Abstract

The CAR conducted in the fourth grade of SDN Telawang 4 was motivated by low student participation, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes in mathematics. This problem arose because the learning method tended to be monotonous, so it was not able to encourage active involvement and development of students' thinking skills. As an effort to overcome this problem, the BERLIAN model was implemented, which is a combination of the PBL, MAM, and NHT models. The main focus of this study was intended to describe the increase in student activity, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes after the implementation of the model. The study was conducted in three meetings in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with all 20 fourth grade students of SDN Telawang 4 as research subjects. The results showed a significant increase in all observed aspects. Teacher activity was in the "Very Good" criteria, student activity increased to "Almost All Students Are Very Active", critical thinking skills were at the "Almost All Students Are Very Critical" level, and learning outcomes reflected an increase with the majority of students achieving KKTP. It can be concluded that the application of the DIAMOND model is an innovative strategy that is efficient in helping to improve learning activities, critical thinking skills, and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya rasa ingin tahu pada siswa PGSD dalam pembelajaran matematika. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran dengan dominasi kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 120 mahasiswa dari Universitas PGRI Madiun. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua faktor utama penyebab rendahnya rasa ingin tahu dalam pembelajaran matematika, yaitu faktor internal (58%) dan faktor eksternal (42%). Temuan wawancara menegaskan bahwa rasa takut salah, kecemasan matematika, rendahnya kepercayaan diri dalam memecahkan soal, serta persepsi negatif terhadap matematika menjadi hambatan utama pengembangan rasa ingin tahu. Faktor eksternal meliputi metode pengajaran yang dominan prosedural, jarangnya penggunaan masalah kontekstual, dan minimnya media pembelajaran interaktif. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya penerapan pembelajaran matematika berbasis inkuiri dan pemecahan masalah kontekstual untuk menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of digital teaching materials in science learning at SDN Kondang 01. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data was obtained through observation, structured interviews with two teachers who used digital teaching materials in science learning and documentation. The focus of the study includes identifying needs, supporting factors, obstacles faced, and the impact of the use of digital teaching materials in science learning. The findings show that learning videos from the YouTube platform are the most frequently used digital media because they are able to convey material visually and attractively, making it easier for students to understand. The success of the use of digital teaching materials is supported by the availability of devices such as laptops, projectors, internet networks, and teachers' skills in operating technology. However, the learning process still faces a number of challenges, such as network disruptions, limited student devices, and technical obstacles such as power outages or damaged equipment. The use of digital teaching materials has a positive influence, including increasing students' enthusiasm and motivation to learn, making it easier for teachers to deliver abstract material and encouraging teachers to continue to develop competence and creativity. To overcome the barrier, teachers implement strategies such as downloading video materials first or combining digital learning with hands-on practice. This study recommends the need to improve infrastructure and technology training facilities for teachers to support the optimization of digital teaching materials in science learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The primary purpose of human creation is to worship Allah SWT as an expression of devotion and gratitude for His blessings. In practice, however, worship is often narrowly understood as limited to ritual practices bound by specific requirements, pillars, and procedures. This narrow view leads to the misconception that activities outside ritual worship have no spiritual value. In fact, from the Qur’anic perspective, worship encompasses all human activities that do not contradict Allah’s commands. This study aims to reconstruct the meaning of worship in a broader sense and to analyze its implications for daily life. Employing a qualitative approach through library research, the study examines both classical and contemporary literature. The findings indicate that worship is not confined to rituals but includes all deeds performed with sincere intention and in accordance with divine guidance. Thus, everyday activities, including social and scientific endeavors, may be regarded as acts of worship when guided by proper intention.

Abstract

Vocabulary mastery is a fundamental component of English language learning at the elementary school level. However, vocabulary instruction in schools remains largely teacher-centered, resulting in limited student engagement. The integration of the Silent Way method with Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers the potential to create a more autonomous, interactive, and context-rich learning experience. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control groups. Students were divided into two groups: the experimental group, which received vocabulary instruction using an AI-assisted Digital Silent Way model, and the control group, which received conventional instruction. The vocabulary test instrument was developed based on established indicators, validated by experts, and tested for reliability prior to use. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests, and were analyzed using prerequisite statistical tests and mean difference tests to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. The findings indicate no significant difference between the groups at the outset. However, after the intervention, the experimental group demonstrated a marked improvement in vocabulary mastery compared to the control group. The most substantial gains were observed in the ability to use derived words accurately in context. These results suggest that the AI-assisted Digital Silent Way model effectively enhances students’ vocabulary acquisition and promotes active, self-directed learning. This study contributes to the development of innovative English language teaching strategies that align with technological advances and the learning needs of young learners. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the project-based learning model on science learning outcomes for the material on plants as sources of life on earth for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 93 Ambon. The method used was experimental research using a quasi-experimental design. The results showed that the use of the project-based learning model had an effect on students' science learning outcomes for the material on plants as sources of life on earth.

Abstract

Personel Satuan Samapta Bhayangkara (Sat Samapta) Polres Sukoharjo memiliki peran strategis dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat melalui tugas-tugas preventif seperti patroli, penjagaan, dan pengawalan. Tingginya intensitas kerja serta risiko fisik dan mental dalam pelaksanaan tugas di lapangan berpotensi memengaruhi kondisi psychological well-being (kesejahteraan psikologis) personel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi psychological well-being pada personel Sat Samapta Polres Sukoharjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan enam dimensi psychological well-being menurut Carol D. Ryff, yaitu penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup, dan pertumbuhan pribadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum personel memiliki tingkat psychological well-being yang baik. Mereka mampu menerima diri apa adanya, menjalin hubungan sosial yang suportif, dapat mengambil keputusan secara mandiri, serta menunjukkan kemampuan adaptif terhadap dinamika lingkungan kerja. Personel juga memiliki tujuan hidup yang kuat, seperti keinginan untuk membahagiakan keluarga dan mengembangkan diri secara berkelanjutan. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung psychological well-being antara lain adanya dukungan sosial dari rekan kerja dan atasan, kepuasan terhadap lingkungan kerja, serta semangat kolektif dalam menjalankan tugas. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat yang ditemukan meliputi paparan provokasi, ancaman verbal, hingga kekerasan fisik saat menghadapi massa atau konflik sosial, yang dapat menurunkan kestabilan psikologis personel.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy on theinterest in continuing education to college in class XII students atSMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. Self-efficacy, as an individual's belief intheir ability to undergo academic tasks, is expected to influencestudents' decisions to continue their education. The research methodused was quantitative with descriptive design, involving 94respondents selected through random sampling technique. Datawere collected using a questionnaire that measured the level of Self-efficacy and interest in continuing education. Based on the results ofthe calculation, the average Self-efficacy of students is in the highcategory with a percentage of 78.82%. Meanwhile, interest incontinuing education to college is also high, reaching 81.46%.Simple linear regression test indicates that there is a significantinfluence between Self-efficacy and interest in continuing education,with a significance value of 0.001. This finding confirms thatstrengthening self-efficacy can be an important strategy inincreasing students' interest in continuing their studies to a higherlevel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the project-based learning model on students' learning outcomes in science on the subject of ecosystem harmony in grade V at SD Negeri 93 Ambon. The type of research used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method and a pretest-posttest control group design. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect on student learning outcomes between the group taught using the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and the group taught using the lecture method in science lessons on the subject of harmony in ecosystems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat konsentrasi belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar pada pembelajaran matematika. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui tes soal matematika dan penyebaran angket kepada responden yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Lokasi pelaksanaan penelitian ini di SDN Sindangmandi Kabupaten Serang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus yaitu keseluruhan peserta didik kelas IV sehingga banyaknya sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 48 responden. Hasil pengujian regresi linier sederhana didapatkan Fhitung 75,21 ≥ Ftabel 4,05 dengan persamaan Y = 0,68 + 0,62X. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat konsentrasi belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar. Sedangkan hasil pengujian koefisien korelasi didapatkan nilai Rxy sebesar 0,79 dimana berdasarkan tabel kriteria penentuan besaran koefisien korelasi berada di tingkat “kuat”, serta didapatkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 62% yang menunjukkan besaran kontribusi pengaruh antara tingkat konsentrasi belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar.
