Abstract

The background of this research is the low skill of 9 year old athletes in performing the yeop chagi taekwondo kick movement. This study aims to analyze the effect of SAQ and balance training on Yeop Chagi Taekwondo kicking skills. The research method used was an experimental method with a treatment design by level 2 x 2. The research subjects were 32 Fazz Taekwondo Team Bandung athletes, divided into two groups, each group consisting of 16 people. The results of the research are as follows: 1) the yeop chagi taekwondo kicking skills of Fazz Taekwondo Team athletes using ladder drills for poomsae training (mean = 99.50 and s = 2.90) are better than the yeop chagi taekwondo kicking skills using ladder drills training (mean = 99.25 and s = 4.25). 2) Fcount of interaction (FAB) = 8.796, with p-value 0.006 < 00.5, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. 3) the value of Qcount (Qh) = 6.19 is greater than Qtable = 4.05 or Qcount > Qtable at the significance level α = 0.05. This means that there is a difference between ladder drills for poomsae training and ladder drills training for yeop chagi taekwondo kicking skills in athletes who have high balance. 4) Qcount (Qh) = 5.67 is greater than Qtable = 4.05 or Qcount < Qtable. This means that there is a difference between ladder drills for poomsae training and ladder drills training for yeop chagi taekwondo kicking skills in athletes who have high balance. Thus, it can be concluded that overall there is an influence of SAQ and balance training on Yeop Chagi Taekwondo Kick skills.

Abstract

Football is a team sport in which players kick the ball back and forth while attempting to place the ball in the opponent's goal as soon as they can. Dribbling is a necessary football movement. The circuit training training model is one of the workouts used in an effort to increase dribbling accuracy. The aim of this research is to ascertain how UMS football UKM players' dribbling abilities are affected by training using the circuit training approach. The paired sample t-test analysis is the technique employed. The study's findings demonstrate the impact of circuit training activities on football players' dribbling abilities at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta's Football Student Activity Unit. The 2-tailed significance value, which displays a figure of 0.013 < 0.05 and indicates a significant difference between the pre- and post-test, provides evidence for this claim. Alternatively, based on the mean value, which is calculated by subtracting the exercise's value (13.4715) from the mean value (15.3260) prior to the circuit training session.Alternatively, based on the mean value, which is calculated by subtracting the exercise's value (13.4715) from the mean value (15.3260) prior to the circuit training session.

Abstract

The fundamental skill of underhand passing in volleyball is essential, but the lack of a teaching model for this skill has resulted in students not fully grasping the basic techniques of volleyball. This research aims to describe the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of a teaching model for the basic technique of underhand passing in volleyball for middle school students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this research are middle school students at SMP Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu in grade VIII. The small-scale trial involved 1 teacher and 15 students, while the large-scale trial involved 56 students. The research results indicated that the development of the teaching model for the basic technique of underhand passing in volleyball for middle school students is feasible, with a validity score of 90.03%, categorized as "very valid." This teaching model is also proven to be practical, with a practicality score of 88.76, categorized as "very practical." Additionally, the teaching model has been shown to be effective in enhancing the underhand passing skills of middle school students, with a Cohen's d effect size of 3.79, categorized as "large effect." This research provides a variety of exercises that are more fun and adaptive for students. This variation can increase students' learning motivation and help overcome difficulties experienced when learning basic techniques, especially for students with different physical abilities.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an instructional model based on outdoor activities to develop leadership skills at the college level. The research and development methodology followed the Borg and Gall model. The instructional model was designed by reviewing literature on leadership theories, outdoor education and experiential Training. Activities were selected based on targeted leadership skills, debriefing protocols, and sequences. The model was piloted in a field test involving 40 students. Leadership skills were measured before and after implementing the model. Quantitative results showed a significant improvement in all leadership practices for both small-group pilot testing and field testing. Qualitative feedback highlighted the development of communication behavior among team members, behavior of accepting suggestions and criticism, behavior of showing appreciation, behavior of showing respect, helping behavior, and patience behavior. Additionally, there are behaviors related to relevant knowledge, cooperation, motivation, self-confidence, discipline, and responsibility. This study validated that an intentionally designed outdoor activities-based instructional model can be an engaging and effective approach to developing leadership capacities in higher education. and responsibility. Abstract

Achievement of learning outcomes is an indicator to measure the quality of the learning process that has been implemented. However, achieving optimal learning outcomes is not an easy thing for lecturers in charge of the subject because many factors influence it, including the learning model and student learning interest while in class. Therefore, lecturers must be able to apply learning models that can increase interest in learning. The application of cooperative scripts with mind map variations as a learning model is feasible to be applied to the adaptive physical education learning process. Classroom action research with 2 cycles was chosen as the research method. The goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze the increased interest and learning outcomes of physical education students through the application of cooperative scripts with variations of mind maps in adaptive physical education lectures. The research data was accommodated using instruments in the form of observation, questionnaires, and written tests. The collected data were analyzed using simple statistics in the form of average values and percentages. The results of the study illustrate that there is an increase in interest in learning and learning outcomes. It can be concluded that cooperative scripts with mind map variations can be an alternative to increase student interest and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Learning Media for Physical Education and Sports Management Based on a Collaborative Teaching Style App to Help the Independent Campus Teaching Practitioner Program. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method which refers to the 4D ( four-D ) research and development model, namely defining , designing , developing and disseminating . The developed Collaborative Teaching Style App -based learning media will be tested on students taking the Physical Education and Sports Management course, FKIP UNIB Physical Education Study Program. The research instruments used to collect data in this study used questionnaires and test techniques. There are three questionnaires that will be distributed in this research, namely a material expert questionnaire, a media expert validation questionnaire, and a student response questionnaire. The aim of distributing the questionnaire was to determine the feasibility of developing the learning media that the researchers created. The technical test is in the form of an evaluation which aims to determine the extent of students' understanding of the material after the Collaborative Teaching Style App -based learning media has been tested. As a result, the total score obtained from the combined validation of material experts, media and users was 139.5 or obtained an average score of 4.1, which means that the Learning Media for Physical Education and Sports Management is Based on Collaborative Teaching Style App in Helping Teaching Practitioner Programs. The Merdeka Campus that researchers developed is included in the category suitable for use in learning activities
