Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media game edukasi Blooket terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar sains biologi siswa kelas VIII di SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan desain non equivalent control group design. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pada kelas eksperimen, rata-rata nilai pre-test dan post-test kemampuan berpikir kritis terjadi peningkatan dari 28,50 menjadi 72,50 (N-gain 0,67) sedangkan nilai pre-test dan post-test hasil belajar meningkat dari 33,50 menjadi 81,50 (N-gain 0,72). Sedangkan pada kelas kontrol nilai pre-test dan post-test kemampuan berpikir kritis meningkat dari 27,75 menjadi 60,50 (N-gain 0,44) dan nilai pre-test post-test hasil belajar meningkat dari 29,25 menjadi 71,50 (0,59). Pada kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar diperoleh uji-t dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dimana nilai t hitung > t tabel, sehingga dapat ditarik Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based learning (PBL) berbantuan media game edukasi Blooket terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar sains biologi.

Abstract

This study investigated the effects of Communication, Information, and Education (KIE), service quality, location, and pricing on customer satisfaction and their subsequent influence on customer loyalty at XYZ Pharmacy. Employing a quantitative descriptive methodology through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the data from 277 respondents were collected that provided insights via structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that KIE and pricing exert significant direct impacts on customer satisfaction and loyalty, establishing them as critical factors for maintaining competitiveness in the pharmacy industry. In addition, service quality was found to significantly enhance customer satisfaction, although it does not directly translate to loyalty. Strategic location, on the other hand, plays a pivotal role in fostering loyalty but has a less pronounced effect on satisfaction. Customer satisfaction emerges as a crucial mediating variable, underscoring its importance in bridging service attributes and customer loyalty. The study emphasizes the necessity for XYZ Pharmacy to adopt a holistic and customer-centric approach. This includes leveraging competitive pricing, effective communication, and a strategic location to cater to its core customer base, which predominantly comprises productive-age individuals residing locally. Furthermore, the study highlights the value of integrating technological innovations, such as digital health services, and delivering personalized customer engagement as key strategies for differentiation in an increasingly competitive healthcare market. The research also provides practical implications for pharmacy businesses, suggesting that investments in digital platforms and data-driven customer relationship management can significantly enhance customer retention. This underscores the importance of creating long-term value for both the business and its customers, paving the way for sustainable growth and mutual benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how brand X can integrate mental health awareness into its branding strategies to enhance brand equity. The methodology employed in this study is a mixed-method approach, incorporating both surveys (quantitative) and interviews (qualitative). Surveys were conducted with 191 respondents who use brand X products to measure the relationship between mental health awareness and various elements of brand equity. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted with the management of brand X to gain insights into the branding strategies being implemented. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between mental health awareness and all elements of brand equity, including brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. Mental health awareness correlates at 52.8%, contributing to increased brand recognition and positive associations, as well as enhancing the perceived quality of the products. Consumers who perceive brand X as caring about their mental health tend to demonstrate greater loyalty to the brand. In conclusion, integrating mental health awareness into branding strategies not only positively impacts brand equity but also strengthens the emotional connection between consumers and the brand. Therefore, it is recommended that brand X continues to develop campaigns focused on mental health and strengthens collaborations with mental health professionals to enhance awareness and education in society.

Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir dan keterampilan sosial yang dimiliki siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Tenggarong Seberang masih rendah, sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji terkait bagaimana model pembelajaran nested berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir, keterampilan sosial, dan persepsi siswa terhadap pemanfaatan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang membentuk sikap ilmiah siswa. Jenis penelitian yaitu quasi-experimental dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Sampling, sesuai dengan nilai rata-rata harian siswa. Hasil rata-rata pencapaian keterampilan berpikir siswa kelas eksperimen level unistruktural 100 %, multistruktural 85%, relasional 65%, dan abstark diperluas 58% lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol level unistruktural 100%, multistruktural 83%, relasional 60%, abstark diperluas 53, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran nested berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir siswa. Kemudian nilai rata-rata keterampilan sosial pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 65,8 lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol sebesar 62,2 sehingga model pembelajaran nested berpengaruh pada keterampilan sosial. Selanjutnya persepsi siswa bahwa lingkungan sekolah dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber pembelajaran yang efektif dengan menggunakan kuesioner didapatkan nilai indeks rata-rata sebesar 79,5% dengan interpretasi setuju.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in student motivation and learning outcomes after applying the kumon learning model with conventional learning models, using quantitative methods of quasi experimental design Nonequivalent Control Group model. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling. Data collection by filling in questionnaires of learning motivation of experimental and control classes and learning outcomes tests of experimental and control classes. From the data analysis, the results of the motivation difference test were Sig. Hit = 0.039 < 0.05 and learning outcomes ranging from the results of n-Gain RPP 1 Sig. Hit = 0.040 < 0.05, n-Gain RPP 2 Sig. Hit = 0.041 < 0.05, n-Gain result of RPP 3 Sig. Hit = 0.046 < 0.05, and the average n-Gain result Sig. Hit = 0.029 < 0.05. The conclusion is that there are differences in student motivation and learning outcomes in classes applied to the kumon learning model with classes applied to conventional learning models and the kumon learning model can increase student motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian adalah rendahnya kemampuan mengambil keputusan pada peserta didik kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 11 Jember Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengambil keputusan peserta didik kelas VIIA pada materi Ekologi dan Keanekaragaman Hayati Indonesia dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Desain penelitian meenggunkan model penelitian Kemmis dan Mc Taggart dengan empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, pad tiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa pretest, posttest, Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, dan lembar observasi pembelajaram. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji N-Gain Score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan mengambil keputusan peserta didik berdasarkan Uji N-Gain Score pada siklus I sebesar 0,31 dengan kategori sedang dan siklus II sebesar 0,70 dengan kategori sedang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengambil keputusan peserta didik kelas VIIA.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of Technological Knowledge through the e-module "Coordination System" on the results of high-level cognitive learning and collaboration skills of class XI students in biology subjects at SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda. This study was quantitative with a Quasi Experiment type of research with a nonequivalent control group design. On the results of high-level cognitive learning, the results of the t-test were obtained with a significance value of 0.010<0.05 and the results of the N-Gain test were 64.31% with a fairly effective category. On the ability to collaborate, the results of the t-test were obtained with a significance value of 0.000<0.05 and an average value of 77.58% with a good category. Thus, it is concluded that the application of Technological Knowledge through the e-module "Coordination System" has a significant effect on the results of high-level cognitive learning and collaboration skills of class XI students in biology subjects at SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of Technological Knowledge-based learning media on students' scientific literacy skills on the excretion system material in class XI biology subjects at SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda. The type of research used was experimental research with quantitative methods in the form of a quasi-experimental design type of the pretest-posttest control group design. The results of students' scientific literacy skills obtained the results of the N-Gain test, which is 0.59 with a moderate category, and the results of the t-test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on these results, it was found that the use of Technological Knowledge-based learning media has a significant effect on students' scientific literacy skills on the excretion system material in class XI of SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda.

Abstract

Ikan patin (Pangasionodon hypophthalmus) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan yang banyak dibudidayakan dan diproduksi secara massal di Indonesia yang memiliki peluang pengembangan dalam skala industri sebagai ikan konsumsi karena mempunyai potensi pengembangan ekonomi yang tinggi. Namun dalam pengembangannya tidak terlepas dari permasalahan budidaya, salah satunya adanya serangan penyakit Enteric Septicemia of Catfish (ESC) yang disebabkan Edwarsiella ictaluri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah praktik langsung terhadap ikan P. hypophthalmus dan diamati morfologi bakteri secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis, serta biokimiawi sesuai dengan standar uji biokimia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bakteri yang menginfeksi P. hypothlasmus adalah E. ictaluri.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop LKPD based on Toulmin's argumentation pattern to improve students' argumentation skills on salt hydrolysis material. salt hydrolysis material. The feasibility of LKPD based on Toulmin's argumentation pattern is reviewed from the validity, practicality, and effectiveness. validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This research referred to the 4D design with three stages 4D design with three stages, namely defining, designing, and developing. The limited trial was conducted in class XII-4 SMAN 16 Surabaya. The results obtained include (1) The mode score for content and construct validity is ≥ 4, which is included in the valid category; (2) the mode of learner responses category is excellent; (3) the mode of learner activities and learning implementation are included in the excellent category; (4) the results of the normality test show the normality test results show a P-value> 0.100, which means it is greater than the error rate (α) of 0.100. greater than the error rate (α) of 0.05, so that the data is normally distributed; and (5) the results of the paired normal distribution; and (5) the paired sample t-test results show a P-value of of 0.000, which is smaller than than 0.05 so that H₀ is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there is an increase in students' argumentation skills after the use of LKPD based on Toulmin's argumentation pattern.
