Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya efektivitas pendekatan inkuiri dan model jigsaw terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas 4 SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan quasi experiment research. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil uji-t yang telah diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 4,453 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Hasil analisis data untuk mengetahui t-tabel dapat diketahui bahwa t-tabel yang diperoleh sebesar 2,021. Karena t-hitung > t-tabel (4,453 > 2,021) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ha diterima yaitu terdapat efektivitas pendekatan inkuiri dan model jigsaw terhadap minat belajar tematik siswa kelas 4 SD.Abstract: The purpose of the study is to determine whether or not the effectiveness of inquiry approach and jigsaw model on the interest of 4th grade students. Type of research is experimental research with quasi experiment research. The data analysis technique uses t-test with Independent Sample t-Test. The result of t-test that has been obtained t-counted 4,453 and significance level 0,000. Result of data analysis to know t-table can be seen that t-table obtained equal to 2,021. Because of t-count>t-table (4,453>2,021) and significance 0,000<0,05 then Ha accepted, there is effectiveness of inquiry approach and jigsaw model on the interest of 4th grade student.

Abstract

Abstract: Turn taking is simplest systematic for the organization of turn taking for conversation (Sacks, Schegloff, and Jefferson (1974). In conversation, sometimes the participant violate the rules as they begin to talk, meanwhile the other speakers are still speaking, and none of words and sentences to say in turn. Therefore, the writer was interested to analyze the violation of conversation rules in turn taking in order to investigate kinds of violation of conversation rules in turn taking that happened in the second step class of CEC Mataram, especially in debating activity by using a descriptive qualitative design. Then, the data were collected through video-recording from the second step class members of CEC Mataram. They were about 65 students and one teacher. Based on finding of this study, the writer found out five violations, such as violation of pause, gaps, laps, overlaps, and interruption. The first highest violation was pause violation with 135 times (81.3%) implies that the speaker in debating activity was silence within the turn given. The second one was interruption with 15 times (9.1%) implies that the other speakers began to talk when a speaker was speaking. The third was overlaps with 7 times (4.2%) implies that the speaker spoke at same time. The fourth was gaps with 5 times (3.0%) implies that the speaker did not talk directly when other speaker  were given a chance to turn when one speaker was replaced. The fifth was laps with 4 times (2.4%) implies than none options for next turn is used when speaker change, the participant did not indicate backchannel during the debating activity (0% of violation).

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan semakin besar suatu perusahaan maka semakin komplek kegiatan usahanya, ini berarti semakin banyak pula tenaga kerja yang terlibat di dalamnya. Hal ini menimbulkan kesulitan bagi pemimpin untuk mengendalikan keseluruhan perusahaan seorang diri. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pengelolaan gaji adalah dalam perhitungan jam kerja, dan pemotongan gaji atau pembayaran gaji yang kurang tepat dikarenakan informasi yang diperoleh tidak akurat. Diperlukan suatu sistem untuk menjaga sumber daya perusahaan agar terhindar dari berbagai kesalahan dan kecurangan yang mungkin terjadi. Untuk itulah dilakukan pengendalian intern dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Untuk mengetahui sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian dan pengupahan pada PT Semen Indonesia Packing Plant Ciwandan. 2) Untuk mengetahui sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian dan pengupahan dalam upaya pengendalian internal pada karyawan outsorcing (PT. Varia Usaha Bahari) di packing plant Ciwandan PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero)Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan sistem dan prosedur penggajian dan pengupahan pada karyawan outsorcing (PT. Varia Usaha Bahari) di packing plant Ciwandan PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero)Tbk. Dalam memenuhi unsur-unsur dan tujuan pengendalian internal sistem penggajian masih kurang efektif. Hal ini ditandai dengan adanya perangkapan tugas, dari prosedur pembuatan daftar gaji dan upah juga melakukan pembayaran gaji dan upah, catatan akuntansi yang digunakan belum lengkap, karena tidak ada jurnal umum, kartu harga pokok produk dan kartu biaya, pemasukan absensi melalui mesin fingerprint tidak diawasi, daftar gaji dan upah serta potongan gaji tidak diotorisasi oleh bagian kepegawaian/personalia.Abstract: This research is motivated by The larger a company, the more complex its business activities, this means that more workers are involved in it. This makes it difficult for leaders to control the entire company alone. Problems that often occur in the management of salaries are in the calculation of working hours, and salary deductions or improper salary payments because the information obtained is not accurate. A system is needed to safeguard the company's resources to avoid mistakes and fraud that might occur. For this reason, internal control is carried out within the company. This study aims to: 1) To find out the payroll and wage accounting information systems at PT Semen Indonesia Ciwandan Packing Plant. 2) To find out the payroll and wage accounting information system in an internal control effort for outsorcing employees (PT. Varia Usaha Bahari) at the Ciwandan packing plant of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the implementation of salary and payroll system and procedures of packing plant Ciwandan in fulfilling the elements and pupose of internal control of payroll sistem and remuneration is till effective. This is characterized by the role of the duties of the payroll and payroll procedures as well as paying salaries and wages made by the same person, accounting records used are not complete, because there are no public journals, product cost card and cost card, attendance through a fingerprint machine is not monitored, and the payroll and wages and salary deductions are not authorized by the personnel/personnel department.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kemiskinan merupakan masalah umum yang dihadapi setiap negara, dan Indonesia sebagai salah satunya. Peningkatan penduduk miskin terjadi hampir setiap tahunnya. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik dengan indikator penduduk yang memiliki pengeluaran perbulan dibawah garis kemiskinan dikategorikan sebagai rakyat kurang mampu. Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk kurang mampu akan memicu terjadinya tindak kriminalitas, situasi tersebut terjadi karena individu tersebut akan melakukan apapun untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Dengan memprediksi jumlah penduduk miskin, diharapkan pemerintah ataupun lembaga-lembaga yang terkait dengan topik ini dapat membantu untuk mengurangi jumlah penduduk miskin dan tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi data jumlah penduduk miskin di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode ANN Back Propagation. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan untuk peramalan dari tahun 2012-2019, dengan parameter akurasi MSE dan MAPE. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi data diperoleh hasil prediksi tahun 2020 jumlah penduduk miskin di 33 Provinsi di Indonesia yaitu sebesar 332.005 jiwa. Adapun parameter akurasi dari arsitektur Back Propagation yakni dengan memperoleh MSE sebesar 0,119 dan MAPE sebesar 2,298. Abstract:  Poverty is a common problem facing every country, and Indonesia as one of them. The increase in the poor occurs almost every year. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics with indicators of the population that has monthly expenditure below the poverty line is categorized as underage people. Increasing the number of under-able populations will trigger criminality, the situation occurs because the individual will do anything to meet his needs. By predicting the number of poor people, it is hoped that the government or institutions related to this topic can help to reduce the number of poor people and the unemployment rate in Indonesia. This research aims to predict the data of the number of poor people in Indonesia by using ann back propagation method. This type of research is quantitatively descriptive. Data used for forecasting from 2012-2019, with MSE and MAPE accuracy parameters. Based on the results of the simulation data obtained the predicted results in 2020 the number of poor people in 33 provinces in Indonesia is 332,005 people. The accuracy parameters of the Back Propagation architecture are obtaining MSE of 0.119 and MAPE of 2,298.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Hapmatch (Probblematch) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas 3 SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Reasearch & Development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ASSURE. Penelitian ini menghasilkan media dan desain pembelajaran. Hasil uji pakar desain pembelajaran dengan persentase 76% berkategori “Sangat Tinggi”, sedangkan uji validasi pakar media dengan persentase 98% termasuk kategori “Sangat Tinggi”. Kemudian hasil rata-rata Pretest dan Posttest mengalami kenaikkan dari 69 menjadi 81. Berdasarkan hasil respon guru dan siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Probblematch yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini layak untuk dikembangkan. Abstrak: This research is purposed to develop learning model of Problem Based Learning and Hapmatch in order to improve the learning result of mathematics from 3th grade students in elementary school. This research used Research and Development model. The model is ASSURE. The result of this research are media and learning design. Expert’s result of the design  intructional 76% for “very high” category, where expert validation  media get 98% for “very high” category. Then, the avarage result of pretest and posttest increase from 69 to 81. Based on the result of teacher and student’s respons, if can be concluded that Probblematch learning model, that is developed in this research is suitable to be developed.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki  tujuan untuk mengetahui (1) langkah-langkah penggunaan teknik cerdas cermat, (2) meningkatkan kemampuan mengemukakan pendapat dalam pembelajaran tuturan, dan (3) tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan teknik tes untuk meningkatkan ekspresi. Kemampuan berkomentar. Dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia lisan, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: tahap 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, 3) observasi / evaluasi, dan 4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, angket dan tes. Metode observasi dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data langkah-langkah penggunaan teknik tes, sedangkan metode angket dan tes digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kemampuan siswa mengemukakan pendapat dan tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknik tes dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengemukakan pendapat, dan respon positif diberikan kepada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil survei angket, pada siklus I rata-rata persentase respon siswa klasikal pada siklus I adalah 20,9 (kategori jawaban positif), dan pada siklus II persentase rata-rata respon siswa meningkat menjadi 22,2. Persentase rata-rata kemampuan menyampaikan pendapat siswa juga meningkat dari 65,35 pada siklus I kategori sedang menjadi 80,9 pada siklus II kategori tinggiAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) the steps for using quiz techniques, (2) to improve the ability to express opinions in speech learning, and (3) the responses of students to the use of test techniques to improve expression. Commenting ability. In learning spoken Indonesian, this research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: stage 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation / evaluation, and 4) reflection. The subjects of this study were 31 students of class IX. Data collection in this study was carried out through the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Observation and interview methods were used to collect data on the steps of using the test technique, while the questionnaire and test methods were used to collect data about students' abilities to express student opinions and responses. The results showed that the use of test techniques in Indonesian language learning could improve the ability to express opinions, and a positive response was given to students. Based on the questionnaire survey results, in cycle I the average percentage of classical student responses in cycle I was 20.9 (positive answer category), and in cycle II the average percentage of student responses increased to 22.2. The average percentage of the ability to convey student opinions also increased from 65.35 in the medium category first cycle to 80.9 in the high category second cycle.

Abstract

Abstrak: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal Persamaan Linear Satu Variabel kelas VII MTs N 5 Magelang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 3 orang siswa kelas VII MTs N 5 Magelang yang memiliki kemampuan awal matematika tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Subjek penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes tertulis dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Subjek dengan kemampuan awal matematika tinggi memiliki kemampuan berpikir kreatif tinggi dimana subjek mampu mencapai aspek keluwesan, fleksibilitas, dan orisinil; 2) Subjek dengan kemampuan awal matematika sedang hanya mampu mencapai aspek keluwesan dan fleksibilitas; 3) Subjek dengan kemampuan awal matematika rendah  tidak mampu mencapai aspek keluwesan, fleksibilitas, dan orisinil. Abstrak: The type of this research s This qualitative research that aims to identify the ability of students' mathematical creative thinking in solving the problem of Linear Equations One Variable class VII MTs N 5 Magelang. The subjects of this research is 3 students of class VII MTs N 5 Magelang who have early high, medium, and low math skills. The subject of this research is taken by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques the form of written tests and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded that: 1) Subjects with high early mathematical abilities possess high creative thinking abilities in which subjects are capable of achieving flexibility, flexibility, and original aspects; 2) Subjects with early math skills are only able to attain flexibility and flexibility aspects; 3) Subjects with low initial math skills are unable to achieve flexibility, flexibility, and original aspects.

Abstract

Abstract: Pop Up Book is the role of media is very important in the learning process. The presence of the Pop Up book media can support the learning process, facilitate students in understanding the learning material. This research was aimed to improve reading through Pop Up Book media the seventh grade students of SMP N 3 Alas Barat. The research belongs to collaborative action research which created a collaboration between the teacher of the seventh grade. The subject of this research was the seventh grade student of SMP N 3 Alas Barat which consists of 14 male students and 10 female students. The technique of collecting data was test, observation, and documentation. The technique of data analysis was descriptive, both quantitative and qualitative. The result of this research shows that there is an improvement of reading of the students of seventh grade in SMP N 3Alas Barat after using Pop Up Book as the media i.e. the average score from the average score at 65 before treatment (Pre-Action), it became 72 after the first cycle and reached 83 at the second cycle. The number of percentage was also increased from 36% before treatment (Pre-Action) became 64% at the first cycle and 96% at the second cycle. Besides, based on the observation, the students and their teacher also had an improvement in each cycle. The students are more active in learning process for each cycle.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan strategi Lightening the Learning Climate. Strategi pembelajaran Lightening The Learning Climate adalah sistem pembelajaran yang memberikan kebebasan kepada peserta didik untuk mengungkapkan ide dan pendapatnya pada saat proses pembelajaran dengan bimbingan dan pengawasan oleh guru. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan objek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP yang berjumlah 25 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data diperoleh informasi pada siklus I terdapat 68% siswa dinyatakan tuntas, sedangkan pada siklus II terdapat 80% siswa dinyatakan tuntas secara individu. Hal ini membuktikan pelaksanaan PTK sudah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi Lightening the Learning Climate dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP.Abstract: The purpose of this research is to learn students learning outcomes through the application of Lightening The Learning Climate Strategy. The Learning Climate Lightening Learning Strategy is a learning system that gives learners the freedom to express their ideas and opinions during the learning process with guidance and supervision by the teacher. This type of research is Class Action Research (CAR) with objects is a class VII junior high school that amounted to 25 people. Based on the results of data analysis obtained information in the first cycle there are 68% students completed, while in the second cycle there are 80% students completed individually. This proves that the implementation of CAR has fulfilled the criteria of submission. It can be concluded that the application of Lightening The Learning Climate strategy can improve the learning outcomes of grade VII junior secondary students.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sesuatu yang dibutuhkan dalam matematika untuk kesuksesan hidup menghendaki lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung dan mendorong kompetensi matematika baik secara teori maupun praktik. Dalam pendidikan, mengajar matematika harus dengan cara yang kreatif dan mampu menciptakan suasana lingkungan dimana siswa tertarik untuk belajar matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika melalui implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif dengan model pembelajaran STAD. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas 3 pertemuan. Hasil dari siklus 1  ditemukan bahwa 28 siswa (82.35%)mencapai batas ketuntasan (KKM) dengan rata-rata nilai 80. Pada siklus2, rata-rata nilai mencapai 87 dengan 34 siswa (100%) mencapai batas ketuntasan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan diskusi dalam peneilitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa impelentasi pembelajaran kooperatif dengan model pembelajaran STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika.Abstract: The overwhelming need for mathematics comprehension for a successful life requires a learning environment that support and encourages both theoretical and practical math competency. In education, teaching mathematic should be creative and able to provide an environment where students are interested to learn mathematics.This study aimed to improve mathematic learning outcomes through the implementation of cooperative learning type STAD learning model. The method used in this research was a Classroom Action Research by conducting three meeting for each in two cycles. The result of the study in first cycle was found that 28 students (82.35%) meet the school competency with average grade 80. In the second cycle, the average of learning achievement reached 87 with 34 students (100%) meet the school competency. Based on the analysis and discussion of the research, it is concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning type STAD learning model can improve mathematic learning outcomes.
