in habituation are low self-management of students and limited collaboration between teachers and parents/guardians which results in the habituation process being hampered so that the goals of habituation have not been achieved optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in primary education institutions through a case study at SD Plus Melati Samarinda. TQM is a managerial approach that emphasizes the participation of all organizational elements in the process of continuous quality improvement. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that TQM principles had been implemented at SD Plus Melati through leadership commitment, staff and teacher involvement, continuous training, and an internal quality evaluation system. However, challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change still exist. TQM implementation has contributed to improving the quality of educational services and stakeholder satisfaction.

In the midst of science learning methods that are still dominated by theory, hydroponic experimentation offers an innovative approach that provides direct, hands-on learning experiences for children. Through this method, children are encouraged to actively explore scientific concepts, increase their curiosity, and develop an understanding of plant growth processes.The aim of this study is to determine the effect of hydroponic experimentation on the science process skills of children at Kemala Bhayangkari 03 Alai Kindergarten. The research employs a quantitative approach using a Quasi-Experimental design. The population consists of 30 children, with purposive sampling used to select two groups: the experimental class (12 children) participating in hydroponic activities, and the control class (12 children) engaging in conventional learning through color mixing experiments.Data analysis was conducted using prerequisite tests and the independent sample t-test with the assistance of SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results showed that the average pre-test score in the experimental class increased from 12.08 to 21.83 in the post-test. In the control class, scores increased from 10.33 to 18.17. Although the significance value (0.064) indicates no statistically significant difference between the two groups (p > 0.05), the greater improvement in the experimental class suggests that hydroponic experimentation has a positive impact on children's science process skills.

Abstract

The lack of utilization and use of technology in accordance with the times and the less varied appearance of LKPD causes the appearance of LKPD that is less attractive so that students are less motivated, less creative, less initiative to express opinions, and less collaborative in working on LKPD. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of developing E-LKPD using RADEC-based Liveworksheets assisted by Mind Map . This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research using a 4D model. With the Define (define), Design (design, Develop, and Disseminate (spread) stages. Data from this study was obtained from the results of validation, and practicality. The validation sheet is filled out by material, language and media experts. Meanwhile, the practicality sheet is filled in by teachers and students. Then the trial was carried out in class V, namely SDN 02 Lubuk Alung by 28 students and at SDN 15 Lubuk Alung by 28 students. The results of this study produced LKPD in the form of E-LKPD using RADEC-based Liveworksheets assisted by Mind Map that are valid and practical. The overall validation results obtained a percentage of 94.77% with the category "Very Valid". The practical results of the questionnaire of the average response of teachers and students from the 2 test schools can be found that learning using E-LKPD using RADEC-based Liveworksheets assisted by Mind Map is "very practical" with an average of 96.27% and 95.71%. Meanwhile, the percentage of responses from teachers and students at the research school of SDN 17 Lubuk Alung by 24 students to E-LKPD using RADEC-based Liveworksheets assisted by Mind Map with an average of 96.27% and 95.13%. Thus, the use of E-LKPD using RADEC-based Livewoksheets assisted by Mind Map on the human respiratory system in grade V of elementary school was declared valid and practical.

Abstract

Building a culture of quality in education is not just about policies it’s about shaping mindsets and daily habits across the school community. This study explores how MTs Darul Ihsan Samarinda implements a culture of quality, the challenges it faces, and the key factors contributing to its success. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. Key informants included the school principal, teachers, staff, and students. The findings reveal that the school fosters a culture of quality through several key strategies: continuous teacher training, a more rigorous academic evaluation system, and the integration of Islamic values into learning. The principal’s open and inspirational leadership plays a crucial role in encouraging all stakeholders to actively engage in quality improvement. However, some challenges persist, including limited facilities, resistance to change among some educators, and a lack of parental involvement in supporting school programs. This study not only provides insight into how a culture of quality is implemented in an Islamic school setting but also offers practical recommendations, such as increasing government support, strengthening teacher training based on actual needs, and fostering stronger communication between the school, students, and parents. With the right strategies, a culture of quality can go beyond being just a slogan it can become deeply embedded in every aspect of education.

Abstract

games in improving students' critical thinking skills in the Indonesian language subject of grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Perumnas Way Kandis. The development model used was 4D involving 31 students. The results showed that conventional methods caused boredom and saturation in learning, while local wisdom-based kahoot! games increased student engagement and understanding. Validation by material, language, and media experts ensured the feasibility of local wisdom-based kahoot! games with several revisions to improve the clarity of the display and language. The t-test showed a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class (Sig. 2-tailed = 0.000), N-Gain in the experimental class was 62.96% while in the control class it was 38.99% indicating high effectiveness. The average value increased from 58.25 (pre-test) to 84.77 (post-test). Thus, the kahoot! based on local wisdom has been proven to be an innovative solution in improving students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas V UPT SD Negeri 1 Betao Kecamatan Pitu Riawa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang menjadi permasalahan utama dalam pembelajaran. Pembelajaran yang cenderung monoton dan berpusat pada guru menyebabkan siswa kurang aktif dan kurang memahami materi, khususnya konsep bangun datar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V UPT SD Negeri 1 Betao. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan angket aktivitas belajar siswa serta guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model Jigsaw, dengan rata-rata nilai belajar meningkat dari 72,75 pada siklus I menjadi 87,25 pada siklus II. Ketuntasan belajar siswa juga meningkat dari 46,40% pada siklus I menjadi 95% pada siklus II, melebihi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang ditetapkan yaitu 75. Aktivitas belajar siswa dan guru juga mengalami peningkatan dari kategori cukup menjadi baik. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V UPT SD Negeri 1 Betao. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi agar guru menerapkan model pembelajaran ini secara konsisten guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Abstract, this study was conducted with the aim of determining whether or not there is an influence of puppet media based on the folklore of Si Pahit Tongue to improve listening skills in grade V students of SD Negeri 227 Palembang. The research method used is the experimental method. The type of research used in this study is using Pre-experimental design. The design used in this study is Pre-experimental design with the One - Shoot Case Study approach. The population and sample in this study were grade V students of SD Negeri 227 Palembang totaling 30 people with 28 boys and 12 girls. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques through multiple choice tests. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS 25. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it shows that improving students' listening skills through folklore assisted by puppet media is more effective than applying conventional models. This is based on the results of the hypothesis test, a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 is seen. So it can be concluded that the influence of puppet media based on the folk tale of Si Pater Tongue has an effect on improving listening skills in grade V students of SD Negeri 227 Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang dari rendahnya nilai motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila melalui model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media papan kantong. Jenis penelitian ini ialah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Subyek penelitian ialah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Bantar berjumlah 20 orang. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan selama 2 siklus. Setiap pelaksanaan siklus terdapat 2 kali pertemuan, 1 kali pertemuan memiliki waktu 2 jam pelajaran. Prosedur pelaksanaan masing-masing siklus mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui lembar observasi guru serta lembar aktivitas siswa, untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa menggunakan angket. Motivasi belajar dilaksanakan disetiap masing-masing akhir siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian motivasi belajar siswa siklus I diperoleh rata-rata persentase 73% kriteria baik dan siklus II diperoleh rata-rata persentase 82% kriteria baik, dengan demikian kesimpulannya model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media papan kantong bisa meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Bantar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi teknik perencanaan anggaran berbasis kinerja di SDN Tanjungbiru sebagai upaya peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Perencanaan anggaran berbasis kinerja merupakan suatu pendekatan yang membahas alokasi dana dengan hasil atau pencapaian kinerja yang diukur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDN Tanjungbiru telah mulai mengimplementasikan perencanaan anggaran berbasis kinerja dengan menetapkan indikator kinerja utama yang sejalan dengan tujuan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS). Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam hal pemahaman teknis dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dalam menyusun dan menyalurkan anggaran berbasis kinerja. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan agar implementasi perencanaan anggaran berbasis kinerja dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan.
