Abstract

T The purpose of this study is to develop android-based basketball learning media for grade X students. This research method uses the Borg and Gall development procedure consisting of 10 steps. However, in this development research, several stages are used, namely; analyzing the product to be developed; developing the initial product; expert validation;small-scale field trials; product revision; expert validation; large-scale trials; product feasibility test. The results of this study are the results of material expert validation with an overall average validation result of 87.5%, media expert validation results with an overall average validation result of 78.5%, Phase I trial results (small group) with a percentage result of 85%, Phase II trial assessment results (large group) with a percentage result of 88%. Conclusion, the development of android-based basketball learning media can be used on basketball material. Keywords: Applications, Basketball, Learning Media,.

Abstract

This study aims to create and develop variations of forehand overhead clear shot training in badminton games. The research problem is the athlete's ability to perform forehand overhead clear shots still looks poor. This research was conducted in the age group of 10-15 years old beginner athletes Badminton Teratai Club Medan. In this study using the type of R&D research refers to the development model of Borg and Gall. The subjects in this study were beginner athletes. the product in this study has been designed and then validated by 2 experts, namely, Sports Experts and Expert Practitioners. The small group test results of 89.12% were categorised as ‘Feasible’ and the large group test results of 85.89% were categorised as ‘Feasible’. Conclusion, this research produces a product in the form of a variation of forehand overhead clear shot training using media tutorials for beginner athletes of Badminton Teratai Club Medan. Abstract

The research aims to determine the development of Central Java's leading sports in preparation for PON XXI Aceh, North Sumatra. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research uses primary data from research informants. Data sources were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation from research informants. Credibility testing was carried out using the triangulation method of sources and data. The research results showed compliance in monitoring Central Java's leading sports branches towards PON XXI 2024 is good but still requires improved communication and integration. The monitoring system for Central Java's leading sports branches for PON XXI 2024 is running well with increasing performance and optimal readiness. Athletes from leading Central Java sports show positive progress, although their endurance and physical consistency still need improvement. Intensive training, health monitoring, and routine evaluations continue to be carried out to ensure optimal readiness of Central Java athletes towards PON XXI 2024. The research conclusion is that monitoring the development of Central Java's leading sports branches ahead of PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra 2024 shows significant progress, with sound system implementation and routine evaluations that support athlete readiness. Abstract

This research aims to present a systematic literature review to identify, analyze, and synthesize research results on the contribution of sustainable Physical Education to school welfare. The study involved a variety of physical education interventions, including structured physical activity, teacher training, and innovative pedagogical approaches, to improve student engagement, mental health, social skills, and physical fitness. The study results show that a sustainably designed Physical Education program supports enhanced physical health and improves students' cognitive, social, and emotional development. The continued implementation of Physical Education in schools has proven effective in creating a more inclusive and positive learning environment. However, the lack of facilities and teacher training is still an obstacle to implementing the program. The conclusion is that this study provides insight for educators and policymakers to develop more effective strategies to holistically integrate the concept of sustainable Physical Education to improve school welfare. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the most effective learning approaches in physical education. The subjects of this study are 11th-grade students at SMK Negeri H. Moenadi Ungaran (SPMA) with a total of 4 experimental classes and 1 instrument testing class. The design of this research uses mixed methods with the type of mixed methods being concurrent embedded design with a tendency towards quantitative-qualitative research. Data will be analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that all treatments had a significant impact on student learning outcomes. However, the highest sequential improvement comes from the Integration, Learning Style, TaRL, and CRT groups. Conclusion: Learning with the integration of CRT, TaRL, and learning styles has a positive impact compared to separate approaches. Keywords: Learning Approaches, TaRL, CRT, Learning Styles, PJOK

Abstract

This research aims to analyze student interest in participating in extracurricular futsal at SMA Negeri 1 Polanharjo and identify the factors that influence it. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research is all SMA Negeri 1 Polanharjo students, totaling 379 students, while the sample taken was 26 students who took part in extracurricular futsal at the school. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with specific criteria, namely active students at SMA Negeri 1 Polanharjo who were involved in futsal extracurriculars and were ready to participate in a research series. Using quantitative descriptive methods, the results show high student interest, reaching 77.62%. Conclusion: This research shows that students' interest in participating in extracurricular futsal at SMA Negeri 1 Polanharjo is relatively high, with a percentage reaching 77.62%. Even though these results are considered good, ongoing support and outreach are still needed from various parties, such as the school, environment, family, and teachers or trainers. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the performance development in the Tumou Tou Academic Tennis Club. This research uses a qualitative approach with the CIPP Evaluation model (Context Input Process Product) developed by Stuffbem. The subjects of this research are the managers, coaches, athletes, and parents. With data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show: the context of the background, vision, mission, and program objectives are good; the input of human resources (Administrators, Coaches, Athletes) is adjusted and placed according to their fields, the availability of facilities in terms of the field is insufficient with 25 athletes, with the time already set and still lacking funding sources from each athlete's parents; the training program process is scheduled with directly appointed coaches and the acceptance of athletes at any time. coordination that runs well; product achievements and welfare in the medium category with stable achievements and welfare categorized by championship results. Conclusion, that the achievement development in the Tumou Tou Tennis Academic Club is already good in terms of vision and mission context, human resource availability input, coach recruitment system, and facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Development of Simulation Games with Demonstrations (Persiraga) to Improve Physical Literacy Learning at the Elementary School Level. Quantitative study was conducted using causal comparative method by perception comparing between classroom teacher and Physical Education teacher regarding student’s sedentary behaviour in Elementary School in East Java. Data gathered through online questionnaire created with google forms utilizing -points Likert scale, and analyzed using one-sample test and independent-sample test. IBM SPSS Statistics 25 was used to simplify the counting analysis result process. This research findings are: Elementary students’ physical activity does not fulfill the decent criteria according to the classroom teachers, Elementary students’ physical activity does not fulfill the decent criteria according to the Physical Education teachers, and There are no significant perception difference between classroom teachers and Physical Education teachers regarding elementary students’ sedentary behaviour. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the build up of the Indonesian national team in the Asean Mitsubishi Electic Cup 2024. Indonesian national team at the Asean Mitsubishi Electic Cup 2024 and as a recommendation for coaches and players to implement build-up strategies in the future. This research method is quantitative research, with a descriptive approach method. The population used is the entire Indonesian national team match, the research technique is watching live recordings or videos of matches. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the build up from various areas is as follows: from the left side, there were 23 successful build up attempts with a percentage of 65.2% and those that failed were 34.8%. Meanwhile, from the center area, there were 18 successful build up attempts reaching 77.8% and 22.2% failed. On the right side, build ups were recorded as many as 14 attempts, with a success percentage of 42.9% and failure of 57.1%. The Indonesian national team was more effective in building up from the center, which managed to utilize the center of the field well to build up the attack. attack. Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to evaluate the application of the ball tower model in learning forehand top spin shot techniques for students of the Physical Education, Health and Recreation Department of Unmus. The research identified four main indicators of problems, namely: lack of effective tools; low student confidence; lack of constructive feedback from the instructor, and  the importance of considering variations in student learning styles. The results showed that limited tools and practice time had a negative impact on students' ability to practice optimally. In addition, students' low confidence was caused by uncertainty in applying techniques and lack of support from instructors. Unspecific feedback also caused confusion in understanding the correct technique. This study recommends corrective measures, including providing adequate tools, increasing instructor support, and paying more attention to students' learning styles to create an inclusive and effective learning environment. The application of the ball tower model in learning forehand top spin strokes for Penjaskesrek Unmus students shows that several significant obstacles need to be overcome to increase the effectiveness of the learning process.
