The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of limited face-to-face lectures for Table Tennis and Aquatics I. The study was conducted on students of the Physical Education Study Program FKIP in semester 4 of the even academic year 2021-2022 as the sample used for the Table Tennis course and semester 2 of the even academic year. 2021-2022 which is used as a sample for the Aquatic I course. The research carried out includes a qualitative descriptive type which evaluates the implementation of limited face-to-face lectures for the Table Tennis course with Aquatic I through interviews and filling out questionnaires via Google Form. The results obtained from interviews for Table Tennis courses based on 1) indicators of the evaluation of the learning process concluded that most of the learning process could run well even though it was limited by health protocols 2) indicators of evaluation of the implementation process, it could be concluded that the process of implementing face-to-face lectures was limited to courses Table Tennis is quite good and 3) Based on the indicators of learning outcomes, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes can be achieved, although it must be improved in several supporting factors such as the internet network and the availability of table tennis which needs to be increased. While the results obtained from interviews for Aquatic I Course are based on 1) indicators of evaluation of the learning process, it can be concluded that most of the learning process can run well even though it is limited by health protocols 2) indicators of evaluation of the implementation process, it can be concluded that the process of implementing face-to-face lectures is limited by eyes. Aquatic I lecture is quite good and 3) Based on the indicators of learning outcomes, it can be concluded that learning outcomes can be achieved, although it must be improved in several supporting factors such as the internet network. The results obtained by filling out questionnaires for the Table Tennis Course show that the Table Tennis lectures were carried out well even though they were held face-to-face. The same results were obtained through filling out questionnaires for the Aquatic I Course, indicating that the Aquatic I lecture was carried out well even though it was held face-to-face in a limited manner. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the imagery training model on the process and learning outcomes of the Roundoff Floor Gymnastics. This study used the classroom action research method (Action Research) with a research design including 1) planning 2) action 3) observation and evaluation, and 4) reflection. The subjects of this study were 30 first semester students. The results of the study show that 1) the imagery training model leads to a better and more conducive learning process which was marked by an increase in Academic Learning-time Physical Education (Alt-PE), whose indicators were students actively moving, practicing and being active during the gymnastic learning process, with the effective time increasing from 25.26% to 71.11% for 90 minutes of learning. 2)Imagery training models have a positive influence on learning outcomes, namely improving roundoff skills with a success rate of more than 80% reaching the good and very good categories, the indicators of which are the starting movement, the core Roundoff movement, landing and 1800 body turns can be done well.

Abstract

Research is conducted collaboratively between researchers and learners. Researchers act as teachers while the learning process is ongoing. This research is carried out through a class action research design which consists of two cycles. Each success rate cycle is adjusted to the competencies expected to be mastered by learners. The media used in this study is audio-visual media. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year, increased learning of football dribbles is in March - July. The subject of this study is a class VIII student of SMPN 6 Banjarmasin consisting of 20 learners. The results of research in the form of Pre Test, Cycle I, and Cycle II in the Divergent-style learning process, it turned out that there has been a significant increase in participants' learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increasing value of the Percentage of Learning Completion as well as the average value of student learning outcomes. The results of the cycle II test turned out that the completion value obtained by participants in class VIII of State Junior High School 6 Banjarmasin had reached 9.55%. The use of audio-visual media can improve the learning outcomes of participants in class VIII SMPN 6 Banjarmasin, especially during the pandemic which limits meetings between teachers and students.

Abstract

Footwork is a movement that regulates the body to position the body in such a way that it makes it easier to perform the movement of hitting the shuttlecock according to its position. The purpose of this technique is so that the shuttlecock can be reached in any area quickly when the opponent attacks. The purpose of this study is to test how much influence predictable and unpredictable training is against the speed of footsteps in badminton games, this study used an experimental method with the pretest-posttest control and experimental group design. The population used was 30 students of UPI Sumedang badminton UKM, the samples taken were 10 students for experimental treatment and 10 students for control treatment using techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, the average pre-test experiment 65,80 and post-test 85 show an increase in the speed of footwork after being given an exercise using android court footwork. In addition, the increase in speed in badminton UKM Students can be seen from the N-Gain scores in both groups. The N-Gain score in the experimental groups was higher than the control group ( 56,85 > 31,78) and in the t-test, on the N-Gain value, the score obtained the Sig value. (2-tailed) = 0,001 < α = 0,05. So, it can be concluded that predictable and unpredictable training affects the speed of footwork of badminton UKM students and there is a significant difference in effectiveness in the application of android court footwork exercises with conventional exercise.
